I'm a Canberra born and bred pharmacy student at the University of Sydney. The lease at my current place is about to finish up and I'm looking for a change of scenery! I love to keep common areas and my room tidy and clean, but I'm far from being OCD. I love to go out on the weekends, but always feel the need to be on top of my uni work during the week. I love having a chat and chill, but appreciate alone time every now and again. If you're part of a pet-friendly household, I also have a particularly gorgeous ragdoll I'm waiting to have move up to Sydney with me at some point. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or just want to get to know me a little better!
This great large room ($280 per week) is available now. The room is unfurnished. Rent excludes bills and is paid fortnightly. Gas and electricity are quarterly. Internet is monthly. Bond is $1000 for the room. The lease for the house is up in February, so ideally anyone interested in the rooms would be looking to stay until then. The house is 3 bed, 1 bath with a spacious backyard, under house storage and free on street parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to Parramatta Rd and 1 minute from buses to Leichardt, Glebe, Newtown and the city. It’s also only a short walk from the Annandale village and pubs like the Vic. The room is large with floor to ceiling mirrored robes and a window. There is ample space for a big bed, desk and other small furniture pieces.
I am fun, respectful of others privacy and space, I am a great cook, very clean and tidy, easy to get along with and generally awesome. I work full time driving boats on Sydney harbour and I work every weekend. I dont smoke or have any pets and I have alot of furniture including 2 sofas, fridge, 6 seater dining table and everything a kitchen could need.
Hi, I am Jennifer (22) and a student at the University of Mannheim. At the moment I am living in a residence with two students (Philipp and Clara). I will spend my practical semester from 1st September 2017 till 13th March 2018 at the University of Sydney to work at the Faculty of Pharmacy. I am looking for a privat room with nice roommates interested in hanging out and having a great time together. I have a bride interest in everything in my spare time. I like different sports like soccer, volleyball, running. I hear you have some great beaches with nice surfspots. I want to improve my skills. And what is the best as a student? The reduced rates when you go clubbing. To my person, I can say that I am open for any adventurous experience, be super cooled and have a sense of humor. I am looking forward to hearing from you and feel free to contact me at any time. See you soon :)
I am an English student and barista from Mexico about to move to Sydney. I am a quiet and easy-going person. Enjoy meeting new people but also love my personal space. Perfect evenings for me include food, wine, books and/or Netflix. I am super adaptable to any kind of situation, almost never complain about trifles and very understanding of everyone's needs and habits. :)
Hi, my name is Toni, I'm 34, I work full time at a branding agency and study part time (finish at the end of August). This keeps me busy during week. On the weekends when I'm not studying at uni, I either spend time catching up with friends or family. I enjoy spending time with friends whether its walking around the Bayrun or going out and dancing, exercise (just starting running at the beginning of the year and really loving it!) reading (anything but textbooks), going to Art Galleries and Museums, making things (why buy it when you can make it), cooking, gardening (succulents), as well as the occasional binge watch of a TV series. I'm looking to move into a house that is tidy, relaxed and sociable with the occasionally shared meal or drink but also appreciate and respect time for personal space.
~COUPLES CONSIDERED~ Newly painted room in a sharehouse with 3 others. Easily accessible by public transport and a walkable distance from the University of Sydney (approx 15 minutes), Newtown (20 mins) and Glebe Pt Rd (15 mins). Room comes unfurnished but can comfortably fit a queen bed, dresser and desk.
Hey! We are seeking a new housemate to share our beautiful 3 bedroom house in Annandale from the 21st August onwards (possibly earlier if need be). One of our housemates is going on exchange for 6 months and we will be looking to rent out her fully furnished room for this time and possibly longer depending on circumstances. The single room comes furnished with a bed, clothes storage, desk and desk chair. The bed can fold out, so can be a used as either single or double. The photos show the bed as a double, but the room is more spacious as a single. The house is fully furnished, with a well-lit, spacious kitchen, cosy living room and an outdoor laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. We also have a cute backyard area with a clothesline and plenty of space for a little gardening. The house is on a quiet street, with a bus stop just two minutes walk away with buses going towards Central at least every 5 minutes. Our location is perfect for students, just 10 minute bus ride to the University of Sydney or 15 minutes to UTS/Central. We are a 5 minute walk from Booth St, the main street of Annandale, which has everything you need and the Annadale Hotel right around the corner.
Hi! I'm Aline (38). I work full time as a research scientist at a biotech company and I'm lucky to say that I really enjoy my job! Well, that doesn't mean that work is my life! Not really. I've got addicted to Argentine Tango two years ago. Therefore I'll be dancing a few nights per week. Occasionally I'll take my motorbike out for a spin or to the track. Otherwise I live a fairly healthy lifestyle though I can't say no to cheese & wine. I love catching up with my friends! Normally I would go out for dinner but occasionally I cook myself. I try to stay fit so I do classes (mainly pilates) at the gym regularly or go rock-climbing (hm, that hasn't really happen lately). Have I mentioned that I dance a lot! ;) On rainy days I might end up at the movies or watch netflix at home. Me as a person I would say I'm easy to get along with, fun, very considerable and respectful, clean and tidy, well just very house-trained :) Due to timing/busy schedules I have preferred to do my own cooking & shopping and I think I would prefer that. However, a common meal every now and then would be great. Also, I do know how to clean after myself :) I have lived in shared houses for many years now; in one place for more than six years! I own a motorbike which needs "a home" too, so I'm looking for a place with secured undercover parking. If you have any other questions please just drop me a line ...
This room is close to the Sydney CBD, UTS and University Of Sydney all within 5-20mins bus ride. We have shops, pubs etc.. all near by us as well as a Public Transport only 55 seconds walk away. The apartment has free unlimited Wi-fi and there is free of street parking! The room is 35sq meters, comes with 1 single bed, 1 double sized bed and a large couch! There is a desk for working and studying on and 2 large wardrobes to store your clothes, as well as a heater/AC for all times of the season. There is one other person who lives in the house and she is basically the In-Charge (You will see her a lot more than I). She keeps the place clean all the time. Please be respectful to her
Friendly, polite, clean and tidy female. Respectful of others space. Happy to be a part of a friendly share household, but mostly enjoy doing my own thing. Reliable on time rent and bill payer. Parking and storage a bonus.

Hey! My name is John, and I'm looking for awesome people to live with in Sydney! A bit about me, I'm originally from outback Queensland, moved to Sydney at the start of 2016 for Work. I'm a pretty relaxed sort of guy, love getting out and about on the weekends to check out events or new things with mates. I love sport, photography, and travelling. I like to think I'm pretty easy to live with, clean up after myself and do my best to keep the communal areas clean. I love hanging out with my housemates if we are all home at the same time, but understand that sometimes, everyone just needs there own space. If you want to know anything else about me, shoot me a message! Talk soon. John
I'm a full time teacher who is looking for an inner city change. I'm reliable, easy going and would make a great roommate. Love to find new places to eat and new experiences. Very much a go with the flow-honestly I'll fit in with whatever.

Hey dudes, my name's René and am originally from New Zealand. I'm 23 which seems old as for a student these days. I'm in post-grad nuclear medicine but might go full med school if I can get my shit together (unlikely but who knows). I finished my undergrad end of 2014 and have worked a fair bit since then, so I don't have to drink $2.99 wine anymore. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A beer and low quality chat sesh every now and then doesn't go amiss however. I guess my schedule is pretty irregular, but not like getting in at 3am irregular. In my spare time (hah) I'm busy with sporting commitments, work and doing things you can't do in Australia Lite. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary.
Hi 🙂 27 yr old Irish female working full time in a law firm in the CBD. I'm currently looking for somewhere short term (ideally as close to the city as possible) while I look for another permanent place but if I found somewhere I liked I'd definitely be open to entering a long term lease 😁 I like to socialise the weekends and would like to have flat/housemates who shared similar interests
Hiya! I’m a 29yr old photographer looking for a share house in the inner-west with a couple of other friendly and well adjusted people. I’m originally from Melbourne and have been living in Marrickville for the past 2 years (which I’ve loved). I’m clean, conscientious and respectful with general house stuff (and expect the same all round) and there will be no issues paying rent (can provide references if need). Looking for stability and long term, currently in temporary accommodation so move in date is flexible. I definitely love a laugh and a beer! Would love it if we all click well together, I’m also pretty independent, proactive and busy with work. I exercise, cook most nights and am always creative, bit of a nerd/tom-boy/hippy/humanitarian. Just went to Japan, hence the picture of the owl ;) Furnished house ideal, room does not need to be - I'll be bringing my own bed. Ideally would like off street or garage parking and a decent sized room (room for a large desk) with plenty of natural light. Would prefer house to apartment and a backyard area would be great. PS - I will be bringing my Seinfeld box set ;)
We are two girl studying the Master of Science Programme in Pharmacy at Uppsala University in Sweden. We are now travelling to Australia to attend the University of Sydney as visiting research students for our master thesis projects and are looking for accommodation from 25th of August 2017, to January 2018. We are two happy, fun-loving and easy-going girls who like keeping things neat and tidy. We are very social and love meeting and hanging out with new people, and are looking forward to explore Sydney during evening and weekends.
Sublet room for rent in Annandale. Fully furnished. There are 9 buses just outside which take 9 minutes to get to the city. 2 bedroom apartment, my 27 year old brother lives in the other room. Incredibly close to the city. Available from September 4th- October 3rd. Message me for more details.
Hi, I'm looking for a room (preferably with own bathroom) in a home within walking distance of Parramatta Rd in the Inner West - basically I would like to be a short walk to Camperdown Fitness I'm an architect, but currently in training to be a body piercer as well. I'm a reliable and considerate housemate to live with. I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people, but I'm pretty easy going and don't mind the occasional house party. While I do like alone time, I'm also happy to chill out together.
I am moving to Sydney to take up a full time Animation employment opportunity in Camperdown. Ideally would like to live in the Newtown area where I can walk to work each day. I am easy going and easy to get along with. I am respectful to others and their belongings. I am a pretty quiet guy, don't take drugs (and don't want to live with anyone else that does!) or smoke. I like the occasional social drink. I am clean and tidy and will do my share of the housework. Not a real good cook but hey I try :). I pay my rent and bills on time so no worries there either. I would prefer an unfurnished room so that I can bring my own furniture, bed etc for the room. In my spare time I like to go to the movies, create my own animated shows, draw and I like to go walking.
I'm 34 reliable, tidy and a pretty decent cook which I like to share with anyone I live with. I'm an active person, I love running, martial arts and generally trying to keep fit. Also love music and getting out to see live music. Financially stable and independant.
