I’m looking for a furnished two‑bedroom apartment in Sydney for my friend Piero (25m) and me (37m) to live in (in separate rooms) from 14 Oct 2025, for 6-12 months, likely more if the place feels right. I’m originally from Singapore and have lived independently and in shared houses in New York, Cambridge, Nottingham and Sydney. Piero, originally from Peru, studied in Canada, the USA and the UK, and has also lived in the Netherlands and Senegal. We're non-smokers who clean up after ourselves. Piero's currently on a working holiday visa and is looking for a position in the legal industry, while I work as an academic at a university here. Personality-wise, I’m cheerful, optimistic, curious, calm and tidy. For fun, I love group exercise classes, beach walks, writing, traveling, sitcoms, baking, and learning new things. Currently I’m learning how to swim, and am trying to become more fluent in Mandarin. Piero enjoys the ocean, cooking, and traveling, and is fluent in English and Spanish, and speaks some Wolof. Hi future housemate! I’m currently searching for a new home in Sydney. Open to the locations as long as it’s within a 30 minute drive to the city. I’m currently a Team leader for a Finance company full-time, based in the CBD. As a gay man I’m ideally looking for LGBT+ and/or women housemates but not a priority.
