I'm 31 and currently work as a senior analyst in tech. I'd say I'm a very laid back, easy going person and I like to live with relaxed, positive people who don't take themselves too seriously. I'm not a fan of conflict/BS so I prefer to live with people who are open and happy to chat if any issues do arise. Id say I have a pretty balanced lifestyle and in my spare time I get outside whenever I can, love going to the beach, yoga-ing (yeah, that's not a real word I know), music, reading, cooking, the usual - pretty much just like keeping busy, having fun with mates and relaxing when I'm home. I like to live with people who keep the place neat and tidy but I'm definitely not OCD with it and would prefer the same in housemates. I enjoy going out on the weekend, but I'm more of a keep the party at the bar person. I tend to work pretty hard so I like to have relaxed weeknights when I'm home. I like having people over from time to time, but if you're a massive entertainer in the week, I may not be your best bet. Would like to live with friendly people who I get along with and can share a meal/couch hang with on occasion, but who are independent and also happy to do their own thing. Hope to hear from you and shout if you have any more questions :) Ash

Hey. I am 24 years old male working as a chef. I am very easy going, chilled out and clean person. On my day offs I am at gym for around 2-3hrs or at home cooking something or sleeping. I am excellent with the bills. I am looking for a clean place to live. I am open for teaming up as well as I have got everything to furnish a house/apartment. I am looking for a place near malvern central as I have been living in this area for 2 years now and don't want to move from here. I am also also happy for a teamup as I have some pretty good inspections coming up. Happy to provide with references from previous flatmate.
I’m clean, I work a lot so sometimes you won’t see me for a few days, I don’t take up much space. I’m very social but also happy to have me time. I’ve lived on my own and with housemates so I know how to share the house as well as take the bins out and pay bills on time. I work in a pizza place and bring home pizza all the time (which is good because I’m a lousy cook) I’m chill, and I’m up for a few drinks on the weekend, a game of monopoly, a hike or whatever! I’m not from Melbourne and have only lived here for a few months so I’d love to go out on adventures and meet some new cool people. I do have a cat, she’s black, friendly, sleeps a lot, and has puss in boots eyes. If you’re up for considering pets, let me introduce you to her first before you make up your mind, but I promise you’ll fall in love. Also I’m a part time smoker. Meaning I don’t smoke at home, only when I’m out with friends or at work.
Hi, I am an international student and I am working part-time. I have previously studied in a boarding school and I am extremely mature and respectful of people's boundaries. I am pretty easy-going, amiable and love animals.
Hi Everyone, My name is James, 30 years old and originally from the UK. I have been working in Australia for the past 5 years and now have Australian Residency. I am moving down to Melbourne to start a job on the 4th November at Monash University. Ideally i am looking for somewhere within walking distance of the Monash University, Caulfield campus. My job requires significant travel, i am usually away 3-4 months per year. I am fairly sporty and take part in triathlons, tennis, squash, badminton, kitesurfing and pretty much anything else, If you are sporty that’s a real bonus! I dont know anyone in Melbourne at the moment so ideally i am looking for a group of people who are social and like to have a bit of fun on the weekends. I dont have any furniture i am bringing to Melbourne so if the apartment is furnished already that would be great. I also have 2 bikes, 1 triathlon bike and one road bike. I usually do a 40 minute bike session in the morning on my wind training so having somewhere to do that in the morning is pretty important. If there is anything else you want to know please get in contact and i look forward to hearing from you James

I like to be social be it on weeknights too. I do like to cook my own meals for meal prepping but happy to share a meal once in a while. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you soon!
I’m friendly, considerate and tidy. I love kicking back and hanging out, although I identify as introverted rather than extroverted. I have a penchant for cartoons and video games

I'm a neat guy who likes his down time when home because of my busy schedule.I'm easy going and generally chill type of guy. I can either be a quiet roommate who is always in his room giving you space and privacy or the type that starts/joins in on themed nights. Up to whatever you're happy with. Also a non-smoker.
Hi! My name is Avery and I am originally from Singapore but came to Melbourne for uni and then stayed on for work. I am a mega foodie and I work as a food technologist full time, naturally. I LOVE animals of all forms and I enjoy cycling, Netflix and painting. I am a tidy person and am respectful of others' space. I would love a housemate I could hang out with but also fine keeping to myself sometimes. I think open and honest communication is the best formula when living with others. Looking to move in with girls only!
Hi! I’m moving from Sydney to Melb with a work relocation. Looking for flatmates to start off my Melb experience! Always up for a good Netflix marathon & chat.

Hey. We are Isabelle and Salvy in mid 20s. Isabelle is beauty therapist who works in chemist and Salvy is a booking manager. On weekends we usually go out and catch up with our friends or just watch Netflix. We both are open minded, easy going, responsible and clean. Feel free to message us if you want to know more. 🙂

My partner Ash and I are relocating to Melbourne from London and looking for a place to call home as we try and sort ourselves out with jobs/a permanent place to live/building our network etc..we figured it might be more cost-effective and more fun to live with others as we transition into our new life. We both work in digital (Ash is a UX designer and I work in Biz Dev for an online hospitality/gig company) but neither of us is transferring our jobs so will be living off income from a rental property here in London and savings. We currently call East London home, so very much into art/culture/dining/travel etc... I'm originally from Perth although I've called London, Vancouver, Baltimore, and Singapore home, Ash is a Londoner born and bred. We've been together almost 5 years and lived together 4, and neither of us has lived with another couple or flatshare in a really long time, so this will be a new experience for us together. Ideally, we want somewhere that's got outdoor space or at least very close to the beach so we can take advantage of the outdoorsy lifestyle - we're both pretty active runners/yogis/cyclists etc...our stuff is going to be shipped so we really need a place that's pretty move-in ready for the first month or so, although we are certainly open to a longer stay. We are big cooks so a place with a decent kitchen/bbq and others willing to share the fruits of our labour or join in would be great, we love a good time, live music, dancing, and entertaining but are certainly not looking to create a party house as we value our privacy, space, and peace and quiet to meditate. Would love to hear from anyone who has got a suitable place for us to rent or looking to find something together. Thanks!
Dear friends, My name is Emily and I am looking for a double/en-suite to rent in Melbourne - South Yarra, Armadale, Caufield, Glen Huntly, Toorak and Malvern area. I do not mind other options along the Frankson line if the offer is good. The best moving date is after my arrival - 24/09/2018. However, I am willing to accept an earlier moving in date. Here are some information about myself: + I'm 24 and I am going to be a student at Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne so I definitely love foods, especially my soft spot is coffee, wine and whisky. + I like fitness, gym, cycling, outdoor activities. In my freetime, I enjoy going to visit galleries, markets and books. + I've lived in the UK for the past 7 years to complete A-Levels in England and a Bachelor at University of Glasgow (Scotland). + During the student time, I shared a lovely white Scandinavian flat with 2 other flatmates which one of them owned the property. We loved it there so we took responsibilities to make it home and arrange the weekly cleaning to keep it at its best. + Beside, I used to work for TEDxUniversityofGlasgow (TED talks), so you are preparing to have a flatmate who appreciates great conversations and good company (even just for netflix) and at the same time respects the personal space
Working afternoon and evenings Monday to Friday shift type work. Very relaxed, not much bothers me. Very social and often out with friends or our getting some exercise. Home is to cook, eat, sleep and enjoy some quality banter with friends. Ideally live with someone/people i can become friends with
I'm a 26 year old female who is super easy going and social but is also mindful of peoples privacy. I am a clean and tidy person :) I like to go out for walks and spend time at the gym when I'm not studying or at work and I enjoy the occasional vino or two :) I am very rarely home so you get the benefit of the extra money towards rent without the housemate 🙈 I have lived in share houses before so I am familiar with the environment - any questions just give me a shout :)
Hi there! I'm Mike (31) working professional, relocating from Sydney where I've had flatmates or hosted friends in times of need. With the relocation, I'm looking to enjoy a social element with those I live with as I know only a few people in Melbourne. And very much looking forward to exploring the 'culture capital'. I am a people person, but respectful of others privacy and property. Enjoy sports, fitness and well-being activities, biz meet ups, and spending time on some side projects as well. I'm clean, houseproud, reliable, out going and independent. Will be in Melbourne every couple of weeks prior to the move, so I'm also happy to catch up and ensure the fit is right for the housemate(s).
