Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for six months to infinity. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.

Hi! I am an international student of the university of sydney. I am easygoing and friendly. I speak English, mandarin and a little Spanish. I usually get up at 7 a.m. and sleep at 11 p.m. I enjoy reading, jogging and making new friends. :)
Nice quiet neighbourhood that's still super close to the city; tons of free and safe street parking; close to buses, light rail, Blackwattle Bay, cafes, pubs and local parks with tennis and basketball courts; awesome backyard perfect for cricket and summer parties; FREE internet because our housemates have great connections (no pun intended); big living room and living with legends like Amy Way, Tim Pollitt and Bjorn Doherty. Cons: literally nothing, except maybe the homicidal palm tree that likes dropping fronds on the footpath, our next-door neighbour who seems to have taken up the saxophone (but only between 4 and 5pm), and the fact that Stephanie Anne will no longer be living here.
I'm currently a teacher living in Adelaide, SA moving to Sydney for a crazy career change mid May to start as a firefighter. Nothing like chasing your dream. I am passionate about my fitness - CrossFit being my drug of choice. I'm pretty easy to get along with, enjoy some down time with a good book but also love a good games night and banter over a few vinos. Coffee lover who enjoys eating out and trying new places. I have a little Jack Russell whos name is Dexter. He turns 9 this year so is getting on a little but is so cute and well behaved. I would love to have him with me but I understand he might have to have a holiday at my parents while I get things sorted in Sydney. If you think we might be well suited send me a message and we can get house hunting!!
Hi I am an easy going full time professional working in the digital industry. Have good share house experience in the inner west and looking for like minded people to team up with to find a place. I am looking to do postgrad study so a bit of quiet space would also be most welcome. Any other questions feel free to get in touch. Cheers Chris
Hello, I'm Mitch, 34yrs, Australian, a 2016 arts graduate from University of Sydney and now a full time worker. I spend as many afternoons/evenings as I can at the gym, and I like to pursue my dilettantish interests in music and literature when time and energy allows. I'm clean, mature, respectful and sane (so far as any of those categories can be assumed to bear a shared meaning between strangers on the internet who, for all they both respectively know, may have completely different notions of cleanliness, maturity, respectfulness and sanity). Still, i think most people would find me pretty easy to get along with, so do feel free to get in touch. Cheers.
Hi there, I am looking for someone who would like to combine with me to share a lovely 4 bedroom house anywhere in the Inner West, allowing us each to have our own bedroom and our own work space. I am a hypnotherapist and tarot reader who has been running home practices since 2006. I’m looking for someone who would like to share a house where you could work from home, either as a therapist, practitioner, sole-trader or even student. Together, we could look for the right house that works for us both and move in somewhere over April or May. I was thinking of rent between $350-$450 each and of taking a 12 month lease. We would share the usual rental costs and living expenses and we could also unite on business costs if you're interested. This could suit any form of self-employed person who wants a combined home and work space. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please send me a message. I’d love to chat! Thanks :-)

Three English former travellers on long term visas are looking for a new house mate effective from April. Living in the heart of Annandale, we're only 10 to 30 mins away from the best parts of Sydney (if you have a car that is). But enough of me selling Annandale to ya... The house itself; Detatched with a veranda front and rear, maintainable back garden with a drive way to fit three motors. The living room is huge, kitchen and dining room of great size too, so no need to lock yourself in your room - we're a social group. House in furnished, bedroom isn't however. The room itself is medium size- plenty of room to get a double bed in there with a wardrobe and chest of draws. New tenancy to commence mid April, but we can be flexible with dates. Happy to share more info upon request..... Tom
Hi!! I'm Lorena and I come from Rome, I'm moving to Sydney for study, I will follow a course of media technologies. I am a social person with expanding interests such as sport in the open air, nature, and meeting new people. I like hanging out but I also love staying at home and drink an cup of hot tea and watching a good movie with my friends.
Hi, I'm Rosie, I'm an owner of a start up drinks company. I also work part time too. I generally work day time hours - sometimes from home. Being fit and healthy are important to me. I play AFL for a local womens team which takes up a few evenings training and a big chunk of the weekend playing games.I also spend free time getting out and soaking up what Sydney has to offer. I have a good group of friends, enjoy a drink at the pub and socialising but I'm not heavy into partying. Always up for chat and a laugh over a glass of something etc. Also like my me time to recharge, I understand that others need the same. When it comes to making a house a home I'm relaxed, friendly and keep things clean and tidy without any hassle etc. Move date is flexible.
Im Thais and I'm Brazilian!! I'm working full time, so, I won't spend too much time at home! I just want a quiet and organized place to live! I'm extremely organized and clean! I'm friendly! Haha I'm living with my parents but they will go back to my country in June! So I have to find a new place!!!
We're two guys from the University of Georgia studying at USYD over semester 1. Our majors are pharmaceutical science and environmental econ. We're looking for a place within reasonable distance of USYD, and would be trying to work part-time during our stay. Both of us would be pretty flexible in terms of routine, and we'd discuss that once we finish registering for classes. Private rooms for each of us are a must, but we're willing to share bathrooms. Overall, we're friendly and easy to get along with! One of us (the pharm major) plays and produces music, does theatre, and is into boxing. The other (environmental econ) is into outdoorsy stuff like hiking and rock climbing. 420-friendly is a plus :)
Spacious room in green leafy suburb not far from the city! We are looking for a fun, clean and tidy person to replace an ex-housemate. You will share the house with another 4 professionals around 30 y.o. The room is available from 27th March. Rent paid fortnightly, bills on top of rent (shared goods, Internet, Gas, Electricity, Fortnightly Cleaners, Netflix & Spotify: about $25 per week). The room is available unfurnished, as the current flatmate is taking their own furniture. You will need a bed. The house is really great. We cook, play board games or go out together sometimes. Annandale is conveniently located for public transport, and there is plenty of untimed free parking at the front. Come and check out our awesome house!
