33yr old Professional. ( Horologist, I'll be working for a French Luxury Company) Moving to Melbourne in late October for a new job and starting all over again. I'm pretty neat and tidy, Great sense of humor ,value mine and others privacy, love to cook, social but like to do my own thing from time to time, got to the gym a few times a week, home is my place to unwind and relax after work so don't mind a social drink every now and then, would be great to have housemates that could become friends and show me all the great local spots. Ideally i'd like to be a half an hour from the CBD via tram, train or bus. I love Melbourne but not too familiar with suburbs i may have overlooked so let me know! I Love the outdoors so any excuse to get away for a spot of fishing and I'm all in! Recently got my firearms license so do a bit of sport shooting too Love animals so if you have a social dog or cat i don't mind at all :) Just got myself a new car so undercover or off street parking would be great!

Very quiet, respectful and clean. eventhough i am quiet and like to have my own space and give people theirs, i can be sociable, however I keep quiet busy, i also like my own space, and give people theirs :) I appreciate mutual understanding, respect and pretty much a cool, chilled and quiet space with mature people. I very much prefer own bathroom, otherwise, very very clean people and rooms with less people in it, less residents and rooms and people who don't bring people over, too much and overtly, not partying. Prefer double story houses and being on the second level. Don't mind pets at all, in fact would love to live with one <3 I hope to hear from you. Thank you! :)

I've been living in my own 3 bedroom home for the last 4 & a half years with my 3 yr old Border Collie X Golden Retriever and 8 yr old Murray River Turtle in the outer Northern Suburbs. I work 2 jobs 6 days a week. Sunday's are my day to do whatever I like; anything from chillin at home with my dog, house work, catching up with friends, a day out with my 2 nieces, family outings, going to the footy during footy season and Cricket over the Summer. Ive made the decision to lease my house out so I can move closer into the city. My parents have offered to look after my dog and turtle for 12mths which will make it easier to find somewhere to live. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Hi everyone my name is Michael and I am 29 years of age, I work full time as a Warehouse Storeman in Tullamarine and also do uber driving as a side job, could be handy for you if you like to hit the town on a Friday or Saturday night :) My hobbies are going to the gym, poker, pool, playing footy (mad AFL fan) and traveling when i get the time. I am a friendly person who is easy to get along with and often can be funny. I don't mind if you have a pet as long as they are outside more then inside. The reason why I would be a good housemate is because I am clean and tidy, respectful to other people, always up for a good laugh and love to go out and have a drink every now and then at the casino. I think I would be beneficial to you being an uber driver, also I sell cookware at my work so I have a great set of frying pans with me for cooking :) you won't be disappointed! so please hit me up for an inspection if you think i fit the criteria :)
Amazing balcony with fanatastic view of maribyrnong. Room/apartment is fully furnished - can organise to move bed out if you have your own. Is very large for an apartment - 108sqm. Wrap around balcony is excellent for entertaining Private secure covered car park. Opposite Flemington racecourse. Walking distant from Showgrounds and Ascot Vale Lesiure Centre (large gym with pools etc). Local public transport Ascot Vale train station is short drive away. Alternatively number 57 or 82 tram about 1km. There is also a bus stop (472) directly out the front of the house. The whole apartment building is very secure with multiple keypad combinations needed. Apartment building entrance is very grand. Once you see the view you'll fall in love with the place! Second bedroom is up for rent. Has some views of the river. You'll have your own bathroom facilities for everyday use although guest do use this bathroom. There is also a bath. A cleaner comes once a fortnight to give the house a deep clean. Bad things: Its on the level of the driveway so you can hear some noises when the gate opens. It's not bad just thought I'd mention it.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the tram and 15 minute walk to the train station. It's a 5 minute walk to Coles and 10 minute drive to the Moonee Ponds shopping centre. The room will be available from the 25th September. Please message if you'd like to set up an inspection!
Hi! I'm moving out of the place I've called home for the last 4 years and am looking for someone awesome to replace me in the third bedroom of a three bedroom townhouse in Ascot Vale. The other housemates are Brent (30) and Nikki (28) who are both easy going, clean and tidy and busy people so you'll hardly ever all be home at the same time. Looking for someone who has house shared before and is clean, mindful of other people and keen for a wine or two every now and then. The townhouse is super close to Highpoint Shopping centre, close to trams and trains. Free on street parking. Big bedroom with window and built in robes, there are two living areas downstairs, large bathroom upstairs, another toilet downstairs as well as separate laundry with heaps of storage space. Unlimited internet for $20 a month, amazing heating and bills are relatively cheap. If this sounds good to you, please contact me and we can arrange a walk through and for you to meet Brent and Nikki. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊
Room going in sensationally located double storey, two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Ascot Vale's vibrant cafe and shopping strip. With the No. 57 tram on your doorstep, and a stroll to Ascot Vale Station (4 stops from CBD) it provides excellent commuter access to the CBD, University and Hospital precincts and Highpoint. Naturally light filled, it features a spacious study nook, open plan living zone, dining space and modern kitchen with large glass windows leading onto a private alfresco terrace. The apartment is tastefully fully furnished quality electric appliances. Private accommodation is provided with two lower-level bedrooms with built-in-robes and both joint by a central courtyard. The apartment also has a bathroom with bath and separate shower, split-system heating unit, panel heaters and intercom entry, European laundry and block-out blinds. Right next to iconic Flemington Racecourse, Showgrounds, schools, buses, CityLink and Airport access, it delivers a desirable city fringe lifestyle with an eclectic community vibe.
Your potential new home is a lovely old double-fronted Victorian built in the early 1900's. There's a decently sized backyard to relax in and on-street parking is always available (permit-free). The house is a 5 minute walk to Ascot Vale train station, and trains are 10-15 minutes to the city, coming every 5-9 minutes during peak hour. Ascot Vale is a pretty quiet suburb, yet is still really close to the city. Supermarkets are within walking distance (Coles on Epsom Road or Newmarket Woolies) as is Dan Murphy's on Mount Alexander Road. The room is available from now. It is at the back of the house and has a large north facing window. The room measures about 3.1 x 2.7 metres. It can fit a queen bed and a desk / tallboy / cupboard, as per the photos, but you'd have more room if you bring a smaller bed. We (the other housemates) have all common area stuff covered, so things like a TV, couch, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, plates etc. are all already bought and available for you to use. You'll just need to furnish your own room. Cost breakdown / Bills: - Rent is due monthly on the same date of each month, i.e. $736.66 per calendar month. - Bond is 1 month of rent (i.e. $733.66). - 6 month minimum stay is desired. - 4 weeks notice of vacating is also desired. - Internet (unlimited), water, electricity and gas bills would be split equally. These fluctuate seasonally but are generally around the $20/week mark.
We are located in Ascot Vale, North Melbourne and we have a 2 story apartment, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs along with living room, kitchen and laundry. We have two balconies and reverse cycle aircon in living room as well as both bedrooms. The room up for grabs is carpeted, has a walk-in wardrobe, a window that gets the lovely morning sun and aircon mentioned above. There is a secure parking space in a garage. We have all appliances i.e fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, television and xbox etc. We live on union road, which is a pretty fun location with some good restaurants, a foodworks and a grocer super close, like a 2 minute walk. There are also two banks, post office, hardware store, hairdressers, gym, dentist, laundromat and a top notch chiropractor. There are also a bunch of pharmacies nearby. We live on the main tramline to the city (57) with a stop directly across the road and also a train station super close by. There's also direct trams to Moonee Ponds and Maribynong up the road (4min walk) a fitness and aquatic centre nearby and a few lovely parks. About a ten minute walk or two minute tram ride to Flemington racecourse Coles centre with a medical practice. So basically, anything you’d need either on our street or within ten minutes walking, which is handy.
Hey everyone, I'm currently living in the UK on a working visa (I'm from Australia) and Im looking at moving back to Melbourne within the next couple of months. I'm fun friendly and outgoing, quite an independent person. I want to live with people who I get along with and can do stuff with when not working etc like food shopping, days out etc. I'm into my health and fitness and work as a PT, love going to the gym and looking after myself.
Hey, I have a room to rent (long term) in a two bedroom unit (1 bathroom) in Ascot Vale. All you will need is your own bedroom furniture. Its a 5 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to Union Road (full of delicious cafes) and a 10 minute walk to Coles or the Melbourne Showgrounds. Rent is $180 per week with utilities on top of that (electricity and gas). There is internet at home which is also extra, if you'd like to use it. If you're interested we can talk further regarding bond, meeting, etc... Can show you more photos if interested.
