Hey! Looking for something more affordable than my current place. I work full time in corporate so am out of the house from 7-5 throughout the week - looking for another young professional(s) who lives a similar lifestyle (and also loves wine. V important.) I'm friendly and sociable, love a chat after work, and dinner/drinks over the weekend. I do also appreciate time to myself and am very respectful of others' space and privacy. I've lived in several share house/communal settings over 4 years so I'm not unfamiliar with it. :) I am trustworthy, reliable, considerate and super tidy - being conscious of energy consumption from a cost perspective is really important too - so please only reach out if you share the same priorities! I have 2 beautiful ragdoll cats: a 3yo female and male kitten. They’re 100% housetrained and indoor-only, and so clingy and affectionate! They have co-existed with dogs in the past with no issues. ALSO -- Looking for a longer-term stay only (12 months+); hoping to be settled as soon as I find the right place and company! Ideally - I'd have my own bathroom and somewhere off-street to park my car. More than happy to team up if our budgets, lifestyles and move-in dates were around the same. Flick me a message if you're interested in catching up and chatting more. Cheers! :)
Hello, I'm Camilo, I just arrived in Melbourne, I am an industrial engineer and I am currently studying English, I am a responsible, calm, tidy and home person. I am looking for a place where I can rest, share with my roommates and practice and improve my English.
We are bestfriends of 14 years and have been thinking on moving in together when we got here in Melbourne. I am gay and she is straight. I am currently studying at uni as an international student in ACU and she's a PR working as a nurse near ACU so anything nearby is also ideal. We like to be tidy, and are very sensitive towards the needs and dynamics the people around us. We are considerate people as well, and we know that everyone likes to have their own privacy. We like to make a system out of everything to keep it all organised so you will have no issues in living with us. Shoot us a message if you think you have an offer. MOVE IN DATE: I wrote July but we are ready to move anytime.
Hi, I'm Gemma. I'm a quiet but friendly person. All good with doing dishes and keeping communal areas tidy. Happy to pay for a cleaner to do intense cleaning tasks every 2 weeks or week or so. I am employed, I am a copywriter (I write advertising material for websites). I work on a contract basis. When I'm not working, I enjoy art and I do my freelance work and art work in a studio in St Kilda. I'm not a party person, but I am social and I like a chat at the end of the day or over a meal. I enjoy cooking and I am vegetarian so we could share a meal occasionally if that suits. I love animals and would prefer share accommodation with a cat or dog (or both) in residence. My main reason for moving is to find somewhere to live where I can share with someone, reduce living costs and also have an animal to pat. I am a smoke and drug free zone and I would prefer a place that does not allow smoking inside. I do however drink coffee and have the occasional evening glass of wine or shot of baileys, but only one glass/shot per session so not a big drinker. I have a boyfriend who might come over 2 or 3 nights a week, but happy to come to an arrangement with housemates that everyone is cool with. Not sure what else to say. I think that's it.
I am 24 years old, easy to get along with and a very approachable person. I am incredibly tidy around the house but that doesn’t always extend to my room. I love catching up with my friends for dinner and drinks. Netflix and TV series are my go to on week nights as I am a little bit obsessed. I like to get loose and go out but not all the time and not too loose :) I am currently working full time as a retail assistant in a compounding pharmacy here in Perth, and have just been offered a position as a full-time admin manager at a compounding pharmacy in Prahan, Melbourne. What I want in a home is somewhere I can be completely comfortable, a welcoming and easy going environment. I believe honesty is the best policy and consider myself to be very easy to live with, respecting of others space, 150% supporting of the LGBTQ community, friendly and fun! i’m moving over on the 18th of july and start my full time job the following monday.
I am currently doing masters degree in sustainable energy while working part-time. I am looking for a place to stay long term. I'm easy going, friendly, quiet and always tidy after myself. Thank you for taking this time to read about me :) Have a wonderful day/night. Zee
The apartment is located in Barnato Grove in Armadale. It is a very quiet spot but within walking distance to Armadale & Toorak Train Stations, No.6 tram, High Street Shopping strip and a short drive to Chapel Street, Hawksburn Village, Toorak Village and Glenferrie Road. The apartment itself is an older style apartment which means it’s quite big. It includes a split system, dishwasher and laundry facilities. The apartment is fully furnished so you will only need to bring your bedroom furniture. The bedroom is approx. 3.4m x 3.2m with BIR. It will fit a queen bed, bed side table and chest of drawers quite easily. There is also tandem undercover parking for your car. The furniture in these photos is not mine, but from the old advertisement. The rent will be $1,135 per month. This includes unlimited internet and contents insurance. Gas and Electricity are extra and split 50/50. We don’t pay water bills which is great. The bond will be $1,250 and will need to be paid to my housemate. The lease expires in Feb 2019 so it will be a 6 month lease with me, but you are welcome to stay on after that. PLEASE SMS OR MESSAGE ME ON HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS :)
Hi, my is Jean Ammi. I get along with pretty much everyone. I work full time on burke road in a financial institution and just completed a MPH. I like staying active, gym, drinks with friends. Would like to live with someone who will not just be a housemate, someone with whom i can share a laugh, meal, or an occasional drink.
I'm a student from the Netherlands and from July I'll be studying at Monash University for one semester. Although I will be following units related to mathematical finance, I'm mainly coming to Melbourne to see more of the world and meet new people. For this I'm looking for a nice home base, preferably as close to the Caulfield campus as possible, such that travel times between Caulfield and Clayton campus are limited and there are enough opportunities to do many things in the city (center). Currently, I live in a house with four other students, where we often eat together or drink a beer and do some activities with each other. In my free time I like to chill out, or to play and watch sports (which I do quite often). My favourite sports are running, skiing, tennis, F1 and football (you call it soccer I suppose ;) ). Because we have a shared living room, we often invite other people who live elsewhere in the city. This often leads to a lot of spontaneous activities, which have produced many unforgettable moments. This is not necessarily a requirement for me in a new student residence and I am certainly open to everything that comes my way. It does, however, give an idea of how I currently experience my student days and that I am looking for meeting new and nice people. On the other hand, during the working days I can also be busy and serious with my studies, so I know (and like) both ways.
My name is Adrienne, I am a 26 year old female working as a Practice Manager of a Collins street Dental Practice. I am a very clean, respectful, mature & friendly person & would want my housemate to posses these traits too. I would prefer to live with someone who is aged between 23-35 & do not mind whether my housemate is male or female, however I am not looking to live with a couple. I am open to moving into an existing property & I am happy to supply all of my own bedroom furniture. I would be looking to live in a property that provides me with a private bedroom & either my own bathroom or en-suite, to ensure that I have my own space & that you have yours :) I'd be happy to pay between $200 & $300 each p/w for rent, not inclusive of bills. I am very much into keeping healthy, cooking, baking & during the week I will either be at work or at Yoga. On the weekends I am often catching up with friends, family, cooking or having a Netflix/Stan binge! I would love to share a home with someone who would like to go out for the occasional meal & drinks & is looking to form a friendship, as well as being roommates. Last but not least - I do own a pug named Marley, so whoever I move to a place with must be comfortable around pets! Marley is completely house trained & very affectionate & basically just loves anyone who will give her attention! Ideally I would love for the property I move into to have a court yard or a small yard for her to have some space to run around on the days when I'm not home & she's not at doggy day care. It would be an added bonus if there would be another dog living at the property too, as she would love to have a little playmate. If all of the above sounds good to you - I would love to hear from you! - Adrienne
The room is carpeted and unfurnished. Windows with fly wire screen & full length drapes. Bedroom features a built in wardrobe and TV outlet. Lovely and mostly furnished house in Armadale. The house is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a shared living space. We also have a beautiful backyard with lawn and decking for those warm summer evenings. Transport connections are great, located only 1 minute walk from High Street trams (#6), 5 minutes from Malvern Road trams (#72) and 5 minutes from Toorak station. There is a supermarket within 1 km, and a 7-11 and IGA close by. Chapel Street is a 20 minute walk. There is plenty of street parking available around the house. The house is pretty much fully furnished besides your room. However with our housemate departing if you have a microwave and kitchen stuff (pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs, knives, etc...) this may come in handy. Living area heating, Broadband Internet, Dishwasher, Clothes washer Electricity, gas, water and internet bills are split equally three ways. We also split the cost of shared items such as tea, coffee, loo paper and cleaning products each month or when bills come in. Particulars. Rent: $912.67 Per Month. Bond: $912.67. Bills: Approx $80-$100 Per Month Inc Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet and Household Stuffs
I like both my own time and being social with others, just not too late at night! I keep myself productive and proactively looking at improving myself, physically, mentally and spiritually. I'm gay but this doesn't define me, so I'm easy to get along with, DTE, no drama type of guy who hails from NZ. I like to cook, especially others! So if your into entertaining guests and friends then count me in! I'm very respectful and considerate of others space and routines, so if you like the idea of someone who is mindful, conscientious, well mannered and domesticated then hit me up! :)
I like a quiet and calm environment . Don’t smoke, clean and a tempest . I treat all people with respect and am very open minded . I like to cook and clean . I have kids so if your struggling with noise or are battling addictions then I may pass u by. I am tolerant and respectful as long as you are .
I'm a relaxed, witty, socially conscious 37 y.o guy. I'm clean and tidy without being OCD. I leave home around 7am M - F and return after 6pm. I spend at least one night of the weekend at my partner's place. I prefer the path of least resistance and avoid conflict. If I'm doing something that bothers you, let me know and I'll endeavour to change. I pay all bills well before they're due and I'll test the market periodically to ensure we're not getting hosed on power/gas/intarwebs :) Note: I can move in any time from early July to late August
