It's a two minute walk from the bus stop and Annandale shops with plenty of free parking all along the street. It's $245 a week per person including water. We actually haven't set up wifi and have just been using hotspot since we both had unlimited but we can properly get a router etc. once I have a new housemate. We're the bottom floor of a terrace house - there's a couple living upstairs but we hardly ever see them. It's a small place but perfect for two people. The room fits a queen comfortably, with lots of light and high ceilings. The room will be unfurnished and if you have any kitchen stuff or other furniture we can definitely find room :))
I am from Toronto, Canada, and am currently doing my Masters at the University of Sydney. I am here until July 2020. I am very clean and would like flatmates who are easygoing and yet are clean and trustworthy. I need a quiet place where I can study. No smoking, please.

Moving over from growing up in Adelaide my whole life. Extremely clean and tidy person. Not very loud and I work in hospitality, so enjoy to spend much of my free time doing my own thing (reading, watching netflix or working on my photography). More of a morning person so won't be coming home drunk at 2am making a ruckus etc! Ideally move in with like-minded people who also don't mind their own company and aren't offended when I keep to myself sometimes. Always super keen to get to know someone and make new friends though!

Hello! I am looking for a room in a shared apartment/house /unit... for a long term stay. I will be ready to move in by early October. I am an undergraduate student who enjoys creative pursuits. My study focused on innovation and entrepreneurship. I would appreciate sharing the place with like-minded flatmates who are enthusiastic about startups. Apart from that, I like physical activities/sports, reading, watching good movies/documentaries and Hanging out with friends.
Hey all! I’m looking to fill in a large private bedroom available ASAP. The bedroom has a huge built-in and natural lighting and can come with a great mattress. The house itself has a large living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, deck and spacious backyard which is great for pets. There’s also massive storage space under the house if you have any big items. The room is $290/week with a $1000 bond – internet is $30/month. I use very little power, so utilities are generally very low. We’re on a quiet street in Annandale, with excellent public transport access to the city/USyd/UTS/Eastern Suburbs and walking distance to many good cafes/restaurants in the Annandale/Lilyfield/Leichhardt area as well as local shopping centres. You’ll be sharing the house with me (25), a PhD student at USyd and keen rock climber. I’m clean, keep to myself and enjoy a chat or lunch outing but appreciate peoples’ need for personal space :) If you're interested send me a pm and we can arrange a viewing! Cheers, Hunter
Hi i'm Joel. I'm 24 and currently working full time in TV Programming. I'm very independent and enjoy cooking. I'm pretty busy during the week but enjoy relaxing on the weekend or playing sport. I appreciate and respect privacy, plus I love to live in a clean place. My current lease ends on the 1st of November, so looking for a place to move into around that date. Look forward to hearing from you.
I’m quiet, clean, respectful of other peoples space and pretty much always up for a few beers. I’m a manager in a pub so I work odd hours. When I’m not at work I’m usually chilling at home, walking my dog or catching up with mates. I have a sweet older dog named Ripley, he is everyone’s best friend and loves a cuddle. I’m looking to start a share house with someone or join a share house with a couple of people. My lease for my current appartment is up on the 4th of November. Feel free to message me if you’d like to know more about me 🙃
Heyaa! I am Marlies, I am from Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and am currently looking for a place in Sydney. For the past 8 months I have travelled through Asia and Australia after quitting my job in research (sexual and reproductive health & women’s rights) in Amsterdam. I’m easy going, I like to go to the gym and do my own thing but always happy to go for a drink (preferably craft beer!) or dinner.
I've lived in sharehouses and shared apartments most of my adult life so I'm not new to this. I'm independent but friendly. I love sitting down and having good chat but I also don't need people to be around me 24/7 and often like spending time alone. I'm a film school graduate, so I love movies -- the cinema is my happy place. I'm also often writing and working on my own projects in my spare time. Please don't message me about rooms outside of my preferences. Would love a team up.
