I'm an easy-going full-time Engineer, writing in the CBD. I'm sociable and friendly, more reviews happy to have a chat and/or a drink, but definitely not a partier. I'm clean, respectful, and responsible. I am fairly active in my free time, playing sports and generally trying to be outdoors, but certainly don't mind the odd Netflix binge. I here writing bio's and am looking forward to settling into a new home with likeminded people.
PRIVATE ROOM + FEMALE ONLY Apartment preferable Hey Guys! I am moving to Sydney from Perth for grad work. I would love to see what Sydney has to offer, so definitely wouldn't mind having social roommates but can also appreciate the need to have time for yourself. I'm pretty clean and well-organised so you definitely won't have to worry about having a messy home. I would also like to have people over from time to time, so hoping that would not be a problem.
Beautiful room available for long-term rent in Annandale sharehouse! The room is available from July 10th, and the lease runs until February 2018 (it’s expected it’ll renew for another 12 months). The house itself is a pretty cosy fit, so sadly we’re not in the market for couples (sorry guys!). It's a gorgeous 3-bed/1-bath set up with a gas stove in the kitchen, cute backyard set up, and an outdoor laundry. We’re close to the 470 bus into the city, the 370 to Coogee (via Glebe and Newtown), a 20m walk away from Stanmore train station, and a 15m walk away from the Lilyfield light rail stop. Very close to shops and cafes on Booth street, and within walking distance to Leichhardt. The bedroom itself is just off the kitchen, with plenty of space. Easily fits double bed, desk, clothing rack, and chest of drawers. Rent is $250 a week, bond is $1000, internet is about $6 a week, and bills are paid quarterly and split evenly. Seeing as I can’t take my furniture with me, I’m hoping to leave it fully furnished for an extra cost: it includes a double bed, bed-side table, desk and chair, clothing rack, and a small chest of drawers. Basically everything you need!
I am a happy and flexible person , Electrical Engineer from Greece with European background. I have a full time job and busy daily plan. I am looking for a nice, clean and tidy private room then , for one Flatmate Both , we can share and enjoy simple daily things : )

Hi I'm an exchange student from Denmark. I'm 23 years old and I'm coming to Sydney to study architecture at The University of Sydney. In short; I looooove wine, animals, sci-fi and walking - I do not enjoy spiders, biking and being asked a lot of complicated questions in the morning. I like chilling with a good movie or binge watching something with a bad rating on Netflix. I make a whole lot of risotto, dunno if i'm any good though. I'm always up for a drink, a chat and a laugh. Easy going, generally clean, quite sweet and all around lovable. I'm looking for a place with a relaxed atmosphere, where we might cook some food together once in a while or drink a glass of wine but where a closed door is a also acceptable. - Hope you'd have me!
I'm a music-loving leftie who likes reading, kayaking, bushwalking, the beach, loves travelling, playing piano, meditation, trying new restaurants and bars with friends, and I have a keen interest in cheese and Netflix binges. Oh, and I'm LGBTQI-friendly of course! I'm a nurse at RPA who loves her job, and I work a full-time rotating roster, so I'm looking to live with peeps who can appreciate the irregular working/sleeping hours, and are mindful of the decibels when flatties are doing night shifts. I'm looking for a new home in a share-house (vs. apartment) with like-minded peeps, who enjoy a drink or dinner together, and enjoy their home as a sanctuary. My party-house days are over, but I enjoy the occasional social gathering, or dinner party at home. I'm a social person, and also like a good bit of 'me time'. As a seasoned share-houser (that's a word, right?), I've found the best housemate relationships are those that respect personal space, communicate openly about any niggles, enjoy socialising and having a good chat over a glass of wine or coffee, pee with the bathroom door closed and do their dishes and share of the housework. I'm looking for a large room, and have a piano (basic upright + electric- so can play it silently) so would love room for that. Be it in my room, or ideally if there's space elsewhere in the house. I'll even let you have a go :) Looking for a home for at least 6 months +, in a house (vs. apartment) with at least 2 other people, ideally polished floorboards (stupid allergies!), and somewhere I can easily get parking (on-street is fine), and a dishwasher would be awesome! Above all, looking for like-minded peeps I'd get along with and can have a laugh with :) Message me if you have any questions or think we may get along!
No couples. Townhouse with three bedrooms, large kitchen and living, basement, European laundry and a courtyard/balcony. The room available is bedroom 3, a cozy bedroom at the front of the house next to downstairs bathroom, which can be used as own bathroom. The room already has drawers provided and great for a single person. The house is sparsely furnished as not having moved in long. The downstairs room is great for somebody coming and going a lot or for a professional working longer hours. We also have decent transport with walk to light rail or bus stop right outside the front door!
I work full-time for Deloitte as well as study law part-time at the University of Sydney. I play the classical guitar, enjoying cooking, craft beer and staying active. Australia is home since 2014; I've been an expat most of my life and have lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and in multi-cultural share houses. I moved down from Brisbane a couple of years back for work and will be in Sydney for a few more years at the very least. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every now and then but I'm not a loud party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. Therefore, keen to find a home with an open area living and an outdoor area that encourages a social environment. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. More importantly I'm looking to rent a home, preferably in the inner-west area, with other like-minded social people. As much as I like to be social, I respect others privacy and personal space. If the above sounds good and you're keen to team up or looking for a quality housemate, hit me up! Cheers.
24 year-old easy going Kiwi, moved to Sydney this year. Fully house trained and not afraid to get stuck into some cleaning. Currently living in Balmain but open to any of the Inner West/East suburbs. I work full-time in the city and I'm also completing my Masters part time at the University of Sydney. Besides that I'm pretty sociable and outgoing. Hobbies include a love of footy (soccer), basketball, beaches, and music. Don't mind the occasional drink or night out if that's what the flat are into. Keen to find a flat of like-minded people willing to take on a friendly New Zealander.
Looking for two roomies or one and a couple from mid July to share a lovely fully furnished home (one bedroom furnished -the other isn’t) in Annandale. The house is a spacious, three bedroom, two bathroom with a warm homely feel. Conveniently located, just a short bus ride to Central Station. Annandale is a beautiful, quiet and safe neighbourhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants close by. Walking distance to Leichhardt , Newtown, Glebe and Sydney Uni.
I’m a student studying fine arts and secondary teaching, and also doing a cert 4 in disability support! I work about 5 jobs at the moment so I’m always busy! I collect classic cars so when I’m not working or studying, I’m working on my cars or painting 😊 on the hunt for an easy going sharehouse, don’t mind having a few drinks here and there and just making new friends!
The house is big, spacious and really funky (has a lot of character). There is so much space, you can chill in the games room (with pool table), the TV room or hang out on the balcony with an awesome view of the city skyliine. It is located very close to bus stops (6 minute walk to the cresent), with frequent buses to the city and Bondi Junction. The Rozelle light rail is a 10 minute walk from the house. You can access a wide range of cafes and shops on Booth St (7 minute walk from house)
I am a mature, independant lady. Grew up in Melbourne and have been in Sydney 3 years, having a career change and gone back to study. I like the simple things in life, going out for meals with friends and early nights in with a book or watching tv.

Hi all, I am an Australian born and bred, easy going, fun loving person. I love to cook, read and relax. I am neat and tidy but not super rigid! However it is very important to me to have a clean space at home. I work full time as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, with the occasional weekend. I spend majority of my weekday evenings at my dance studio, mornings at the gym and like to go out hiking, do yoga or rock climbing on the weekends. (So I'm not home that often!) I have guests occasionally but not all the time and am always sure to be considerate when I do. I hate drama, but am always open to having a constructive conversation if there are ever any house issues. It's important to me for my living space to be home so I want to get along with and be friends with my housemates! I look forward to talking to anyone who thinks I would be a good fit for their place.
The bedroom has built-in wardrobes and your own toilet. The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, table and bedside tables. These can be removed if you have your own furniture. Close to buses and Rozelle Bay light rail - less than 2mins walk. Surrounding streets are unmetered for parking. Tramsheds and Annandale shops are a 10mins walk away. Close to Blackwater Bay run and Bicentennial Park. Our place was constructed a few years ago and has modern appliances and is fully furnished.
