Hi, I'm Terrence. I'm from Malaysia, International student. I am a clean and tidy, friendly and easy going male. I am looking for a single room on August 2017(would stay up to 1 year and more), has to be near public transport. I am a pretty tidy person. I like to socialise but sometimes i like my own time. I have been living in a share house for about two years. I usually pay the rent on time. I'm not really good in cooking so not using the kitchen everyday. Feel free to text me 0426632496
I'm sadly departing an amazing house, but you're more than welcome to move in! $660 per month gets you prime real-estate close to trams and the best food of the West, a spacious room with the added small lounge to make of it what you will, modern kitchen, heating/aircon, spacious entertaining area and yard. Also available is high speed wifi and foxtel on top of rent. You'll be sharing the house with two chefs and a fashion retail manager, all of which are happy, easy going and fun to chill with. From watching footy to world movies, to D&Ms to having a drink and laugh, you'll feel right at home before you know it. Parking is at the rear of the property and bills and bathroom are shared. The lucky applicant will also have the opportunity to purchase the couches (100% leather), bed, tables and clothes rack at an additional price (pictured). Bond is $1100 (plus $100 bond transfer fee) and the room will be available on the weekend of the 24th (negotiable). Rent is paid on the 4th. Come say hi!

Hey guys, we are looking for a lovely couple or single to share a new house with in the Brunswick / Coburg area. We are a couple in our 20s with a gorgeous golden retriever x staffy. We've been in the Brunswick area for a year or so now and are looking for others to join us on a new lease. We have a few houses lined up to apply for, all of them are close to public transport, have off road parking and you will have your own bathroom. We are looking for a couple / single who enjoy company but also have their own thing going on. Ideally looking at moving into a new house in mid-june. Please flick a message through for any other details you might need and we can organise a time to meet up and chat.
Super cute two-storey townhouse on a quiet street, walking distance to public transport (tram, train & bus), cafes and supermarket. Property has ducted heating / air-conditioning & is fully furnished with the exception of the available room. There is a great rear courtyard - perfect for summer BBQs & a few cheeky drinks. All bills are split between the four housemates (making it super cheap!). Rent is paid monthly.
Hi guys! My name is Vivek Vyas. I'm from India. I moved to Melbourne two months ago. I did my high school and bachelors in Perth. I'm currently doing Professional Year in Engineering at Monash College. I'm a social and outgoing person who loves to talk to people. I've lived in Australia for about 7 years now so I've lived with different housemates and I never had any issues with anyone so far. I like to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the house so none of you would face that problem (I know everyone hates that lazy guy). I like to play squash and travel to places around for weekend hikes. I enjoy a drink or two sometimes when I hang out with friends but I'm not a party animal. I'm not a smoker either. If you happen to have a pet, I'm pet friendly. I have a dog back home and I just love him. Just looking for housemates who are easy going, friendly and respect each other's privacy. Thank you!
Fun loving couple, with a fur baby (cat) named Buttons who is super friendly and crazy ! Both smokers (trying to give up!) loves a cheeky beer, watching the footy, Netflix and chillin! Joel is a roof plumber and I'm a registered nurse. Very friendly but wants own space too. Great cooks! And very clean and tidy people.

Hi I am looking for a sharehouse within or not too far from the CBD. I am also open to the idea of house hunting together with the right person. There are a couple of reasonable apartments around Brunswick West area for no more than $190pw. I just need someone to team up with. I'm a full time fashion student in the city. Love to have a good time, laugh, music, photography and so on. I'm clean, neat, tidy and very respectable of others Feel free to ask any questions.
Hi I'm Rod. Just finished my Master of Architecture at Deakin Uni and now commencing a Graduate Architecture role in Flemington. I returned to study after 20 years as a software engineer. I have a diverse range of interests and can talk about most things. I'm pretty quiet and generally pretty busy with work and evening classes (2 nights a week) at Box Hill TAFE. I am house proud and take my flatmate responsibilities seriously. I can provide references. Currently living in Geelong, but would like to move into Melbourne to be closer to work and friends.
Greetings! I work full-time finance and mainly go hiking on weekends or read/study. I can cook, do chores, and enjoy talking with housemates at the end of the day. I generally prefer to keep communal rooms tidy, but I'm flexible in regards to most arrangements. Pets are fine but I'd prefer cats.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
Hi, since my landlord recently decided to sell his place I'm looking for a new home. I'm Aldo, a 33y old guy, toilet-trained and in my 5th year of being abstinent from chasing mailmen. Oh I wish sometimes I could be a dog, my life would be so much easier! Ok, back to the humans. I think I'm well house-trained, I've shared places ever since turning 19 and I've learned to clean up after myself in communal areas. I'm aware with things that might bother others and up for a chat and socialising most of the time, I like people I can trust and that try to find a collective solution to arising household problems. I understand sharing a place means we share the responsibilities that come with it and I'm mature enough to do my part for a functional household. A proactive communication for example is a good way to avoid issues. I'd like to hold myself to the same standard as I hold others, trying to find empathy, self-criticism and integrity around me. In more simplistic terms, I am happy if I can contribute in making people feel more at home and treat each other as friends rather than just housemates. Interests: I go out and chase balls sometimes (soccer), riding my bike around, beachtime, going to as well as playing gigs (I play guitar and occasionally bark to it). I also like to read and educate myself about things, cooking & eating in and occasionally out. I try to live environmentally conscious but without forcing my lifestyle choices onto others. Job: I am currently applying for jobs with my Master of Science and work experience in medical imaging. I'm financially stable and reliable and not dependent on finding a job straight away, so paying rent/bills and having other expenses for socialising will not be an issue with me (proof and references can be provided). If you think we could get along or have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks for reading and have a good day :) Woof.
I'm a 25yo social worker, I love music ( I play guitar, and I sing), I enjoy cooking and baking, and previous housemates have said I'm a delight to live with! I've been living in Melbourne for six years now, and have always lived west side. I've just spent the last few months traveling around Europe, and now looking for a place to be my home!
I'm a first year student studying Psych and Criminology at University of Melbourne. I'm into video games, anime and TV shows and if i'm not doing any of those, i'm probably studying or sleeping. I'm also really into art (drawing and painting). I'm super easy going and I'm happy to hang out and have a chat or watch a movie every now and then. I can also speak Japanese (which is pretty cool imo). I'm currently living in a share house with 4 other people and I get along really well with my current housemates (i'm really sad to leave) but due to relationship problems, I need to move. Any suburb within a 20-30 minute tram/train ride from Uni/CBD would be fine for me. My max budget is about $170 - $180 with bills included. I dont own any pets, however I'd like to move into a pet friendly household as I was hoping to get a bird or 2 in the near future. I may have my 2 bffs or my parents visit me for a holiday, so I'd prefer housemates that are cool with that. Cheers
I'm a 36 yo Melbourne girl looking for a place inner city/inner west. I study fashion/modelling online and dedicate most of my time to my greatest passion, fashion. I also receive the pension from Centrelink so I am reliable with rent and bills. I'm easy going, respectful of others and friendly. I also am clean and tidy. My hobbies are listening to music, dancing, going out with friends, good food and I love nature, animals and spirituality. Im social but also respectful and enjoy some peace and quiet at home. I hope to find someone I am compatible with and share some interests with, just basically someone mutually respective and clean and easy going and down to earth.
I'm an pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line. I have a degree in applied science (chem), and experience as an electronics tech, and with computers, and can be a bit handy around the house. I enjoy a glass of wine, a chat, video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. Quitting smoking, smoking outside in the mean time. - Sam
My name is Ann and I'm 22 y/o I'm from Adelaide and have moved to Melbourne for a full time job! I'm very much into interior design so I do tend to explore places (especially brunch places!) and maybe a bit addicted to netflix. I'm a pretty quiet person to live with but easy going, willing to chat and hang! Pretty clean and respectful to personal space and communal spaces.
