Professional working full time. Quiet clean and tidy. Friendly, easy going, respect personal space. Looking for long-term accommodation. Relocating from Brisbane, originally from Hong Kong. Have been sharing house for 5+ years. Prefer a private room with own/ ensuite bathroom. Owns a car, needs parking space.
Great home, fully renovated and clean, large open spaces with established gardens. 3 bedrooms house and a huge bungalow with bathroom out back. Public transport, trams out front; two to three train lines short distance. Highpoint Shopping Center, Union Road, Puckle Street shops and Show Ground shopping all equal distance. Maribyrnong River, golf course, canoe clubs and a variety of gymnasiums in the proximity.
Annie and I are two full time working girls (teacher and media/marketing) who have lived together for a year with a couple (friends) who are moving out together so I we looking to move out of here and making another share house with other like minded people. We are looking for one or two others to join us. We are outgoing and relaxed individuals who enjoy spending time together but also like our own space and respect other space. We are clean and respect others environments. We like to socialise and have fun as well as relax and keep to ourselves at times. I have a pet turtle so he will be joining the house hold outdoors.
My humble little abode is nestled in a quiet street in Ascot Vale, 8kms from the City (57 tram to the City stops at the end of the street) & walking distance from the Maribyrnong River for a peaceful nature injection. The unit is fully furnished with a shared bathroom, quaint balcony & is without a TV and dishwasher. Your room has a Queen bed with built in robe, so all you need are your personal belongings and a pleasant attitude 😊 There are plenty of quirky and quality bars, cafes, markets, and different varieties of cultural goodness popping up in the West, making it a vibrant place to live/explore.
FLEXIBLE MOVE DATE. Quiet but sociable, intelligent, arty, stylish, friendly, romantic, gay. Able to move any time if you are offering ideal quiet room. I work full-time in education and love walking to work in Parkville as often as possible. Looking for a LARGE ROOM (I have many books and tasteful possessions) in a peaceful, warm, aesthetically-pleasing abode. Preferably aircon in house. Very easygoing, mature, financially sound and conscientious. Bit of a health maven and very tidy in the kitchen/bathroom/shared areas. Terrific sense of humour. Interested in natural history, botanical art (hobby), literature, gorgeous food, green adventures, film festivals and classical and world music. Very gentle, considerate and sweet. I have happily resided in a beautiful sharehouse in Moonee Ponds (replete with a smooth-running cleaning roster) for the past ten years. Sadly have to move for landlord's revamp of the property. I prefer text to call (or check if good time to call) but open to a call before 10pm if you are offering something ideal and not on a busy street
Hi! I'm looking to move into an inner north room ASAP. Will consider Footscray area too. I have accommodation in the place I was renting in Geelong but I no longer need to be there so I'm returning to Melbourne. Me: Clean. Reliable. Respectful of all cultures and lifestyles and can move in any time. No gender household preferred. Audio producer by trade. Maybe I can produce that record you're sitting on if you let me sing harmony backing ;) You: Are who you are and I can fit in around that. I'm an asset to a house share situation so hit me up. I might banter in Suessian rhyme. You may find it sublime. And like my rent payments they are always on time. <3 I've been in Geelong a couple of years for education reasons but that's all in the past (hah). SMASH CUT: (Present Day) I am really looking forward to moving back into Melbourne and establishing myself here and would be grateful to take on that space you have available. Still have accommodation til Feb 15 but I can move at a moments notice and will do so if required. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I’m Sinead, a recent university graduate currently working four days a week in the city. After living in Clayton for a few years while I completed my honours thesis, I’m looking to move to the western or northern suburbs to be closer to friends and family. I’m hoping to find a relaxed household with people I can chat with, but also have some time to myself. I love getting out in the garden, so I’m hoping to find a place with a yard, or at least space for a few pot plants. Definitely not a party person, my idea of a good weekend is enjoying some board games or movies with a handful of friends. While I have a car, I prefer not to drive to work, so I’m looking for a place with good access to public transport. I pay my bills on time and clean up after myself. Ideally I’m looking to move around early February, but would be able to move sooner for the right place.
Hello! My name is Alex and I'm a 17 year old student. I currently live in the Casey area but I am happy to live anywhere in Victoria as long as I can catch public transport. I am a quiet and hard working person, i have a steady income and im entirely independant.

I was hoping for 3 months or more stay and I'm ready to pay 2 months rent in advance! I'm quite a chill person who's always down for adventuring the city or laying in bed watching movies/listening to music. I love animals, musicals, drag shows, live music, art, wine, whiskey and soju. I've lived with other people before, I know how to keep shared spaces clean and respect the house I live in. I have a part time admin job and have no worries making rent. I'm also a nail technician by trade and offer whoever I live with FREE nails if you don't mind me working from home doing just a few people from time to time. But if not, that's ok too! I am on call all week for house inspections, Please message me anytime 🙂
Hey there! I'm a 22 year old, easy going, fun loving guy. When I'm not at work, I'll be playing guitar, video games, skating or out with friends. My names Josh, I’m 22 and have recently relocated from up in Townsville to Melbourne to commence study, I am very clean and tidy and very easy to get along with. I would like to find some room mates roughly my age, seeing as though I am new to the area and do not know many people. I am very respectful of other people’s space and privacy, although I do love a chat. Please don’t hesitate to give me a call if you think I’m the right guy to move into a spare room in your place.

Hello. I'm James. I'm moving to Melbourne from Brisbane starting around March 1st (though if I found the perfect place I could possibly arrive sooner.) I am transferring at my job, full-time work. I'm looking for something similar to the experience I've had in Brisbane, which is one or two roommates who are easy/enjoyable to live with, very respectful of space/tidiness and good for a chat/drink every now and then. Being new to the city, I'm hoping to find a great location. Things I love: Arts/Music, reading, gym, cooking, spontaneous adventures/exploring the city....
Hi there! I am excitedly looking to move out of home for the first time. I am a student at ACU (Fitzroy) while working a part time job (Maribyrnong). I am active so I like to attend the gym and sporting commitments throughout the week. It would be great to make friends or socialise with my house mates in and/or out of the house, even host a party or gathering or two if the house mates are keen! However, as most people do, I like to have my own space at times and will respect your own space. I am looking for a home that is reasonably cheap and that is short walking distance to get to public transport and basic shops for example, grocery/supermarket. I am helpful and friendly, so I believe it is important that myself and my housemates contribute equally to cleaning and helping around the house :)

I'm an Australian guy who's very social and easy going. I'm currently looking for roommates with similar interests and social aspects. I am tidy with my possessions and clean regularly to ensure I live in a presentable house. Being a university student, I like to socialise over a few beers when I'm not stuck with my head in the books and I'm always down for a party.

Hi, my name is Harry. I am 23, and work freelance as a designer and run a start-up business with my dad. I'm a super relaxed, open minded and accepting of all people whom do the same to me. I have lived in many share houses before, both in Australia and overseas and understand the importance of pulling one's weight in the house and keeping tidy. Typically you'll find me relaxing, working on my computer and listening to some tunes or possibly out and about cycling/skating. I'm hoping to find a good balance of a communal/social household where I can hang out and have a drink with my house mates. Any more questions please feel free to fire away. Cheers!
Currently one room is taken. The house is right around the corner from the Melbourne Showgrounds and is close to the Flemington racecourse. There is a train station (Ascot Vale, Craigieburn Line) which is around a 12 minute walk away which gets you into the city in 9 minutes. Alternatively you can catch tram number 57 which gets you into Melbourne Central in 35 minutes, the stop is only a 5 minute walk. All bills included in the price, garage parking is optional and is an extra $10 a week
