Hey guys! Ok so the unit is super close to the train station! Electricity and net comes to about $20 per week. The unit has a brand new kitchen, freshly painted walls, and new carpet. There are at least 10 different eateries around the corner, gym, parks, you name it. The area is very leafy and quiet with much tranquility! A short 15min train ride and your back in the hussell and bustle of either north Sydney or the CBD. I like it because it's super close to the city but just a tad out so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. There is a small balcony and currently limited furnishings (I will be bringing more to make it more homely). If you have some larger items you want to bring (sofa, table) just let me know and we can make it work easy peasy. I'm super chill and easy going and happy to listen to all suggestions. The room I'm offering is the big room with built in wardrobes. I have the little room and as an offset I currently use the lockup garage for storage. Rent is split down the middle at $300 each. So will all the bills. Open to anyone interested so give us a holla!
Hello future flatie! I work for an edutech start up in Gordon. I work long hours and go to the gym daily. I’m very clean and respectful. I don’t drink mid week but enjoy a glass of vino on weekend. I don’t have an imposing personality and get along with everyone I meet : )
Hi there, My name is Karvya :) I currently work in marketing. I consider myself an easy going, laid back person. I enjoy anything and everything food, art and nature related. At the moment, I'm hoping to find long term place (6mths+). I consider a home to be a sanctuary, and I'm looking to live with like-minded people who think the same :) Cheers

Hello, Gerard here. Australian born and Sydney raised with a bit of travel in between. A lover of the outdoors and music along with many other interests and currently settling in to the wonderful age of 29 and enjoying that last little bit the 20's have to offer. I work full time and study during the week as an Electrician and enjoy many other facets of that industry including Audio Visual, Security and Automation. I like to cook and try to keep fit and healthy through eating and exercise but I also certainly don't mind a few beers or red wine or some decadent food from time to time. A strong believer in clean and uncluttered common areas as well. I am rather sociable and like getting to know people, especially if I'm living with them. I also do really appreciate my own solo chill time and am respectful of others too. Looking forward to the possibility of meeting with you!

Hello. I have a room to rent in a large, modern, 3 bedroom apartment. The room is of good size. Fits a queen size bed easily, desk and or bookshelf and has a built in wardrobe. The apartment block is centrally located in leafy Artarmon and only a 5 minute walk to the station and buses. Restaurants and other amenities are also closely located and there is plenty of on street parking. The room on offer is unfurnished, (I’m happy to provide a bed if needed) , but all other furniture is supplied by me, as i have been living here happily for over 5 years. (Happy to rearrange things, if you have some furniture also) There is a built in wardrobe, and you will be using a shared bathroom with one other. There is also a 3rd toilet in the internal laundry. All bills and internet connection will be paid for your convenience. If you are interested in a viewing or require more information? please don't hesitate to call me.
I'm an easygoing Kiwi girl moving over to Sydney in early Dec-2017. I will be working full-time in the city but am equally happy helping out with household chores or sticking around for a chat (or wine. Both are great). Whilst being available for a kitchen yarn, I give people space and would very much appreciate the same. Looking for somewhere close to public transport into the city. Am not into parties or drugs and that sort of lifestyle. Would prefer a female-only household. Very conscientious about paying bills on time and pulling my own weight when it comes to chores, but will laugh at all your jokes (or most of them. Appreciate a good pun). Am looking to move in with a friend sometime in Feb-2018/Mar-2018 but this is flexible and not super confirmed.
Hi I am Emma. I am super easy going, love to have a laugh, pretty fun although I don't drink much I am still social. I am tidy and respectful of people's space. I am working in a preschool on St Leonards and am also a yoga instructor. During the week I'm pretty busy working 45+ hours and I dance and do yoga after work.
Hi i'm India - i'm a fulltime corporate events coordinator working in the CBD, from the northern beaches but looking to move closer to work. I'm very type-A & will most likely colour coordinate the fridge.... I can make up for my hyper organisation with wine+ cheese nights :) I'm a bit of a homebody but I go out most weekends. I like my privacy and i'll respect yours - looking to move into a happy & peaceful sharehouse.
Hey guys, My name is Dom I'm a 23-year-old media professional who is looking for a new place to call home. Im a friendly guy who eager to meet you people. To keep this short and sweet: I'm a young professional, looking for a home - close to Sydney CBD, near train stations - easy travel to North Ryde (where I work) - A private room with it's own bathroom (or only shared by max two others) - A clean and comfortable home - Budget around $350 - $400 per week - A good set of happy, relax roomies Bit about me: - Overall, good egg I'd say :P - Pretty chilled out - Always clean up after myself - Respectful of others privacy and environment - Good blend of intro and extroverted - Love sharing music and good food - I like to bake cakes :D
Hey potential flatmate, These sections are always awkward to fill out. Im a pretty laid back individual who likes to have a good chat now and then, however i also respect ones privacy. I am looking for a place where tidiness comes by second nature and for a person who i can get on as friends and not just someone living in the same house. Room preference: I am looking at a Private room that can fit a queen/double bed (doesnt need to be furnished) with my own bathroom/en suite. If someone wants to team up, we could ideally go into a 2 bed/2bathroom apartment, otherwise happy to join an existing flatshare. About me: I am a young professional in the engineering sector and have recently been snapped up by a large multinational engineering company to assist them with a specific capability. I am also developing my own tech startup, so if you are in this space or interested in business and growing ideas, then we will get on very well. If you like to know more, then please feel free to reach out.

We live in a green and leafy area with plenty of parks, a tennis court across the road and easy access to outdoor activities. Including laundry and dishwashing supplies.
We are a quiet, clean couple who are very easy to get along with :) Daniel works 5 days a week 8-6 and Yasmine works as a casual waitress on the weekends and is soon to start working as a vet nurse during the week. Looking for a place that is close to a train station but also has 1 available parking space we have a car. We would love to get a dog, so we would preferably like to rent somewhere that would allow a dog.
Hello everybody! My name is Andrés and I'm coming to Australia (woohoo) to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm arriving in Sydney on January 30th and I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)
