I am looking for an independent studio / 1 bedroom apartment/granny flat or independent room preferably with own bathroom in a shared house close to public transport to move into around a month after inspection

I work full time as a space planner in Sydney CBD. I use public transport to commute to work.

I have lived in hostels, boarding houses, shared houses and in independent studios in Melbourne and Sydney since 2003. I am an Indian Australian and don't fit into any form of stereotyping. I am clean and respectful to fellow housemates or boarders and neighbours. When I am free I like to head outdoors (beach or hikes / bushwalks) and am quite active with various hiking groups. I like playing badminton and checking out live music performances which I haven't indulged in for a while.

I am a female aged 48 and a smoker (nicotine rolled tobacco cigarettes - outdoors Only, hence need a balcony or outdoor space adjoining the room or a backyard where smoking is permitted i.e. housemates / owners / neighbours have no qualms about it).
