I keep regular hours up early and in bed by 10-11pm & do not party. I am on self healing & self discovery journey seeking peace along side wholistic in every area of my health. I will mostly keep to myself also I am Happy to engage at your leisure. I appreciate having clear instructions , boundaries & house rules. I am a very responsible person who values respect and consideration of others personal space & belongings at all times in life. I get paid fortnightly on a Friday & I am happy to set up direct debit for rent / bills. I do require a receipt of tenancy length & rent receipt (nothing fancy I can do these up if they are signed or formal approved tenant on lease ). I have a guaranteed income fortnightly indefinitely. I love to keep my space tidy, clean and contribute to a calm, positive living environment. I enjoy a good chat but also respect privacy and quiet time.
