I'm moving from Brisbane/Meanjin to to Melbourne/Naarm in July and looking for an existing sharehouse in the 30+ age range. I'm hoping to do video interviews/tours before then, then fly down to confirm the right place.

I work as a software developer/artist. My work is very flexible so I work from anywhere I can take a laptop.

I love art and cinema. I like listening to records (have a decent collection) and going to music and art shows.

I'm politically left/progressive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, non-smoker. I have sharehouse experience and generally like to be around other art types.

I'd love to find a place with like-minded people with whom I can watch a film or listen to records, but also respect personal space and alone time.

I'm quiet, tidy and respectful, and always pay on time.
