Hey team, I'm Matt, 30 and work in the hospitality industry managing a bar. I work a mixture of days and evenings Mon - Fri. I enjoy being out doors as much as I can but I am equally as comfortable at home talking with house mates or watching movies. Looking for more of a home and new friends then just a place to sleep so would be great if you have a nice social house. I don't mind a glass of wine or two or a few beers but my days of bring back the party are gone. I'm quite social and enjoy winding down with the house at the end of each night or heading out for coffee or brunch on the weekends. Grandma taught me to cook and Mum did a good job house training me and I'm quite laid back so in a nutshell I'm what you are after as a house mate. Happy to have house cooks ups when I'm around but will sometimes have evening shifts.
Young, determined, good work ethic, not lazy, one is a clean freak, quiet couple, like to have fun, easy to get along with, easy to talk to and negotiate and reliable
Hi! I'm a full-time software developer / guitar player / music+science+philosophy geek from New Zealand. I'm making a move to Sydney and am really looking forward to it. Georgia is a close friend of mine, she is an actress/dancer/artist about to graduate from her performing arts degree in New York I have just arrived in Sydney as of May 21st. I'm looking to find one of the following: - A 2 bedroom apartment lease to take over, or similar - A place with 2 rooms available for rent within our budget - A large room in a sharehouse or flat with a couple of others (not too many) we are least likely to settle for one room but will consider options An important consideration for me is public transport, because I will be working in the CBD. My rent budget is around $400 Georgia's is between $250-$300
Hi there, My name's Avnee, and i'm looking for a private room in the inner city suburbs. Dates: Mid July — Early Dec 2017 (dates are flexible). I'll be travelling Dec-Jan, but will be looking to rent again from late Jan — mid June 2018, whether at the same place or another (so happy to help find a temporary housemate if you'd like). About me: I'm a 23yr old, currently studying my Masters of Clinical Psychology. I'm undergoing my training as a clinical psychologist, so i'll be at uni or my placements 5 days a week. I'm looking for a home to come back to in the evenings where I can cook a nice meal (though I love a good take-out) and get some R&R. On weekends, I like a mix of quiet time (can't live without chocolate and Netflix) and getting out and exploring Sydney with friends. My parents live in Sydney so on some weekends i'll dissapear to visit them, and might bring back some home-cooked curries to share ;) What i'm like to live with: Clean, organized, and easygoing. Ideally, i'd like to become friends with my new housemates, but I also completely respect your need for space.
Hi, I come from Taiwan and will be a full-time postgraduate at University of Sydney in July 2017. I have experience of sharing a room in Taiwan and Thailand, but I prefer to have a private room with a shared bathroom. I don't smoke, drink nor have pets. I like cooking while I always keep the kitchen clean. I don't do party; instead, I need quiet nights for writing. For exercise, I like jogging, swimming, and kayaking, though quite clumsy.

Hey. I'm Lisa, I'm a lawyer from Brazil going for a carrer change so I'm studing Management at Greenwich College. I'm looking for a quite and clean place to come back to after work and classes. I'm organized and very tidy but not in a neurotic way. I don't want a party house but I'm easy going so I'd enjoy a nice conversation and a beer once in a while.
Hey there! I'm a friendly gal who loves (in no particular order) all types of music, fitness and health, food and dogs! I work full time in digital marketing in Chippendale, and I'm also studying my Cert III in Dog Behaviour and Obedience to one day hopefully work training guide and therapy dogs. I'm currently living on the Northern Beaches, however am looking to be closer to the city for work. I'm super easygoing, very organised, always up for a chat and a drink, equally happy to chill out, Netflix and study :) I have a pretty unique situation in that as part of my dog training course, I have to train a dog to do a variety of assistance-based tasks, such as getting drinks from the fridge, fetching tissues and blankets etc. Except the problem is that I don't have my own dog! If there's a resident pooch at your place, PLEASE contact me, and in a few months you'll have a very well-behaved pup on your hands. Cheers!
I am a full-time worker, looking for a clean and quiet household that's drug-free. I like cooking and have a passion for social justice, and am currently learning Australian Sign Language at TAFE.
Hi My fiancee and I are emigrating from the UK in June and are looking for a temp three months living space till we get sorted in Australia. We need to find which suburb actually suits us before we start renting our own pad. We are tidy, polite, friendly and mature, however we do like a beer and a glass of wine. I'm not 100% sure this is the path we will be going down however I wanted to check it out on here to see if it was a possibility. One of us is sponsored in a full time role the other part-time till fully set up. We don't have many belongings as that is being shipped over after 3 months, so we will be actively looking for our own pad during the 3 months temp stay. Thank you
I'm a 24 year old Canadian starting my masters degree at the University of Sydney this July. I'm friendly, outgoing, and creative. I enjoy being outside, socializing with friends, and drawing. I'm looking for a furnished room with other similar people. It would be nice to make friends with whoever I'm living with (but I will respect personal space). I'm clean, respectful, and also a good cook. I'm looking forward to moving to Sydney and seeing what the city has to offer.

We are both full-time PhD science students, each on scholarship, and are also both casual academics at UTS. We are looking for tidy and respectful housemates to welcome us into their home! :) Looking to move somewhere in or around the city/inner west, so not too far from work. Our budget is $220pw each (so $440 together), including bills. We have a sweet, small and very well-behaved cat that who is very timid at first, but once she trusts you loves to shower you with affection. She loves laying in the sun so if you have a yard (no matter how small) that's a bonus. We aren't at home much as we have fairly chaotic schedules between teaching and our PhDs. We also frequently spend time with Joel's family, but when we get the chance we do like to relax and enjoy home-time. We are looking to live with like-minded, mature people around the same age bracket (20-30yo). Housemates must be considerate and able to clean up after themselves as there's nothing that will send us crazy faster than conversations outside my door at 1am on a weeknight, or an ever-accumulating layer of dirt. We are very sociable and would love to move in with people that we can enjoy a few beers/ciders with, but also value and respect privacy and alone-time too.
Hi there 🙂:) ABOUT US: -Elisa, 20yo, Australian with German parents, studying medical science full time at UTS and working part time. Loves the beach, travelling, piano, the cat empire, thinking she can speak danish... -William, 20yo, Danish, language enthusiast, excited to finally be in Australia, working part time and sight seeing part time. We're both very positive, open minded and curious human beings. We love sharing some drinks with whoever is around whilst respecting our flatmates' need for privacy and space. We know how to clean up after ourselves and pay rent on time. You don't need to tell us twice when its time to clean the kitchen and buy toilet paper ;) We hope to find similar minded, easy going flatmates who also clean up after themselves are honest and friendly. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Share flat/house anywhere in the 30min radius of UTS. - Interested in renting for a minimum of 4 month or a sublet from July to November (Flexible on dates). Feel free to shoot us a message if you want to know more about us or think you may have a suitable place, always happy to chat.. Hoping to secure a place asap! Looking forward to hear from you 🙂:) Cheers, Elisa & William

Super tidy design student working in cosmetic retail.
Student working part time as a manager in a restaurant. I'm looking for a private room. Very neat and tidy, borderline clean freak. Happy to abide by house rules and tasks. Easygoing.
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends I can be a messy person in my own private room but very neat & considerate when it comes to shared space. (P.S: messy is not dirty...the 2 are quite different) Thank you for reading my profile. P.S: I won't be able to move asap. So ideally would work if you're looking for someone to move in after a month or so. I will need to let my housemate know I'm moving out, allow him time to give notice to landlord and start looking for a place. So my move date is 3-7 weeks from when I find a place I like.
I'm a 25 year old female, moving to Sydney in July to pursue a Masters degree. I have been working as a Media Executive for a TV Network and have now decided to take on full time study. Ideally, i'd like to find a place close to USYD. As i'm heading back to the books, I will end up splitting my time between uni, gym, some casual work and off course keeping sane with some wining and dinning. Being new to Sydney, I'd love to come back to an awesome flatmate! Someone who can respect my quite time but also be around for some chats and hangs. My weekends vary, anything from a weekend being social, or chilling in watching tv and i'd hate to admit this but catching up on study. I'm not the best cook so I'm hoping to find a flatmate who loves to cook! So I can learn a thing or two ! I'm quite clean and organised and would prefer to live with someone who likes to keep their living space the same. I hope to find a house with females & a private room that is furnished.
