We're 2 friendly guys moving over from Adelaide. We've lived in shared accomodation for 4 years and are very respectful. At this stage we're mainly looking for a place to stay while We settle into Melbourne, before looking for our own place to rent. I'm a Science (animal behaviour) student, and I currently work for the SA Transport Department. Jack has just finished degrees in Media and International Studies and does radio and TV hosting.
I'm a 26 yo female one year away from completing my postgrad degree in medicine at Melbourne Uni. I'm originally from Sydney. I enjoy being a good mate for my housemates I am a social creature but I am also happy in solitude if people need their own space :) I've been renting with housemates since I started uni 8 years ago so I feel like I've got a grasp on this sort of thing and won't be terrible to live with! I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, going on foodie adventures and binge watching Netflix especially when I have upcoming exams. I love wine and cheese nights. I also enjoy travelling, board games, musicals and boozy conversations about history, science and politics. I am also super clean because I find it therapeutic but am highly tolerant if others aren't so much :) My lease ends Dec 11 and my close friends are all moving away so finding somewhere before then would be ideal! I have a bunch of stuff so unfurnished would be better for me.
Hardly ever there but when I am I'm social yet respectful of others. I like to have friends over from time to time - whether it to be to study, watch Netflix, make dinner and have a drink. I'm reasonably quiet and very easy to get along with. I have a record player and speakers to bring to the household!
Pictures are from the real estate website, unfortunately old timey furniture and broken down cars are not included The room up for rent is 3.2 x 3.4m and unfurnished. It looks out onto the enormous back yard The house is half an hour to the city, in a lovely quiet area next to parks, shops and transport. We've got Netflix and Stan, a PS3, Nintendo 64 and a table tennis table in the garage The house has central heating, living room and huge kitchen, washing machine and parking on the street

Hi My name is Rebecca and I am looking for a home to move to ASAP. Ideally I would like a large room with BIR/wardrobes that can fit more than my queen bed :D. I was living with my best friend who moved overseas and have my own furniture so an unfurnished room would be ideal. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally at social events. I’m quiet but up for a chat or occassional movie. I'm clean and have lived in share houses both in Oz and overseas so am aware of the living standards in sharing/respecting spaces. I enjoy cooking and exploring events around Melbourne (Theatre buff :D). I'm looking for somewhere to call home and housemates to hopefully call friends :D Thanks heaps Rebecca (Reb)

Hi, I'm a 25 year old guy looking for somewhere to live in the north-western suburbs of Melbourne from the 23rd of October onwards (flexible with dates). I'll be working full-time, and ideally would like a room that isn't tiny, with a maximum rent of $230 per week. I'm friendly, easy-going, organised (rent always paid on time), a non-smoker, clean and quiet. I have extensive experience in sharehouses and would prefer housemates around my own age. Message or text me if you can help me out or have any questions and I'll reply promptly. Thanks!
Looking to start a share house that feels like home, close to the CBD and public transport with plenty of space. I am fairly easy going and tidy. I like to have a glass of wine in the evenings but am usually off doing something like drawing, rock climbing or catching up with friends. As I'm very creative, a space that could be used as a study (even a garage) is important. Hoping to find people that like to hang out sometimes and are respectfully clean. I have all the furniture and things needed to set up a house. Flexible on location and move date.
