Hello! I am looking for a room...

My name is Ash, I am a non-binary butch with a beautiful kitty named Luna. My ideal move in date is early May, but I am flexible.

Ideal house: Looking for somewhere between Strathfeild and Darlinghurst. I would like to live in a community based house, commited to keeping a clean and respectful enviroment. Would love a space that feels like home, with people who are down for a chat and kiki but also understand personal space and recharge time. Weekly rent up to $350, up to 4 housemates.

About me: I am 20 years old, completely finanically independant and this is not my first share-house. I like to craft, garden, and play my bass at home, but also spend alot of my spare time socialising or out and about. I love hosting potluck style dinner parties for my friends (any potential housemate is of course welcome), but other than that am pretty quiet. I am a specialty barista in Galston (a trek I know) and absolutely love my job and my craft. This means i have to wake up before 5am most mornings so appreciate a quiet house after 9pm (this isnt a problem if you want to have people over, just let me know beforehand and i can make arrangements).

About Luna: 8 year old ragdoll, biggest diva you will ever meet. Very cautious around new people and enviroments but once acclimated she is very affectionate. Well trained, almost never has accidents and I clean her litter box daily. It is best she is the only pet in the home.
