I'm coming over to Melbourne from Perth to start my masters mid-year at Monash. I work part-time as an environmental scientist. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy going rock climbing, reading books, or watching movies. I've lived in share houses for the last 4 years, and am very clean.
We have a single north facing bedroom available with queen size bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and expansive views to the city. This is a top floor recently renovated unit with modern furnishings and small balcony. White bed linen is available if required and the property is fully equipped, so all you'll need are the clothes on your back! Two tram lines are within a minute walk and Malvern Train Station is within a 3 minute walk, with trains every 10 minutes either direction. We're also a short walk to Malvern Central and Glenferrie Road which has many shops, cafes and restaurants.
Hi :) I'm down to earth, considerate, clean and outdoorsy. I exercise regularly rotating between paddle boarding, Yoga and Pilates. In my spare time, I like to paint, cook, bake and eat out - if I have a book I'd call it eat eat eat! I work in business and tourism department, I also run a charity project so my schedule is pretty full but I like to have some downtime for myself too. My fun time involve water sport and sunshine, music, good food and travelling. I'm addicted to travel - I've been to Ethiopia, China, Taiwan and most countries in South East Asia, Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. I'm looking for a peaceful place to call home. I'm independent and respect other privacy, I'm looking for a housemate(s)who is like minded, easy going and not afraid to share a laugh. Isaya
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
Open and honest person. Very sociable, banter on tap but do love some quiet myself and respectful of others space. Sprinkle in a pinch of OCD means I’m tidy and orderly buty won’t throw a fit if the cutlery draw is a pic’n’mix. Generally clapped so you’ll always feel Vogue. Working part time at the moment. Pushing to bury myself into full time work as I’m quite money minded. Looking for a place where I can cement my foundations, construct friendships and ultimately build a life. Most importantly a place I can call home.
I am a medical doctor, currently doing a Ph.D. research, I am a very easy going person, clean and respectful of others privacy, I will be most of the time studying. Otherwise, during my free time, I enjoy watching movies, playing board games and exploring the city.
Hi, I am a Computer Support Technician that is new to the Melbourne area, and looking for a place to stay. I live on the internet (so that's a must) and generally keep to myself - although I do emerge occasionally to chat :) I like to think that I am respectful and tolerant of others, and generally try to keep a tidy living space. I have both a car and a motorbike, so I definitely need parking space. I don't have a specific location in mind, but somewhere with access to the bay, and near public transport that can get me to the CBD in a reasonable time would be ideal.
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed/twin beds, study desks, wardrobes, side tables and lamps. It also has a large flatscreen TV, huge windows, and unlimited wi-fi is included. The two-storey house has a large garden with a BBQ area. Smoking is fine The house is in an excellent location in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood. Both the Route 72 and Route 16 trams stop just outside the front door, and take you straight into the city in a short time. It's a lovely house, with other lovely people. It is a quiet and very clean place. For more details feel free to send me a message.

We are a very easygoing and social people but also appreciate a little bit of peace and privacy. We are looking for a clean and good vibe space and the chance to meet nice people. Thank you!! Tatiana & Carlos
Im looking for a new place to call home from any time from now until mid June (when my lease officially ends!) As i've previously started my own sharehouse, I have everything that you could need for a new home, including television and couches, down to cutlery and napkins! So am very keen to move into an unfurnished place. I have also already lived out of home for 3 years so like to think i'm well house trained. I'm looking for a social house with people from the ages of 18-25 years old who would like to share a few beers and banter any old night. If that seems like you please hit me up and let's get started! :) Looking for somewhere in the south east but close to the CBD/beach as money allows.

Oh hey! I'm a 25-year-old full-time travel agent, relocating to Melbourne towards the end of June and would like to team up with someone like-minded to secure a long-term lease. I love coffee, adventures, and gin. I have an interior design background so I like to keep the place decked out - also very tidy and pay bills on time. Mainly looking for someone I can be friends with rather than just a hi & bye housemate. Ideally would like to have my own bathroom and off-street parking. Oh and I can cook! If this sounds like something you are looking for, or have any questions, send me a message! Elle x
Located in a quiet, leafy street in a small red-brick block. Route 6 tram stop about a 200m walk. Armadale station is less than a 5 minute walk away too. The apartment is within walking distance to all of the High St cafes and shops. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. Our place is perfect for someone looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, laid back space to relax and unwind. ABOUT THE ROOMS The Master - available 1st June A huge room with a top-to-bottom wall of built-in closets and storage space. It easily fits a queen size bed with side tables as well as a desk and side board or couch. The Second Bedroom - available 1st June This is the room pictured. I fits a queen size bed with side tables as well as a closet and desk. BILLS & EXPENSES Please note all expenses have been calculated based on 3 flatmates. Below are the weekly amounts due and will be added to the weekly rent. Rent and bills need to be paid on a fortnightly basis. Gas, water and electricity have been averaged out over 12 months to account for high and low seasons. I have a cleaner who comes in weekly to do the common areas. I find this the most fair and efficient way to keep the place clean :) I also provide all incidentals including toilet paper, cleaning supplies, bin bags, paper towel and laundry detergent so that no one gets lumped with these expenses for more than their fair share. Internet: $5.00 Water: $6.50 Gas: $9.25 Electricity: $14.00 Cleaner: $16.00 Incidentals: $6.00 Total = $56.75 If you would like to come and see the place please send me a little bit about yourself and we can set up a time. Likewise if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Although I am not asking for bond, in order to secure the room, first months rent and expenses will have to be paid upfront.
I am super clean, I won't come home at early hours in the morning making noise. I am a friendly, happy person. I love to have chats as well as my own space:)I am a teacher so I work pretty much all day and will be home late afternoon. ps: I love all animals and wine haha
*FEMALES ONLY* I'm looking to team up for a new lease with laidback, like minded girls around my age, or I'm more than happy to move into an existing sharehouse if I find the right one :). It would be cool to find someone/people I can become friends with rather than just 'housemates', who are up for the occasional weekend outing or a trashy TV show session at home, however also respecting each others down time also. I work casual/full-time, and I'm pretty laid-back during the week as I would be at work then at the gym, and on the weekends I like to go out for lunch, meet up with friends, have a drink or five, stay active, and just be lazy on the couch watching movies. Definitely would like the communal areas clean, although a couple dishes in the sink won't bother me. Basically looking for good vibes and a nicely furnished place I can feel comfortable in and call home with cool people! Move in date early May would be ideal :)
I am an easy going Registered nurse, clean and respectful, not the type that likes to party every other night. I work full time and I will be starting my post graduate studies soon. So Im a busy guy but I'm up for chat whenever Im home. I also find time to catch up with friends once in a while when I'm not working. I dont smoke but I dont mind a couple of drinks once in a while
My name is Rocio I’m from Chile, I've been living in Melbourne for almost 2 years, I am friendly and easy going person that love cooking, go to the gym, watch series and others activities. I would like find a place that I can call home where to relax after work and share a meal if it's possible, I am looking for a room that have enough space for all my stuff. I am clean and respectful with others space and sleep. Please if you have any room available let me know, I am free to visit and know each other Thanks
I’m starting the process of looking at apartments/townhouses in the above locations so am looking to team-up with one other person. I am pretty flexible with locations, as long as it isn’t too far from a train station. It is me and my six month old kitten Toby. I’ve been in Melbourne for just over a year now and work full time in a hotel. Originally from NZ, I’ve had a mix of living at home, living with flatmates and living alone (as I have been the past year). Love to cook and I like a good mix of alone time and relaxing with a good flatmate.
Hi everyone, I'm Tika, 28. I'm coming to Melbourne to work full time in Mount Waverley as a supporting teacher from late April to September 25. I'm tidy, clean, fun, easy going, sociable, respectful, and quiet person. I've lived in a shared house for many years. I'm happy doing house chores together. I highly respect people privacy and space. But I'm always up for a chat and make friends. I like to go out every now and then for grabbing a drink, socializing, and dancing. I keep myself fit and healthy. I'm looking for an accommodation near train stations which have Glen Waverley line, as I don't drive. But I don't mind to combine transportation (Tram and train, no buses). Furnished and private room is a must. I'd like to live in quiet house, but occasionally party is okay. I'm looking forward to hearing from you :)
