🌿 Looking for a housemate to team up for a 3 bed 2 bath rental – January 2026
Hey! I’m Nithya, working full-time in IT (mostly weekday hours). I’m clean, respectful, and pretty low-key, definitely not a party person. I love coming home to a calm, tidy space after work and really value a peaceful environment. Outside work, I’m into fitness, cooking simple healthy meals, and learning new things, whether it’s tech, psychology, or personal growth. I enjoy quiet weekends, spending time with family over the phone, or just relaxing with a good show or playlist. I’m always up for a chat over coffee or dinner, but I also really appreciate my downtime. My ideal home vibe is friendly but independent, where everyone’s considerate, pays rent on time, and feels comfortable doing their own thing. My parents may visit occasionally (for a few weeks a year), but they’re super quiet and respectful. I’m hoping to team up with someone reliable and like-minded to rent a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home together around January 2026. Ideally something modern, safe, and close to good public transport, anywhere like Oxley, Corinda, Nundah, Loganlea, Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, or similar suburbs. Budget is around $600 per week total, split roughly $400–$420 (me) and $180–$200 (you).
