Hey all, I am looking for short term rental for approx. 6-8 weeks though this is flexible. I do have 2 dogs (Golden Retriever and labrador) it's not imperative that I bring then with me, but a huge plus if I can bring both, or even one. They are both very much people pleasers, dont need a huge yard, love a cuddle and pat and rarely bark unless they think there is someone suspicious hanging around. Though if I can't bring them with me, they do have elsewhere they can stay. I do have a lot of furniture, so if there is space for it in the house or in a garage (happy to pay more) that would also be a bonus, though I can put in storage if need be. A bit about me: from NZ, spent 7 years in Melbourne and moved to Brisbane last year for a lifestyle change. I work full time in the city, usually working till late. I enjoy getting on the weekend's to have a drink, go hiking or exploring. I'm laid back, really tidy and respectful of others space. I'm an easy going guy, that's pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I enjoy kayaking, fishing, bush walking, cards, board games, jigsaws,photography, nature and much more. I don't smoke or drink and my dog is a Maltese Shi-tzu so he doesn't shed hair. I have my kids every second week and have a great relationship with them. They are a bit shy at first but warm up after a while. I'm looking a granny flat that is big enough to accommodate them when they stay with me. Currently working full time shift work as a firefighter for QFES. I enjoy going to the gym and beach, camping and hiking, playing social sport and having a few quiet beers. Hey there. I'm an English import who is an Aussie citizen by birth thanks to my mum. I enjoy a good TV show, some Youtube and trips to the cinema when I'm not working slightly unsocial hours for Coles (3am-11am sort of times). I ride a motorbike so ideally looking for some off street parking in some form even if its just inside a driveway. Very clean in my own space and communal spaces, and am quite handy at cleaning. I do tend to enjoy my own space and can usually be found in my own room at my current property for the majority of the time chatting to friends back in England or hooking up the Playstation to put something on my smallish (32'') TV. Looking for a long term move so ideally at least 6 months would be great... thanks for reading!
