$350/week•23 year old man
Hiii, 23 years old, I'm from Mexico and an international student. I'll be moving in February, when my English course starts and it's my first time in Melbourne. About me: I'm a very happy, calm and tidy person. I love sports, music and dogs. I really like socializing and learning new things and I enjoy doing things with friends. I'd really enjoy being able to practice my English with my future flatmates:) I'm looking for a private room in the CBD or its surroundings (Fitzroy, South Yarra, St Kilda, etc.) I'd like to enjoy the city as much as possible. Send me a message if you want to team up to search for something together:)

About Me Hi, I’m Armaan, a 25- year-old Software Engineer working full time as a full stack developer remotely and casually as a support worker. I’ve been living in share house for the past three years and am here looking for a team up to rent a place together. I’m looking for a reliable and friendly flatmates to share a nice apartment in or near Melbourne CBD or Footscray 😮💨. With the rising cost of rent, it makes sense to team up and create a comfortable, respectful living space! About Me • I’m a clean, responsible, and easy-going individual who values respect and harmony in a shared space. • Currently I work part-time as a support worker while waiting to start my full time career as a full stack developer early 2025- recently graduated and have a steady income, so you can count on me to pay my share of rent and bills. • I enjoy staying active—I hit the gym early in the mornings—and love hobbies like hiking, reading, and exploring new dishes. • I also have a passion for airplanes and travel, and I’m working towards becoming a commercial pilot in the future. • While I enjoy socializing, I respect personal space and value a peaceful, balanced home environment. What I’m Looking For 1. Financial Stability: Someone who has a stable job and can commit to paying their share of the rent and bills on time. 2. Cleanliness: A flatmate who keeps common areas tidy and respects shared spaces. 3. Friendship: I’d love to have a friendly bond where we can hang out occasionally but also respect each other’s personal space. 4. Non-Smoker: Smoking outside is fine, but I’d prefer to keep our home smoke-free indoors. 5. Social Habits: While I’m okay with occasional visitors, this isn’t a party house. Living Arrangements • I’m aiming for a two-bedroom, one- or three-bathroom apartment. • Budget: Around $1,500/ monthly per person to share rent fairly. • Separate rooms are a must, and I’d love to share a cozy common area for occasional hangouts. If you’re responsible, easy to get along with, and looking for a similar setup, feel free to message me! Let’s chat and see if we’re a good fit, and then we can start house-hunting together. Looking forward to meeting you!

$550/week•21 year old man
Hi! My name is Cam, I am moving to Melbourne for a semester at Uni Melb in February 2025 and am looking for a place to stay. I'm originally from Connecticut in the US, but have been at college in Dublin, IE for the past four years. I am a musician and also love rock climbing, hiking/backpacking, cycling, museums etc etc etc. Flexible & open-minded to all different folks - but it would be really awesome to connect with other musicians / artists. Looking for a place with respectful and like-minded flatmates; I enjoy a night out but also take college seriously, so I enjoy a flat that is (relatively) quiet late at night during the week, although I do love having company over for dinner/drinks/card games. I also tend to keep the kitchen & shared areas tidy. Love hanging out at the flat but also enjoy my solo time & super respectful of your time too. Hoping to meet some cool folks to share a home with this year!!! Looking to live somewhere inner-city; Brunswick, Northcote, Fitzroy, South Yarra or areas nearby would be ideal but willing to live anywhere decently close to Uni Melb & the city!!
