Hey guys, I've very recently moved to Melbourne and am now looking for a long term flat share. I'm 24 years old and am working full time. I love having a drink and a yarn, food, movies, rock-climbing and the premier league. I'm easy going and very friendly. I definitely appreciate people's need for space but am always up for a chat. I'm a registered nurse working at the Alfred hospital, i do shift work which means my time at home varies from week to week. I grew up in East Gippsland and have lived in various other places before moving to Melbourne at the start of the year. I am friendly and easy to get along with and looking for something a bit closer to work, to shorten the commute and take full advantage of the Melbourne lifestyle. I am looking for somewhere with housemates i can be friends with but not a party house. I am also an avid cook and love to travel :)
Me and my daughter are jumping the ditch from New Zealand to Melbourne in early October! We are super laid back and like to get out explore and check out what cities have to offer! We love anything from gigs and chilling in the park to going on a bush walk or road trip but mostly we love the beach. I also enjoy a good drink or 12 :) We are looking for some like minded people who doesnt mind being sassed by a 6 yr old. We would also prefer to take over the lease on a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. I am willing to pay more to have our own place close to the city.
I'm 23 working in Marketing Operations. I like to fill my precious time off with great food, wine and friends. I also go to the gym a few times per week. Favourite show is suits mostly because Harvey Spector is gorgeous! I do have a cat which sleeps inside at night on my bed and outside all day. If that's an issue I can give her back to my parents but if you like cats I can bring her - flexible either way! Personality wise I'm outgoing and driven. I'm not home a great deal of the time but when I am I'm looking forward to a chat or an occasional shared meal as I currently live solo! My lease is up on the 14th of October so I need to move between the 1st-13th of October. Open to team ups! I have a whole heap of brand new furniture I can bring or can store at my parents :) Any questions let me know :)
I love socializing, doing yoga and pilates, go out for a drink or a bite to eat but I also enjoy some time at the house and relax, listening to music and cooking! I am here on a work holiday visa, but I got flown over to work as a PA and Nanny in Malvern. I am part-time living in (so one week I will be there Thursday till Monday morning and the next week Wednesday till Friday). At the moment I am sleeping in Hostels in Melbourne and trying out different areas, well actually I only stayed in CBD until now! Anyway! I would love to find an apartment where I can leave my stuff and enjoy my free nights! Not to far from Malvern, because I still have to go back and forth on the days I don't sleep there! Somewhere between Malvern and CBD. I am pretty laid back and off course I clean up after myself! Moving date is not important and the lenght of my stay depends on how long I will be in Melbourne! But probably 9 months up to a year in melbourne
Looking to team up females (current residence is going up for sale). I will be looking in Toorak, Armadale, South Yarra, Prahran, Malvern areas. Also open to getting a lease together for a new place if we are suited. My intentions are long term, not looking to move around. I work full time in the CBD. Quiet, clean, respectful, I occasionally go out for drinks/dinner on the weekends, gym, and travel to Queensland a few times a year to visit family. I'm easy going and upfront, not fussed with politics, as long as you have respect for me as I will for you I'm happy. If you think we would be a good match or I would fit well into your household please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you, Bianca
Hello. I am a creative, healthy, independent guy. I am clean, organised and productive. In life I love to explore, paint and ride my bike. I work at rebel, read and write. I have a mattress, a bike, a small table, a lamp, 2 salt lamps, a guitar I can not play yet, some paintings, some books, an old subaru and my own clothes. Looking for some where to call home a while and make a couple of new friends. Somewhere chilled and an unfurnished room.
I'm an easygoing, open minded person who loves a laugh and chat, casual drinks or two and the occasional Netflix binge. You'll often catch me out on my nerdy side rewatching Rick and Morty episodes or buried deep in an Ivan Turgenev novel. I'm studying science at Monash uni, majoring in physics but I've taken this year off to relax a tad and work.
Hi, My name is Kirby, I'm an Analyst at an investment firm in the CBD. I'm in the process of transferring to New York for work ..future free accomodation ;) I'm looking for a place to stay; probably 3 months, possibly a few more BUT (please don't give up on me yet) I'm more than happy to help find someone suitable to replace me when the time comes. I'm also completing my MBA, so will be pretty chilled around the house / in my room studying a bit, or staying back at work since I'm becoming the procrastination queen at home. Weekends I'm always at the gym and out for brunch with my friends etc. I go to the gym before work everyday, but I'm extremely quiet and I'm out the door within 10 minutes of waking up. I'd be more than happy to pay bond, give a month notice when I move etc, although I don't really want to go on a lease given my situation. Thanks, Kirby
Friendly, laid back, sociable house mate. Respectful of house share set up (pay bills on time, tidy, assist with cleaning, happy to sit down and socialise and give each other space). Work in healthcare, like to cook, keep fit, read, laugh, try new places, drink wine. Looking for 2-3 people in a house/town house to live with - who share share similar house share values. Can't live with cats - sorry! Please note that I wont be available to move in before Sept 16th (but can have flexibility with the date after that)
I'm a 26year old, full-time worker. I play sports through out the week and visit the gym regularly. I'm a neat guy who likes his down time when home because of my busy schedule.I'm easy going and generally chill type of guy. I can either be a quiet roommate who is always in his room giving you space and privacy or the type that starts/joins in on themed nights. Up to whatever you're happy with. Also a non-smoker.
Hi all! **looking for team ups** I've lived in share accommodation for the past 5.5 years so I've had my fair share to know what I want and what I don't want. So I'll be as honest as possible! I'm a respectful housemate. I work full time and I also study a Masters part time so I really just want a home where it hits 9pm and it's wind down time! I do go to gym (I see a pt but I'm keen to find a gym buddy), I'm absolutely NOT Looking for party house or even a house where people are in and out all the time, I much prefer and relaxed environment. I am absolutely looking for a clean housemate (just simply don't leave dishes out for days) and someone who is down for a chat/netflix binge but still happy to have personal time. Past experiences have shown me, decent internet in the area is a must as well! I have everything to fill a home apart from a couch (I parted with mine when it couldn't come with me) so I'm really looking to start fresh in a new place with someone. All I asked if you care for my things as if they were your own :) Feel free to message me if you're interested in hunting and for something long term. I'm not in a rush as I want to find someone and really get to know them before we move in!
I'm a young woman who isn't afraid to break out the vacuume out and help around the house , will share wash duties and keep good company . I'm very respectful and not into partying so won't bring back drunk people making noise and disturbing others . Very easy to live with as long as respect is mutual :) ** Looking for a house near a train station and only 1 flatmate preferably. ** I work in the city and study Human Resources, my background is psychology so I'm a people person.. I don't stay much at home and weekends I'm normally out too. usually when I'm not working I just enjoy chillin at home reading a book or enjoyng some music (I have a pretty cool headphone that's my best friend atm). I just want a nice home (not just a house) and I'll be here for at least 2 years.
Super friendly gal working and studying full time. I'm usually very busy and am rarely at home but when I am you'll most likely see me watching movies, reading, cooking up a storm or enjoying a glass of vino! I am respectful and tidy!
I am looking for a professional male/female between 25-40 to share my home. Spacious apartment, open plan living, kitchen and dining with loads of natural light on beautiful leafy street. Small apartment complex, close to tram stops and train station. Very close to High Street, Glenferrie Road and Malvern Central. The available bedroom has built in wardrobes and reverse cycle air con. There is heating and cooling throughout the house and a laundry in the bathroom. I do have 2 Burmese cats that are very affectionate and friendly. Sorry not looking to live with couples or any full time students. Looking to live with someone who is easy going, respectful, considerate and reasonably tidy in common areas :)
