Train stop Ascot Park is within 5 mins' walk, 20 mins. to Adelaide railway station. Two off-street carports are also available if you have a car. The housemates are 1 females and 2 males, who are working professionals aged 20-30. I am looking for one more person to share in the house. Hope you are studying or working and willing to keep the place tidy and quiet. There will be 4 ppl in total , sorry no couples. International students are welcome. The rent including all bills ( within resonable usage) is: Doule Room( queen bed) : $155/week +25(utilities) = $180/week Please contact if you have any questions. Inspections are welcome.
Working most of the week so I play games and sleep a lot at home! I don’t mind the friendly chats but you’ll probably find me sticking to myself or finding something elaborate to cook! Rcently taken up golf so spending a lot of time trying to improve there 😅Looking for a place with my own bathroom and ideally sharing a place with just one other. Dude on the left by the way!
The house is situated in Ascot Park in a small group of 3 units. It's only a few minutes walk to bus stops, train stops and shops, including coles and foodland, and less than a 15 minute bus ride to the city, bay or Marion shopping centre . The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. lovely sized backyard which has just gone under reno is now all paved, has a small shed also. I also have a greyhound by the name of Dash. He spends most of his days sleeping and won’t get in the way at all. The room is currently furnished with a sofa bed. The bedroom is on the smaller size, but would quiet easily fit a double bed and has floor to ceiling wardrobes installed which allows for a lot of storage. Rent is $140 per week, paid either weekly or fortnightly - decided upon moving in. This includes gas, electricity and water. Extra for internet access. Bills: Internet - $40 per month
Looking for a single room. Shared environment is OK. I am an easy going person and I respect others. I like to take walks and going to the gym occasionally :-). Ideally I would like to move in at the end of October 2019 (beginning of November 2019)
Hi Guys, My names Jeremy and I am 26 years old, I work fulltime in the city as a structural engineer. Non smoker and drink socially on occasions. I have no pets. I enjoy playing tennis, surfing, scuba diving, snowboarding and socialising over a drink on the weekends :) I am a clean housemate and very social, happy to chat over dinner or a drink. But also respect the privacy of others.
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal but do like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps, duh. I also do not have a car, so close proximity to train and bus stops is important! I'd particularly love to live around the Seaford train line :D I require house mates who are: respectful, egalitarian (or at least don't push their differing views on me), mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't too loud. Extras: It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes, from time to time - I love alone time though, so this isn't a need, but would be nice :) To support a positive living environment, friendliness and communication is necessary though :) Housing History: I've lived in shared private rentals, in student accommodation buildings, with friends, and with family. Have met and been around diverse people from different cultures, backgrounds. I've been living with a 22&25yo female & male since July of this year, and before that 25yo male and 24 y.o. nb housemate since July 2018. I've also lived in a large (8 story, 38 rooms/floor) student accom. 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house-hunting), and with my family. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year I have been studying a the first year of a bachelor of Arts. - So will be looking for housing with close proximity to the city. Especially along the Seaford train line since ~someone dear to me~ lives down there. (looking for a 6 month lease; I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD Hopefully a house around $270 including bills per fortnight. I love plants, animals & the environment too - I'm an avid recycler, so would prefer eco-concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~
I'm very easygoing, I don't cause trouble and I keep my noise volume to the minimum. I am organised and of course I'm willing to help with chores around the house when needed. I also respect other people and their space. I have a little pomeranian and he's the sweetest dog ever, he loves people and brings happiness wherever he goes. I'm Mexican so I can speak Spanish and cook traditional dinners every now and then. I'm an introvert so I wouldn't throw parties, doesn't mean I wouldn't join one if it was happening right where I live though. I'm not a student at the moment, I work part time as a video editor and photographer in South Plympton so finding a room around there would be ideal.
Hi my names Will I am 22 and work permanent part time at an aquatic centre and also own a freelance media company where I take photography and videography. I am a non smoker and drink occasionally on weekends. Most of the time you’ll find me out take photos. Very sociable and easy to have a chat with. I am a clean and tidy person and am always willing to help out around the house. I have been living out of home since I was 18!
I'm friendly and quiet, and easy to get along with. I love to make new friends, but am also respectful of personal space. I'm clean and tidy, and am not afraid to pull my weight around the house. I'll be working shift work at Zambrero while I'm in Adelaide, so will be in and out of the house. For fun I love to play music, go out with friends and watch Netflix! I've had a lot of experience living with roommates, and like to think I'm pretty easygoing and a good person to live with :)
