Hi my name is Alannah. I'm starting a new job in Melbourne on 23/04/19 but will come down sooner. Job is permanent full time shift work. I need a quiet and secure environment in order to help me settle into the city. I'm looking for flatmates that are quiet, respectful and clean. Not a party person. Not likely to ever bring other people over. I prefer to go out to socialise. No kids or pets, although I don't mind animals. Is quiet, clean and respectful. As a flatmate I generally keep to myself but I don't mind the occasional chat every now and again. I need a suitable place asap. Ideally somewhere more permanent.
Hey hey! Looking to make Melbourne my new home! Moved from North Queensland for a new job in Richmond . Currently looking for a furnished/ unfurnished room preferably close to the selected suburbs in my preferences (so I'm close to work). I'm an easy going person who enjoys camping, gaming & fishing. I'm always up for going out to dinner or just a general chill out night. Thanks :)
I'm 25 years old working as a software developer who loves driving (some sort of parking would be wicked!), playing futsal/badminton and listening to music. Recently, I've been trying to get into running so a nearby park/track to run around would be amazing. As a housemate, I'm pretty clean, quiet and mindful of others' space. I'll be out and about most of the time for work or for random activities but am always down to have a chat and chill over a meal/drink. Cheers, Ivan
Hey, I'm Adam. I'm a 26 year old Panelbeater that has just moved to Melbourne from New Zealand. I'm pretty chill especially during the week but still like having a bit of a catch up and a cold beer. I'm tidy and respectful and willing to help out with everything. Looking forward to settling in here, meeting some people and seeing what Melbourne has to offer.
Hi there. We are a couple looking for a new place to call home. My partner Thom and I both work full time, easy going, respectful and sociable. I work in finance and Thom is in Media. We both love the nature and are into music. We are quite the foodie and would love to share a meal from time to time. We are also animal friendly if you have furry friends. We look forward to meeting our future flatmate and hopefully a good friend. Cheers.
German dual study IT student (at Robert Bosch GmbH) who made a 3 month intern in Melbourne. Searching for a nice private room. I'm a clean and dedicated person. I like to ride motorbikes in my spare time and I am often on the road with my dog. (Unfortunately he has to stay in Germany).
Hey there! I'm from middle of nowhere Inverloch in South Gippsland, and grew up on the coast. I''ve lived in a sharehouse in Caulfield North for one year now and looking for something new. I need somewhere walking distance to public transport as I don't drive (so won't need space to park). I'm studying Art History and Curating, and work in a Cafe in South Melbourne. I'm vegetarian (but don't mind being around meat and whatnot) and I'm relatively decent at cooking (smashed avo anyone?). I like pretty much all kinds of music and am always ready to dance, so if you're needing club buddies I'm here! but am also pretty quiet and spend a lot of time in my room in silence so if you're needing quiet to study I'm good in terms of that. I also don't smoke or have any pets, but don't mind being around those who do smoke, and adore pets!
My name is Richard and I am a chef from Perth. I've been over here for about 2 years now but am looking to find somewhere new to move. I work a lot so I guess a great thing about me as a housemate is that sometimes you might not see me for most of the week! I'm respectful of privacy (but keen for the occasional dinner/ drinks) and property and already come fully house trained
The current flatmate is off on another adventure and I am weighing up whether to keep the place or not. So this listing is up as one option of a few. If the right person lands, I might stick with it. It's small, but a functional, fully decked out and comfortable pad. A place to land after the trials and tribulations of the day and recharge. It's one of only 12 on the block and off the main roads, so it's nice and quiet. Location wise the place is amazing. Tram 6 basically at the doorstep and Armadale station a couple of mins walk. Real close to Glenferrie Road's shops and cafes and close to at least three gyms and a bunch of yoga studios. You could stagger home from Chaps...apparently.
Clean, quiet, pays bills on time. I work at Sal's Pizza, a New Zealand franchise starting up over in Melbourne. I need a place to stay whilst working. I don't smoke, I drink socially, and when I am home, you can typically find me relaxing in front of the computer

Hey future roomie, I am a 2nd year student at Swinburne Uni of Tech and a trainee pilot at Moorabbin airport. Currently renting at Cheltenham and would like to reduce my commute time to the university. I pay my rents weeks in advance and am easy-going and chill dude, do feel free to contact my landlord Jack (p.m for number). I always keep a neat and tidy environment as well. On weekends after a hard week of studying, I enjoy a cold one with some Netflix and chill. Cheers :)
I am moving to Melbourne from NZ to have a change of scenery. Civil Engineer. Love the outdoors and exploring new places. Easy going and friendly.
Hi there! I'm Jayson, currently 23 and have just moved to Melbourne from Auckland, NZ. I'll be starting a new job here in digital marketing/advertising working 9-5, Monday - Friday I’m a chill and easy going person and I'm always down to do things/explore around, but am also comfortable spending time in solidarity. I'm really into music and going to gigs. I also take photos for people and things. I enjoy cycling, skateboarding, cooking/fermentation, some drawings/designs and love having a cold brew or two. I've flatted out in Auckland before and my flatmates loved how considerate I am - I'm a very clean person and I like to clean up behind me. I am pretty flexible with what I'm looking for, a sharehouse of people with similar hobbies and similar age would be ideal! Looking forward to hearing from you all!
Hello everyone, I'm relocating from Sydney to Melbourne in mid May. I'm quiet but can talk a lot once comfortable. I don't drive so close to public transport is a must. I do have a large monstera philodendron and several other plants that would love to move with me. Cat person but don't hate dogs. I drink a lot of tea to make up for the fact that I don't like the taste of alcohol & coffee... I buy too many books that I don't end up reading.
I'm a retired film maker, producer, screenwriter and daily street photographer. I've lived overseas for the last five years, predominently in India and Norway. It's now time for me to be home in Australia. I have 2 grown children, am previously married so I'm exceptionaly well (self) house-trained. I'm a dog person, love cooking (and cleaning up after myself!), Netflix and my own space. I'm not a party animal, yet enoy the company of others. Non smoking is a given. I need to be in Melbourne for the next 6 months. I would normally rent an apartment, but short term lease is impossible to find. I'm highly atypical for my age, preferring to be amongst energetic, enthusiastic people who enjoy life. Yet I can also be quite solitary at times as I write every day and / spend a lot of time out shooting street photos, although a calm and peaceful home life is necessary. I'm financially highly independant and very reliable (with my own car). I'm also highly respectful of others so expect no less, with good communication essential.
I am a social and friendly person with no drinking or smoking habits. I am a morning person who loves coffee with mates. I like to socialize and hang out when free but respect other's privacy. I like to be myself in the house. Expecting good vibes in the house. I like to be clean and keep the house clean. I am looking for a light filled room that allows fresh air to flow through. Flexible on rent if the property is of my interest. I keep up on personal finance so I can pay bills and rent on time.
