Low maintenance, easygoing person. I work long daytime hours. Don't mind a drink and a Netflix marathon. I'm happy chatting or being my own company. Looking to chill out for a while and reflect on my changing relationship situation. I've been living in a gluten free household and am sympathetic to the allergy.
Single, Active, Roofer as well as running my 9wn small cleaning biz so im hardly home from 630am to 6pm. Also a PT but not currently working as one. I love all sports, play cricket in Summer on sat arvos, CLEAN N TIDY, loves cooking, RESPECTFUL of others space, noise when we need to be quiet. Im a happy cheerful person, witty and love flatmate banter but also enjoy my own time alone so im happy to hermit in my room haha I enjoy a casual drink though im not into partying every weekend like i used back in my 20s, but in saying that i enjoy a social drink when the occasion fits so im by no means a killjoy or str8y 180. My bills, rent and food come before play so i am reliable with homely expenses and chores. But im not your butler or servant. Dont mind cooking a meal for everyone but im not the house chef. Lastly, i have a short haired domestic black cat. She loves people and isnt an anti social feline. Demands attention sometimes and is non destructive. Toilet trained and comes and goes when she feels. Wanna know more just ask.
Hello! I am a young professional in my late twenties. I am often described as thoughtful, playful, and tolerant by those who know me. I consider myself very tidy, clean, and respectful. I am looking to share a house/flat of mixed gender, ideally with other professionals, but students are fine too. Preferably 3-4 people (including myself). I love animals, so pets are not a problem. (That said, I do not have any pets of my own and won't be bringing or acquiring any). I love good food, outdoors, exploring new places, trying new things, exercise and lead an active lifestyle. Well maybe not as much as those who live in lycra and compete in sports... but I do enjoy the fresh air. I also enjoy being a home body, and would be happy curled up on the couch with a glass of red, playing board games with whomever is up for a chat. I am a clean and organised person, but I don't go nuts with cleaning rosters. I believe we're all capable of pitching in with the cleaning when needed and when it's not inconvenient to do so. That said, I'd prefer not to live in a pig sty. If I sound like the right flatmate to you, shoot me a message, introducing yourself and the other tenants. Thanks! P.S. I do want to be part of a home and get to know you all, not just living with flat mates, however I have a preference to do my own cooking. Happy to participate in house dinners every now and then, especially the spontaneous ones, but I don't want to be committed to three different dinners cooked by three different people each week. My cap for shared dinners is probably once a week i.e. someone different takes a turn to cook every Tuesday, rather than three different people cooking three different days in the same week. P.P.S. I cannot live without a dishwasher. They are the best thing ever invented and I will use it religiously. Criteria: - Built in Robes (with lots of hanging space and shelves). This is non-negotiable. - Room that can fit a Queen Bed, side table, lots of other boxes/things etc. this is non negotiable too. - Car port/ undercover parking with automatic doors (highly preferable, but could be overlooked if everything else was perfect) - En suite (preferable, but not a must. Happy to share a bathroom with one other, but no more). - Lots of storage space (inside the house - not a storage cage) - Dishwasher - Housemates that are not hermits - Age of household: 25-35. Ideally, I would like to live with people who are around my age, and are social. - I do not want to live with infants, young children, or a family/home stay style arrangement. - I do not want to live in Gunghalin, Dunlop, Harrison, or Crace - sorry, it’s just too far from work.
I'm professional, quiet and tidy, looking for temporary accommodation while trying to resolve property arrangements as the result of marriage breakdown. Outside of work I volunteer with the SES, and play hockey and cricket.
I’m a recent school leaver looking to move out of my parents home. I do full time support work with somewhat irregular hours. I’m tidy and a somewhat competent cook. I’m very sociable and don’t tend to be argumentative. I’m not at all set in my ways and will happily adjust if there’s a better way for me to be doing things. I am a massive music enthusiast, I love to read, and I adore animals.
I’m friendly, clean, considerate and respectful of privacy. I spend the weekdays working hard and the evenings out with friends or relaxing at home with my dog. I’m a courier driver originally from Manchester, England but have been here for nine years now and call it home. I love spending time with decent people, listening to music, playing the drums, guitar or ukulele and having a drink and a laugh.

My home is a 2 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse in Jacka that I own. It is a new complex and is a lovely, friendly and quiet neighborhood. My home is close to both Gungahlin and Belconnen (also not far from the City). My home is also very close to Amaroo, Bonner and Casey Market towns so there is plenty of shopping, cafes, etc. There is public transport in my area also. Renting with me, would come with your own room, with private ensuite, built in wardrobe and your own car spot within the complex. You would share the downstairs kitchen and living area with me, and would have equal access to the fridge and all the other kitchen space/cooking utensils/appliances,etc. Please note that you are welcome to furnish your room as you wish, however the rest of the home is fully furnished. I have unlimited NBN internet that would be a shared cost if you wish to use. I have taken great care in creating a safe, welcoming and homey living environment in my house.

I work full time as a carpenter don’t mind a drink or two but not a massive partier. I get quite anxious around new people but if I’m comfortable I’m quite sociable. Hey there! My name is Serena, I'm 21 and am looking for some wonderful flatmates for next year! I am from Melbourne originally but am relocating for a new position in the public service. I'm really keen to find some people to start a new share house together, or to find a new home with like minded people of a similar age. I currently live in an apartment with my partner, so I'm used to living with other people, and I always make too much food when I cook so I need food-lovers to share with! I have some plant babies that will be coming with me, but no pets, and ideally would like somewhere that I can park my car, or can easily get a parking permit to park on the street. I'm looking to move sometime early-mid February but am a bit flexible on this.
$200/week not incl bills. Private, spacious, light-filled home on over 1/4 acre, in a small and quiet street, walking distance to shops, public transport and parks, with stunning views. This large and spacious bedroom is furnished with a single bed, large built-in desk with storage, ceiling fan, and large built in robes with mirror finish. New carpet and paint. Shower and bath in bathroom, with a separate toilet, shared with 1 male who works fulltime. The house is fully furnished, offers unlimited NBN (equivalent to $1/day), a fully appointed laundry and kitchen (electric) and a homely fire place. Views from the front and back yards and family/communal areas are stunning. There are two large living and dining areas, one of which is communal, and one private. A second fridge is provided to ensure adequate space. Bills will be split evenly. Conveniently located close to bus lines to Belconnen, Gungahlin and Civic. There is a large front and backyard (the front is not accessed by the pets). We've pet dogs, so no other pets are allowed, sorry. We're looking for a respectful and trustworthy professional or who has shared housing previously. Preferably no students. Non smoking.

I am hoping to find somewhere to live as soon as possible, if you have ANY questions please don't hesitate to ask, I will be more than happy to answer them to the best of my ability. Thank you.
Hello, I have to move to Canberra for a new job in the aps. I mostly keep to myself, clean up after myself, and am respectful of others lifestyles and their privacy. I would love it if the place was pet friendly as I want to get a puppy, but if I cant find a place that will accept pets I won't, as my #1 priority is to find myself a place. I also love nature and enjoy a drink every now and then. Thanks!
