Hi! I have been living in Gungahlin but have been advised to vacate at short notice. Flexible and open to different suburbs. I work full time and party days are long behind me. Looking to live with people who are happy to engage but also respects boundaries. I am very clean and neat. Don't cook much, so not one to make loads of mess in the kitchen. Some weeks I may be there 24/7 but other times I may not be there much at all. In Canberra I work full time in the office Monday-Fri. Non smoker. Budget limit is firm and would prefer if it included some bills. Open to staying longer if it's the right fit. Cheers!
