🏡 Seeking Housemate to Team Up for a Pet-Friendly Home – Professional Woman in Her 50s with two lovely dogs 🐾 Are you looking to share a comfortable, peaceful home with a mature, easy going professional and her two friendly dogs? I’m a woman in my fifties, working full-time in the office, and I’m looking for someone to team up with to rent a house together—ideally in a leafy, dog-friendly suburb around Bayside, St Kilda or Chadstone. I am easy with the location depending on the right house. ✨ What I’m Looking For: • A responsible, kind housemate (female preferred) who enjoys a calm living space • Someone who is open to co-renting a house and sharing responsibilities • Must be okay with dogs—my two are gentle, well-trained, and love a cuddle 🏠 The Vision: Let’s find a spacious, pet-friendly home with a garden, good natural light, and room for both of us to feel comfortable. Preferably 2–3 bedrooms, ideally with separate bathrooms or enough space to maintain privacy. Budget around $350 to $450 each per week. 👩‍💼 About Me: I work in financial planning and enjoy quiet evenings, the beach and weekend walks with the dogs. I’m tidy, respectful, and value open communication. Looking for someone with similar values who’s ready to create a harmonious home. 📍 Ideal Locations: Bayside, St Kilda or Chadstone areas – but open to suggestions! If this sounds like the kind of living arrangement you’d enjoy, let’s connect and see if we’re a good match. We can start the house hunt together and build a home that suits both our lifestyles. 📧 Contact: Donna weekends or after 6.30 pm during the week

    $250/week27 year old man

My name is Osama. I’ve been living in Australia for over six years. I run my own businesses here and overseas, which gives me a stable income, and I sometimes take on side projects or gigs just for fun and variety. I also continue my psychology studies at Swinburne University from time to time — it’s an ongoing interest that I dip in and out of, though not my main focus. I live simply and travel light. For me, a home is more about the people in it than the things inside it. I don’t have a fixed location in mind as long as it’s within Melbourne and feels open, welcoming, and not like a cage. I really love animals — I enjoy seeing them in the wild or in big open spaces with other pets. That said, I prefer not to live with indoor pets, so I’ll admire them from a respectful distance and call myself the “weird guy” who loves animals best when they’re free. What I value most in a home is a calm and respectful atmosphere. I like living with people who are kind, mindful, and open to communication. I’m easygoing and considerate, clean in shared spaces, and a non-smoker. Socially, I enjoy balance — sometimes sharing a tea, meal, or movie, and other times enjoying quiet independence. Either way, I respect the rhythm of those I live with. I’m drawn to households that lean toward intentional or mindful living: open communication, simple routines, and the sense that home is a place of belonging, not just a roof. I’m not interested in dealing with agents, because I don’t see living as a business transaction. I’d rather share a space with people who value community and comfort over profit. NOTE: The first 3 months are just to make sure everyone’s happy — after that, my plan is to stay for years. My budget is flexible with bills, and I’m happy to add up to $50+ if there’s a good reason. I can also be flexible with the moving date if needed — anywhere between November and December works for me if that helps. That was me in a nutshell — if you think I’d be a good fit, please reach out. And if any questions come your way, ask away, I don’t bite :) Thank you.
