I'm considerate of others and their personal space, making sure to clean up after myself. As a student, I'm not one to stay up too late during the week. Even though this is my first time moving out of home, I will stay on top of my bills and rent, making sure that everything is paid on time. Twice a week I'll be out for the evening attempting to win basketball games (I'm short) and hopefully not falling over at gymnastics (I always fall). I'd be more than happy to cater for some taste-testers as I need to practice my cooking skills just like the good Jewish girl that I am :)
Hi, I'm Jeremy, I'm moving into the area due to work. Flexible with the move date, happy to move in earlier or later if I find the right place. Looking for min 6 months with the possibility of extension Bit about me: Busy IT professional working full time and working on a couple of personal side projects - Laid back and easy going - Definitely not a party animal. Not much of a drinker and don't smoke, but don't mind drinkers - Love movies, short courses, cycling, trying to exercise more - Landmark Forum graduate :-) Calm and level headed - Travelled overseas and lived with diverse group of people - Born and grew up in the lucky country - Prefer room for a bicycle (indoors in a bike cage or garage or bedroom) Quiet but social, easygoing, laid back. Not really looking for anything specific, just people I can get along with and have a chat with every now and then. Would be great if they're into cycling or movies. A movie/tv fan. No specific requirements with food. Prefer to organise my own, but more than happy to share food every now and then. Would prefer 2+ flatmates, but not a deal breaker! Can do 6 or 12 months
I love making food and listening to jazz. Can easily demolish a bottle or two of wine and would love a place that has dogs!!! Studying Event Management at Swinburne and I work part-time in retail and hospo. I'm currently into making jewellery and eating every pickled thing I can get my hands on!! I'm sociable but respect downtime but I would very love to have housemates that are not only someone to live with but to chill and gossip and drink lovely cheap wine with :) also VERY allergic to cats, so I can't live with a cat, sorry!
Hi! My name is Kim, I am pretty easy-going and like a clutter-free living environment :) I am born and raised in Melbourne and love the unique character of this city. I enjoy cooking, gaming, cocktails, coffee and spontaneous activities! I try to get to the gym 2-3 times per week and play tennis socially. During the week I am a full time urban designer working at a planning and design consultancy. I generally am a quiet person who is conscientious of others. I enjoy helping with communal cooking or sharing the cleaning. I am looking for a largish room (ideally at least 4x3m) so I have plenty of space for a double bed and desk. I ride my bike to work so a garage or secure area to store it at night would be a plus! I am flexible with move in dates and would love to organise a place to move into sometime during September! Please don't send me messages about houseshares more than 2km away from my suggested suburbs.
A bit about me: 22yo male, sport fanatic (you'll have to put up with a diehard Richmond supporter), work full time, keep to myself but also keen on social drinks, binge watching tv series and getting around most sport. Clean and non smoker, as housemates would need to be! Move in ASAP, I'm ready when you are. If this info sounds like I might be a fit in your place, shoot me a message!
Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
Really friendly, easy going, tidy and always up for a vino! Hoping to find someone to become roomies with but also friends :) I'm originally from Brisbane and moved down to Melbourne almost a year ago for work. Currently living in Prahran in a 1 bedroom apartment but looking for someone to live with so rent is less expensive. I have furniture so I'm looking for someone to 'team up' with and find a place together. Message me if you're interested! x
I'm a quiet hardworking young professional. I manage a business, run a digital editing lab and photograph for work - so as one of the busiest people you'll ever meet I'm very quiet at home and travelling/out for work quite a bit - but always down for an adventure and doing something fun. I am very clean and easygoing and a very respectful roommate - looking for a place I can feel comfortable and call home.
I'm 26 and moved to Australia permanently a year go, and I've been living in a flatshare in Southbank. Now I'm hoping to get amongst things in the Melbourne suburbs. I work full-time at VicRoads as a Project Engineer in the CBD. I love music and play guitar myself. I love sport too but still trying to get my head around footy! I also enjoy spending time with good people having a drink and good food, and getting outdoors too. I'm Sri Lankan originally but grew up in Abu Dhabi. I lived in London and Hong Kong before Melbourne, so have been sharing flats for a while now.
Hi! Extrovert introvert balanced, love creativity and cooking and happy vibes. Always making inappropriate jokes at the wrong time. Will be moving down to Melbourne to study art and work full time. I clean up after myself and love some plants in my life. Looking to recreate Friends in real life. If you’re interested please message me! I don’t bite x
Im super easy going and relaxed, clean and reliable. On my spare time I’m ok hanging out in my bedroom watching movies or sharing a chai latte and a meal with the housemates.
I am a science student at Monash looking for somewhere with other like minded people. I'm pretty clean and spend a lot of time either out and about or studying. That said I also love a Friday or Saturday night of drinking nice wine and watching Handmaids Tale or whatever I find on netflix. It is important to me to be friends with the people I live with, even if we go for a few days without running into each other.
Work in a creative industry and it follows me into the kitchen! I love to bake when I do get the chance! Introverted but still enjoy a good chat and laughter over some wine. Working from Mon - Fri and sometimes on weekends. Tend to either gym before work or after depending on how cold the mornings are and if I am able to get up! Ahahah
Hi. I'm Shahram 38 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be essential. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Looking for a FURNISHED one with PRIVATE BATHROOM. Thanks.
Hi guys, Thanks for checking out my profile. Melbourne has been home for over 13 years and I absolutely love the culture, food & coffee! I’m a desk jockey with a bank, working business hours , enjoy having an active lifestyle outside of work and can spend the odd weekend indoors. Flatmate wise, hmmm….I’ve lived with both males & females and get the basics right. I mostly do home cooked meals and the occasional pizza ( yes to pineapple on pizza!) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman whose ace with technology and can make some mean healthy quick meals. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you :)
New to Melbourne and looking to find a few stable and down to earth people and move in with. Whats great about living with me you ask? Well that's a great question! I come with over a decade of living out of home experience. I have a full time job which lets me pays bills on time (sometimes early) I can cook better than most grandmas and know an I am pretty good when it comes to being clean. Overall I'd say my house trained rating is 6/7. What's the catch? I'm glad you asked. I work shift work and those shifts swap around a lot so if you're the 9-5 grind people this may or may not work. Nurses, Ambos, Firies or Coppers or any other shift workers come and say Hi. We all know what its about. Lets get back to me... 31 looking for a bunch of funny, laid back people to live in a home with. I love a laugh, love a beer and love me some good food. The days of bringing the party home are done and dusted but my hospitality past still loves to head out and check out new bars, restaurants and cafes. Into fitness and like to get out of the house often to the gym or just to be outside. My profile says i'm only looking for 6 months buts that's very flexible. Say Hi if you think we might get along and you have a spare room in a nice place.
We are a young couple from Perth Western Australia, moving to Melbourne to start new jobs. I will be working full time as an environmental scientist and my partner is a full time teacher. We are sociable, friendly and happy people and excited to start our new life in Melbourne. We are both very neat and tidy and would appreciate housemates who are the same. We like to keep physically fit and enjoy exercising at the gym or playing sport after a days work. Throughout the week we would prefer to relax after working and exercising by watching a movie or hanging out at home. We like to get out and about on weekends and explore. We are looking for a short term room situation (1-6 months) in a comfortable and peaceful house with sociable and easy going room mates.
I'm a very an easy going person, social, very clean and tidy. Currently, I'm working (in hospitality) and studying (Print and communications) most of the time so I don't have much free time during weekdays. But on weekends and when I have time, I love to spending time with my friends and flatmates, having dinners or drinks, having some wines at home, going out, going to the cinema, festivals, concerts, going to art exhibitions, or just doing nothing, just watching Netflix haha. I love to travel as much as I can. I like camping, surfing, and explore new places. I love coffee. If you have any pet that will be great for me. Cheers, Camila.
I'm laid-back and sociable but respectful of privacy and boundaries. I do however appreciate the occasional wine after a long day at work, or some casual hangs on the weekend. I work the typical full-time Mon-Fri sitch, near St. Kilda Road. So ideally I’m looking to live somewhere close-by. Some of my interests include photography, live music and playing sport socially.
People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
Hi there, thank you for viewing my listing. I am an open communicator, friendly, fun, easy going, respectful and able to pay rent/bills on time. I enjoy hiking, gigs and festivals, watching too much netflix and brunching with friends/family. I am on the lookout for a happy and clean long-term property with friendly house mates. I work in child care during the week and I like to relax on my weekends! I am looking to move within the next 2 months (by end of September). Have a great day :)
I am coming from India. I am a Melbourne Uni phd student, 28, female, nonsmoker. I mind my own business and respect privacy, can be very friendly with similar minded people.
I' work Mon-Fri (10am-5pm) and study in the evening as I'm currently doing my Master's course at Monash. I would like to move in the beginning of August. Looking for responsible and clean flatmate. Alisa.
