We're a friendly, fun, drama free, fun loving couple who love a laugh and making new friends.... we're clean and respectful and both work fulltime hours (sometimes more) so paying rent on time isn't an issue... we are ready to move now and can move in immediately if required! If you would like to know more please send us a message!
Hello, my name's Josh! I've been couch surfing in Melbourne for a month after moving interstate from NSW and would really like to settle down and find a permanent home. I'm a first year science student studying full time at Monash Uni. I'm a friendly, easygoing, sociable guy but am also respectful of others' privacy and while I'm up for a chat I also enjoy some downtime like anyone else. I realise the responsibilities involved in living with others and am a very clean, tidy and reliable person, contributing my fair share to ensuring the place is in good condition and rent is paid on time. Lover of all animals and would be totally down to live with pets of any kind. Am open to living with any and all kinds of people but would prefer to live with other students or people around my age. As I'll have uni nearly everyday it's quite important that public transport is nearby, and it would be especially amazing if I could find a place close to the Clayton campus. Also open to start/join a group of others looking for housing - send me a message if you'd like to know more about me or if you have a room available and thanks!
Hi :) We have a room coming available in our house in Ascot Vale available April 10th. The room - The available room is on the ground floor, it's large and has private front access as well. It also has an ornamental fireplace and and it's own airconditioning/heater (The room is a lot bigger than the photos portray and is unfurnished). The house - The house is a 3-bedroom terrace house, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is 1 bathroom, a laundry with a washing machine, a kitchen and a big back yard - great for summer with a nice pecan tree, and also a covered sitting area down the side of the house. We keep all our communal living areas clean and tidy. Not a party house, but the occasional gathering is okay :) About us - we are 2 girls - easy-going homebodies. We both work full time and are very tidy, relaxed/quiet and spend most nights watching TV and eating large amounts of chocolate. We also have a pet turtle and two guinea pigs. You - We're looking for a clean, employed and easy-going human that would like to live with us :) Someone that can pay bills and rent on time without being asked and does their share. Monies - The rent is $787 p/m excluding bills which are only internet, water and electric (All split into equal thirds) The bond is $767. The location - We live right outside a tram stop that goes straight into the city (20-30 minutes) A short walk from shops, coffee and other transport. Let us know if you would be interested and we can meet up for a chat. Erin & Megan
My name is Sian, I am a 22 year old uni student from Brisbane. I have recently moved to Melbourne to study photography. I am a friendly and polite housemate who cleans up after myself. I mostly keep to myself, but will have a conversation with you when I do see you. I am also not opposed to the occasional drink on a weekend.
I'm working full-time in medical imaging. I'll be working in Richmond for 3 months then in the western suburbs for the remainder of the year. I play hockey in Footscray and like to keep a relatively active and healthy lifestyle. I'm well house trained, have been living in various styles of share houses over a number of years. I always pay my bills and rent on time, and keep common areas clean. I enjoy being social with housemates but understanding of personal space when needed.
Moving to Melbourne on a work contract on the 7th of April which i am looking to stay permanently. Currently living in the Gold Coast QLD working as a personal trainer. I live a very active lifestyle up here and generally live at the gym either working or training. Very clean and down to earth person who enjoys their own space however looking at getting to know people around the area so defiantly happy to socialise with you :) I have bedroom furniture i was planning on bringing down with me but also could look at selling it if needed. Mainly after a small house with preferable 1-2 flatmates and as close to the tram line around Essendon area or the city if possible Look forward to hearing form you if you have any questions please send me a text message as I will respond to that faster :)
I am a current student studying event management which is due to finish in April 2017. I currently commute from Shepparton to attend school but am looking to move back to Melbourne to seek full time employment. My background is in health and fitness and I was a Myotherapist for 6 years. I have a passion for sport, events, health, fitness and I loove food! I am one the most organised people you will ever meet and I hate living in clutter and mess. I am a non smoker and love be outdoors as much as I can.
Hey hey people, I'm looking for a place to call home around central Melbourne, anywhere from St. Kilda to Ascot Vale is fair game. Trying to keep a maximum distance of 40 mins from work in Port Melbourne (by bike). I enjoy being sociable but can be left to my own devices if you prefer. I am tidy, considerate and good for a laugh. I'm in my 5th year of engineering, originally from Canberra, I am currently on internship here in Melbourne for just under a year. I thoroughly enjoy my music, movies, martial arts, gaming (board and video) and a little basketball. If you think i'd make a suitable housemate feel free to chuck me a message.
I'm Mature, tidy & respectful, up for a drink or conversation or happy to give you privacy ! I work 6 days a week most of the time & go to gym regularly - I'm very tidy, don't make much mess in the kitchen as I eat mainly pre packed fitness meals. I'm fun and witty, can be social or quiet. Look forward to meeting up with a housemate asap - cheers, Terry.
I'm a project manager in natural resource management (restoring rivers and other waterways) and enjoy healthy living, cooking, and creative pursuits. I work full-time and am generally out from 8 am til about 6:30 pm, but I pack in quite a lot outside of work. I love travel, dancing, going to gigs and plays, and usually like to go out for dinner 1-2 nights per week. I love wine, gin and chatting, but also value having time to write/read/listen to music etc. I have a lovely boyfriend who is excellent at fixing things. I am looking for a place to live for myself and my small, sweet cat (Luca) who is very affectionate and loves hanging out with humans and other animals. He is very chilled out and loves a good cuddle. Or not, if that's not your thing.
Im from good ol 'Murica, studying child care and development at a private college in the city. When im not studying, I'm nannying 3 munchkins and working an amazing cafe in fitzroy, or an amazing resturant off brunswick st. Other than that, i try to maintain a social life in between. Loves: cooking new meals, baking, netflixing, wineing or beering, paying bills on time, cleaning up after myself and making the house look ahhmazing, and every dog i ever meet (and cats, if they let me 🤗) Dislikes: people who clip their toenails in public and the word moist. Pretty busy lifestyle, but always happy to chat! Lived in share houses before, so definitely not my first rodeo :)
Hi Guys, My name is Naima and I'm looking to rent two rooms, for me and my friend Ruhee. We're happy, respectful people, very clean and keep to ourselves mostly but also like to mingle in. A little bit about me, my hobbies include playing volleyball on the weekends, hanging out with my friends and reading. Also occasionally binge watch Netflix. We're recent graduates, now working. I work as an Account Manager at a desgin firm and Ruhee works at an NGO. Our budget is $400pw.
Great location, close to city, trains, trams, cafes. Coles and Woolies around the corner. BBQ on the balcony, Apartment is fully furnished in common areas with sofa, kitchen appliances and white goods. Reverse cycle airconditioning in living area. Ample on street parking.
Laid back and easy to get along with. Would love someone I can hang out with when the time suits but also like my privacy. I have a small female labrador who stays outside unless I'm home. We are both tidy and will clean up after ourselves.
Gay guy originally from Brisbane but called Melbourne home for nearly 4 years now. Professional job allows me flexibility re work hours so not always 9-5 Mon-Fri. I have a good circle of mates and like to get out and socialise. I am clean, tidy, thoughtful and very respectful of others and their belongings. MOST IMPORTANTLY ... I have a 10 year old beagle, Jasper, who is at the age where he just does his own thing at his own pace. He's a beautiful dog and takes to pretty much anyone and enjoys companionship. Not a barker or a digger and has his own rental references from landlords and agents. So am obviously looking for somewhere pet friendly with a decent (doesn't have to be huge) yard or park nearby. We have unfortunately just had to farewell our great little Brunswick home as, as fantastic as she was, the owner moved back from the UK. I have entered my move date as end of month for the sake of it but can move anytime preferring sooner. I have a small 2 bedroom house (approx) of high end appliances and designer furniture all 1-3 years old which would be great to make use of but can store if need be. As far as housemate ages, I really am open to living with anyone 18 to 50 or 60 or whatever, provided you're mature, don't continually piss people off and chip in good. I do get along best with guys and girls in their 20s, 30s and 40s and love the variety that comes with it.
(PLEASE NOTE, HAVE NOT YET MOVED IN AND THESE ARE PHOTOS FROM THE REAL ESTATE). If anyone is interested in having a look at this house- please get in touch with me. The inspection time is this SAT 9:30am and we can apply for it together (if suitable) NOTE: House comes unfurnished In terms of myself, I’d say I’m very laidback and easy to get to know and I love meeting new friends. I’m a fashion student in the city. If this interests you, please let me know ASAP, as I am looking to move in as soon as I can and already have another person keen to as well. Cheers, Simran

Hey! I'm looking for a place long term and can move in now/whenever! More about me: I'm a second year arts student at Melbourne Uni studying history and media. I'm busy throughout the week so I'll be in and out of the house quite often. I'm sociable but chill and love a good chat about anything really. Things I like: I'm a major film buff and like music and art. I like cooking (or trying to anyway) and a beer here and there. Gigs and pubs are my go to whenever I'm free (or even when I'm not).
