Hi there, this is an amazing and modern double storey townhouse with 3 rooms on the first floor and another room on ground floor. THIS IS A FEMALES-ONLY-FLAT. The room to rent as shown in the picture is located on the first floor. This is a PERFECT location for students/professional worker. This house is well located, 3 mins (walking distance) away from the Ascot Park railway station, 5 mins (walk) to bus station - Stop 20 Marion Rd, 5-10 mins walk to Coles, Commonwealth bank, The Cheesecake Shop, bakery and restaurant, post office and clinic which are located at Park Holme, and 15 mins walk to Castle Plaza (located on South Road). It takes around 15 (express train) to 20 mins to reach City (convenient for students of University of Adelaide & University of SA). This house is also close to Marion (10 mins drive) and Flinders University (15 mins drive). This is also a furnished property with almost all of the necessary facilities included in this house, such as, unlimited Wi-Fi, TV (without channel, but with a HDMI cable where you can connect your laptop to the TV), 4 person dining table, spacious refrigerator, kitchen equipment, washing machines with build in dryer, heating & air conditioning included. However, Utilities fees (electricity, water & gas) are not included in the rent and are split among all housemates. We also have a big common area on ground floor with a queen size sofa bed in living room where the other flatmates usually hang out, have a chat and enjoying their own time. We also have an open kitchen with 4 stoves. Don't worry if you do not have kitchenware, this is not a big problem. We are happy to provide you some cutleries, bowl and plates. There is also space in the backyard where we dry our clothes. No pets and couples are allowed in this property. This house is suitable for those who are looking for a quiet lifestyle and therefore party is not strongly recommended and also friend is not allowed to stay over (but of course you can invite them for a meal). Every housemate is also responsible to take turn doing the house chores in order to keep the house clean and comfortable. Room description Furnished with single bed (with pillows & quilt & bed sheet & quilt cover) + build in wardrobe. Study desk and chair are also provided. If this sounds like a place for you to stay, feel free to contact me and arrange for an inspection. Thank you. From Yi Ling.
I'm Mariam. I'm currently working part time. I'm interested in moving in at the end of February with my cat Kermit. He is an outdoor cat. I'm super friendly and easy going, I keep a neat room and don't take up too much space.
Hey I'm Nick. I'm 23, I work full time. I am looking to move closer to work and hopefully vibe with some cool people. I'd make a great house mate as I'm clean, respectful of others' privacy, understanding of equal loads for house work etc & I'm a barrel of laughs (or so they say). I play basketball 3 times a week and love living a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy most sports and anything that keeps me active.
Hello people (: I'll keep it short and simple. I'm a nice down to earth fella, very clean and take pride in my home and appearance. I enjoy the simple things of life. Drinks with mates, food and movies. I'm a big horror fan but love all the others too. I tend to keep to myself alot and enjoy binging on movies and tv series. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
I'm an international student from Hungary (overseas postgraduate and locally qualified vet nurse), studying currently business, and working part time. I'm quiet, respectful and very tidy. I have been a vegetarian for 23 years and I am a cat fan. I'm looking for a furnished room all bills included max. $160 (reliable internet connection and hot water are important for me) close to Brighton as I'm not driving at the moment. I want to live with 1 or maximum 2 tidy and respectful housemates (female(s)!!). If I'm not answering your message, it means the room/place you are offering, isn't suitable for me. (Because I got some messages: Sorry, I'm NOT offering a room on here.)

Why I'm great to live with Clean: No dirty dishes and weekly cleaning of my room Responsible: Respectful of deadlines for rent Friendly: Would love to chat and hang out or willingly give you space Cooking skills: A decent one, and if you're into Indian food, can cook you up any of the specials My only restrictions: No Smoking and No Pets What I'm looking for: A furnished room in a nice house with like-minded roommates to continue my journey in Australia. Would love to discuss further if interested. Cheers!
Hi, I'm a French student coming mid-February to Adelaide for an exchange semester at Flinders. I enjoy cooking and sharing a meal, chilling, movie nights, video games and listening to music. I will also go out and discover Adelaide and Australia as much as I can! I am fairly laid back and I have been living in flatshares for three years back in France, so I know how to be discrete and respect other's privacy. I like occasional evenings with guests at weekends, but I am definitely not a party-animal and enjoy calm during week nights ^^ I'm not a tidying-freak, but I prefer living in a clean and neat environment and will happily do my share of housework :) If a lost (for the 1st month or so) international student doesn't scare you, I will happily share a flat with you ;)
Hey, I'm Daniel | 23 years old | Adelaide | full-time student | casual worker I'm: - studying at Flinders University (and looking for a place nearby) - seeking for an unfurnished room - to move in a queen double bed and accessories - with a car to park - reliable, friendly and neat - down to Earth - valuing of respect and privacy :) I've previously rented twice - with friends. I'm reliable, as I always pay rent and bills on time. I have references to show. I'm organized, respectful and cordial. :) I'm about to start my first year of full-time study in Medical Science at Flinders University. I'm currently working casual at Cellarbrations. I'm trying to find some solace in company. I like living in communal environments; of being around those of similar ways. Somedays, I enjoy creating art in my free time or finding my way out in the world. Other days, I spend a bit of time at home reading or playing games. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable is important to me. I seek to resolve any issues with diplomacy; I keep an ear open. I'm quite fond of cleanliness, and a bit of peace and quiet here and there. My interests are: sights, outside a box, the shoulder of Orion - for which attack ships are on fire, the meaning of semantics and any teapot in orbit around Sol between Earth and Mars. Oh, and some heavy muses too. In other words: photography, abstract, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and other miscellaneous stuff. I'm a non-smoker, and I drink on occasion. :) Don't hesitate to give me a message or text if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! Team-Ups: If anyone seeking a room wants to contact me about leasing a place of our own, I'd be more than willing to do so.
I'm about to start my Masters of Speech Pathology at Flinders and looking for a place that's not too far from uni. I'm friendly and easy to get along with, happy to have a chat and hang out but also appreciate my own space. If you have a room that might suit or would like more info feel free to send a message.
I work 2 jobs, as well as study at Uni and train performance athletics, so im relatively a busy body but I do enjoy coming home and being able to kick my feet up. A clean place is something I'd really love because I'm a bit of a clean freak and I've already had my fair share of bad experiences with dirty housemates. When I have free time I like to hit the beach, the gym or take my guitar to the reserve and play by the waterfall. I'm respectful, independent and considerate while still being fun, enthusiastic and energetic Looking for people who are similar, and housemate who can also be friends
Me and my friend are studying masters in electronics at flinders university...we are very friendly, straight and jovial....and we are from INDIA

Hi my name is Kelei (pronounce clay like in the show 13 reasons why). I'm a student at Tafe SA, so i will have a lot of morning classes but I'll be home most afternoons. I'm a very social butterfly once you get to know me. I love watching crime shows and typical teen dramas. i enjoy wine very much. i go out on weekends alot because i am single hahaha. I'm totally the type of room mate you would try new cooking recipes with, or new activities with but if you also require space by all means i can give space.
After living at this place on and off for the last 15 years i like that its close to shops and public transport, that its only 10 minutes from the beach which i love. The place has built in robes and air conditioning in all bedrooms which is a major plus considering our summers, a small backyard, unlimited internet is available along with streaming sites netflix and stan. As far as house rules are concerned I guess that is something to be discussed during the interview process.

Hey! I am a Flinders University student studying full time, as well working part time at Hungry Jacks. I enjoy hanging out with friends as well as having quiet time to study. I am easy to get along with, clean and respecting of others privacy.
I'm an easy going, tidy and easy to get along with girl who loves hitting the gym, walking and swimming at the beach, making new friends but also being mindful of people's personal space, pays rent and all bills on time and has had experience of living in a share house before. I'm not much of a party girl and prefer board game nights to going clubbing anytime haha. Quite environmental and interested in world issues, likes a house with some character (including the housemates) but not too fussed, open minded and accepting! I live south of Adelaide but am going into second year uni studying a bachelor of music, which is why I'm needing to move out :)!
