I have been a civilian IT professional with the public service for over 11 years and have moved to Canberra to work for the public service (again!). I have no criminal history and am very trustworthy.
NOTE: I’m looking for a place with ample storage, spacious room and private bathroom. As I have quite a lot of personal items, storage space is a must for me. A walk-in wardrobe or private bathroom would be highly favourable. It would also be ideal if there was a car space to charge my vehicle overnight. I will pay the additional charging costs separately from rent with my tracking app.
Outside of work, I am a keen health enthusiast and have been learning to swim for a year now, as well as focused on a clean diet and exercise. I do not drink alcohol regularly as part of my daily life, I don’t smoke, I don't do any drugs, I don't party or play loud dance music. My meals are usually short and simple and I usually meal prep on Sundays and cook simple dinners during the week. I rarely invite any friends over and will always give notice to flatmates if I intend to have a guest over as to not diisturb them.
I like to keep my personal belongings organised and into specific areas and categories. I'm also very generous and am always happy to share things that will benefit others if it will help. I pay my rent always on time with automatic calender notifications so there will be no problems with finances. I don't party on weekends and will not come home late usually or disturb others late at night. I don't snore, I am a deep sleeper and I am respectful of others space and time. I am super friendly and people have often expressed how likeable I am as a person. I'm very young at heart and enthusiastic about life.
I also come with 20 years of IT experience, so if there's any tech issues or the wifi signal is too weak around the house, then I'm your man to help!

I've been living on my own for 4 years and sharing for 3 years so I am familiar with share living.
My move date is flexible as I am looking for a good fit for long term at the right price.
On the weekends I like to go out and have some sunshine, sit at a Cafe and have a coffee or tea. I like to go swimming when it’s warmer or do something that gets my body moving.
I am also keen on personal development and enjoy meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, self development.
