Hi....I'm Tina, I am looking for a granny flat, self-contained studio, or share house. I usually work as a Compliance Audit Officer and I am about to decide on accepting a new contract and often travel for work. I would like to move immediately - as soon as possible as the share house I've just moved to has additional costs that were not told to me when I moved in last week. I'm easygoing, honest, responsible with rent/bills and will respect your space/house/furniture as if my own. If any storage for furniture is available, that would be great but not essential as I can store commercially. I have a very tame young talking bird-galah who is in training for future public education and is caged when I'm at work or not home, and a 13 yo budgie that I have just taken on as my friend has passed away. The budgie is on his last legs (:-() \\7 the galah is well behaved. If I travel for work the birds will go into boarding. I am open to living with other animals and my galah has lived with a variety of animals. I am an outside considerate smoker and looking to quit soon. I am open to living with any potential house mates or in a granny flat on owners property. If you think I could fit, please send me a message or call me...thanks! Tina
Hi! I'm Emma and looking for a place preferably in Brunswick but pretty flexible about location, so long as it's close to work and training. I'm currently working pretty much full time at woolies, train acrobatics 4 times a week and am considering going to uni next year, so you probably wont be seeing too much of me. Looking for an existing share house or a team-up with chill people who would be down to hang out every once in a while and know how to pull their weight with bills and cleaning. My current lease ends November 9 so hoping to find somewhere before then but can push it back or forward a little if necessary. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message if interested x
Hi, I'm Savannah, a 27-year-old student from Sydney who will be coming to Melbourne to study my honours project in Neurogenetics at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Parkville. I've lived in sharehouses for nearly 10 years so know how to respect the space. I'm usually quiet during the week and like to go out to gigs on the weekends. I am creative and like to make clothes, paint and make homemade soaps when I have the time. I also do casual modelling on a freelance basis with a couple of agencies and work in before and aftercare at a school in Newtown (SYD) at the moment. I have a partner, Matt, who might come and visit from Sydney sometimes and two cats who won't visit but I'll probably show you a hundred pictures of them - sorry in advance I just think they are the cutest two creatures to ever walk the planet hah! I'm looking for a casual and friendly space where I can meet some new friends, maybe have a casual wine and chat, but also have the space to study when I need to. I start uni in February so a late December or January move date is best but I'm flexible. I would potentially stay until the end of 2020, maybe longer if it's the right fit (and available) and I decide to stay in Melbourne after my project is finished.
I'm a bit of a geek: books, tv, boardgames etc. If you're into that too.... Great! If not, I'm sure we'll get along. I've lived in households of up to 5/6 before and always got along well with everyone. Did my share and all that. I'm a new teacher, working as a substitute, so I'm looking for a place with good public transport.
I am Shikha, originally from India but will be moving to Melbourne and start at Victoria University in Footscray. Looking for accommodations nearby, preferably within a 5-7km radius. I am easy going, love pets, keeps the place clean and can get pretty much along with anyone. I would love to have someone who I can hang out wit, make coffee for and chill at home with.
Hey Guys, I’m originally from NZ, but have been living and working overseas for many years now based in Melbourne and looking for a place to call home. I am a dancer/teacher and also work in and out of hospitality. I love simple living, travelling, yoga, art, being in nature, wooden floors and plants. I also have an interest sustainable living and am a vegetarian. I’m looking for a room in a flat that has a friendly and respectful vibe. I would like to live with others who enjoy both a social moment and to do their own thing!! Send me a message if you think I would be a match! Cheers Bex 😊
I am extremely considerate of others and always mindful of another's personal space as I value my own personal space and quiet time immensely. As a mature, reliable, friendly and open minded woman in my 50's, I am currently semi-retired with a Personal Investment Portfolio, and I do occasional temp work in the Health or Community Services Sectors. My main focus at this time is studying a Diploma of Counselling. I am co-author in a book due to be launched in upcoming months. In recent months I have been living in Coburg North, and have loved being back in the North after a 6 month stint in the West. Seeking a place to call home now so would prefer something long term. I love animals - especially cats. My interests include getting to the gym 3 times a week, meditation, personal development, energy healing (Reiki; Access Bars), listening to music (live & recorded) and singing, Please feel free to ask any questions at all. As I value clear communication and transparency you can expect 100% honesty at all times, and I expect the same in return.
Clean, responsible, tidy. Exercise regularly and I play social basketball on Thursday nights. I'm social and I love a chat/coffee/beer but I also enjoy my own time. I work full time as a civil engineer in the city, the usual 9-5.
LOOKING FOR MUSICIANS/ARTISTS SHAREHOUSE AND FLATMATES in MELBOURNE!!🎶🎼🎧 Hi there! 😁 I am María, a professional musician (oboist player and singer, jazz and classical music) and psychologist from Spain. I’ll move to Melbourne in the end of October with the Work & Holiday Visa for a year (at least). I would like to live with other musicians (preferably) in order to share music and experiences. It would be amazing living near a good live music scene in Melbourne!😎🎶 I’m an easygoing, open minded, tidy, clean and outgoing person, so I appreciate the same in return. I love going out with my friends, dance, party, travel, cook, go to concerts and music festivals and do sport, so it would be fantastic sharing these hobbies with my mates!😉 In spite of the above, I also like my own space and time to be relaxed at home. $150-200 per week would be preferable! I would like a private room in order to have my own space and to practice with my musical instruments! I'll be happy to live with people that enjoy things I like stated above. Pm if you are searching for someone like me! Thanks!!
