Hi there ... One small issue! ... I have my daughter's small dog at the moment, but he will be back with her by the end of January 2019. He hates cats and if I can find a place which is dog friendly would be great! I would walk your dog every day for you! Open minded, I need to find equilibrium in a share environment; preferably with person/s who keeps regular hours. I adore my 9-5 managerial job, am financially secure and have no problem paying my dues. Seeking a long-term live-in arrangement with someone who is easy going, considerate and conscientious of cleanliness. Occasional social drinker. Non smoker, I keep reasonably fit and healthy, most importantly though, I am a sensitive sleeper, and need a place where my rest is not compromised. Hoping to move into my new dream home with my new best house-mate sooner than later! Considerate of others rest and privacy and very conscientious of utility usage. (Scottish upbringing). lol Friends are few, (haha) .. so you won't encounter my visitors very often. Clean in the kitchen - I never leave dishes lying around and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is chilled. A good laugh and positive communication is nice to come home to, however love my space and respect others' as well. I currently live with 20 somethings who I find amazing coz they're responsibly minded!! I go to the organic markets every weekend and eat clean. Happy to cook for two if you are into cutting the cost of utilities - or don't have the time to cook. A fairly spacious fridge which isn't cluttered is important to me as is cupboard space. Environmentally friendly and happy.

Hello, I'm Sam! I am a 23 year old engineer moving from Townsville to Brisbane complete a masters degree. I'm looking for a house that my dog Dexter and I can call home for the next year or so. I'm neat, a non-smoker, enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle and am really keen to start my masters degree. In my spare time I like cook, run, and relax with friends. Dexter is a 2 year old Chow Chow x Shepherd, who is extremely intelligent, loves to play fetch and go running. He is roughly the size of a small border collie. He get's on well with other dogs and would love to have a friend if you have another dog. I have some furniture I can contribute, depending if you need anything, and have my own bedroom furniture. I am flexible with location in Brisbane, ideally somewhere close to a train line. I am looking to move into a house sometime between the 14th of Jan - 11th of Feb (flexible for the right place). Feel free to send me a message! :)
I'm a keep to myself type of guy. Happy to have a chat and sit around and chill. I dont party hard or go clubbing every night. I have steady income and am also a student.
Newly renovated large houseRoom for rent and space for your own furniture if you need it. Our large house has 2 living spaces, two bathrooms, two outdoor entertaining areas, kitchen. Walk 300m to bus stop or 800m to Oxford park or Grovely train station. 1min walk to local shops/cafe/pizzeria and 400m to coffee club, restaurants, local cafes. Preferably looking to share with someone 18-40 who is easy going. We enjoy a bbq and a few beers and trips to the local. Open to males and females, short term or long term, room comes furnished (negotiable) or unfurnished. . Friendly atmosphere. no pets
This one bedroom unit is the ground floor of a house, I live upstairs in a seperate area with one other, the unit comes with backyard, shared laundry, garage and aircon, feel free to contact me for any details or to inspect
The house is located right beside Grovely train station. It is a three bedroom two bathroom with a barbecue area. A large block with plenty of car space. It is well located beside a big park and shopping centres. House is 9 km from Brisbane nine stops on the train the Feeney growth line. Available with lots of cupboard space no bed but can be provided if necessary $160 per all bills included one week in advance
- three minute walk to train station but not on the tracks - Private yard with high timber fence and plenty of trees - timber deck with gas BBQ - gas hot water - Gas stove and oven - new bathroom (shower over the bath tub with glass screen) - fish pond - large lounge room - separate kitchen area - internet and water included - plenty of street parking - downstairs storage area (not water or dust proof) - dishwasher - timber/cork floors (carpet in two bedrooms) - ceiling fans, lots of windows and light This house is quiet and there is no travel time to and from the train station therefore no parking or traffic issues - ideal for someone working off from the Ferny Grove line or Mitchelton/Enoggera area is 5 minutes drive. I took this property as it had a great yard (and the train station) that I could work in with vegetable garden and chooks and may consider a dog or pet moving in, but needs to be chicken and wildlife friendly. The house and yard are my responsibility you don't have to mow etc, but if you want to participate in the yard/garden you are welcome. I would consider a couple but more rent and bills etc. I am easy going and literally mean this so it is an easy going household for independent and responsible people. Only going to be two people in the house. Rules are pay the rent/expenses on time and enjoy the space.
I am a quite guys with party days behind me. I like to chat but not into big gatherings or knocking myself out. I work full time and sometimes long hours during the week. I have a 2 yr old and 8 yr old not with me. Looking for long term as I don't fancy flat hopping and the most important thing to me is the person/ people I live with and how we click. Easy to get along with and happy with all sorts of pets etc.
I'm Meg, currently studying Archaeology and History at UQ. I am neat, friendly and respectful of others' space. I am really looking for a household or teamup where we can enjoy a drink or two of wine, some cheese and trashy reality tv. I'm definitely looking for housemates I can be friends with. I do have a cat that I am looking to bring with me if possible, if not that is ok too!
Shift worker at airport, part time defence member (if I'm away on course, I take my dog to the kennels) have a 4 year old well behaved staffy. Respects space, cleans up after self, many years of sharing homes. After somewhere for atleast 12 months. Enjoy PC and PS4 on quieter days, will watch netflix with you.
Hi! We are a hard-working young couple currently looking for a room to stay in the northern suburbs. Sam is 20 (about to turn 21) and is completing his electrical apprenticeship and works full time. He loves dogs and cars and anything that lights up. Sophie is 18 (but not your typical 18 year old) and is studying Nursing full-time and is also a disability support worker part-time. She spends her time making lists and organising schedules, cleaning EVERYTHING and using excessive amounts of hand sanitiser. We love to travel!! We are both introverted however always up for a good laugh and cheeky banter. We love to always be doing adventurous things however sometimes we are so tired so we settle for Netflix on the weekend.
The house is located in Keperra, north side of Brisbane, just few minutes walking to Grovely Train Station, around 20 minutes by car from the CBD. Nice and quiet area with restaurants, gyms, food courts and supermarkets around. Huge 4 bedroom place which is shared between 4 Brazilians. The house’s got a massive swimming pool, 3 bathrooms and large living room.
Hey I’m selena, I’m pretty cruisey to live with. Will respect others privacy. I also have great banter and can along with just about everyone. I love living in a clean environment. I’m very respectful of other people’s property.
Hello, my name is Brittany! I'm looking for somewhere to live that is a bigger/medium sized room, fairly quiet, clean and somewhat close to public transport (I do have a car) and an all female place or almost all female place. I am a full time student studying Horticulture and I am currently searching for a job. I am looking for a quiet place to live so I can concentrate on my studies without any major distractions, I usually tend to keep to myself but I decided to move out of my current place for more space to live in and more social interactions with housemates somewhat around my age. I would like to move into a place where I can keep some potted plants (I don't have many and they are on the small side).
I’m looking to start a new household with another female, preferably close in age to myself. I’m 22, work full time and have an 11 month old toy cavoodle. He is very well behaved, quiet and pretty well toilet trained. I would love a housemate that will occasionally join in on weekend adventures and movie nights at home. I also enjoy time to myself and am very respectful of space and privacy. Wanting to move into a townhouse, house or villa. Something with at least a small grassed courtyard for my dog and a garage. I will be ready to move mid January. Would love to catch up for a coffee or chat on the phone to discuss!
Hi I’m Kristy-lee :) I am 23 and work part time as a Childcare educator. I keep to myself but am happy to have a chat. I pay my bills on time and I am clean. I have a lovely dog named Teddy who’s a Cavoodle. He is a hypoallergenic dog so he doesn’t shed hair and I have an overly affectionate girl cat named Bagheera. I’m looking for a safe place for me to cal home we’re I can be happy and relax.
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed.
I am easy going and very clean. Enjoy quiet time during the week as I work full time. Love to catch up over a glass or two of wine on Friday's. Also love gymming, so if you don't find me at home I will definitely be at the gym.

Hi my name is Kandis I'm 32 years old & have recently moved to Brisbane. I get along well with others & pretty easy going, neat & tidy person. I am looking to find accomodation in a smoke/drug/alcohol free home close to the city with fenced yard as I have a 5yr old dog who is very friendly & well behaved so want to live with someone that loves animals
I’m quiet and respectable, yet happy to have a chat and a laugh. I appreciate my privacy and the privacy of others. More than willing to give a helping hand when required. I enjoy art, movies and music.
Hi, I work full time as a civilian in an Army unit (Enoggera) and study almost full time as well - I'm a pretty quiet housemate! I'm moving to Brisbane from Townsville around 5 Jan 19 but if moving-in date is a deal breaker let's talk. I'm reliable, clean, very happy to share with your pets and do my share at home. I am an introvert so not looking for a party place, but friendly to have around. I may or may not bring a car - I will definitely have a bicycle although it may mainly sit in the garage looking pretty, Brisbane has a lot more hills than Townsville :) I'm looking to share with one person only and I'd appreciate my own bathroom, but I'm flexible. Also flexible on budget so if you have something you feel I might be a fit for, please do get in touch.
