🏡 Seeking Housemate to Team Up for a Pet-Friendly Home – Professional Woman in Her 50s with two lovely dogs 🐾 Are you looking to share a comfortable, peaceful home with a mature, easy going professional and her two friendly dogs? I’m a woman in my fifties, working full-time in the office, and I’m looking for someone to team up with to rent a house together—ideally in a leafy, dog-friendly suburb around Bayside, St Kilda or Chadstone. I am easy with the location depending on the right house. ✨ What I’m Looking For: • A responsible, kind housemate (female preferred) who enjoys a calm living space • Someone who is open to co-renting a house and sharing responsibilities • Must be okay with dogs—my two are gentle, well-trained, and love a cuddle 🏠 The Vision: Let’s find a spacious, pet-friendly home with a garden, good natural light, and room for both of us to feel comfortable. Preferably 2–3 bedrooms, ideally with separate bathrooms or enough space to maintain privacy. Budget around $350 to $450 each per week. 👩💼 About Me: I work in financial planning and enjoy quiet evenings, the beach and weekend walks with the dogs. I’m tidy, respectful, and value open communication. Looking for someone with similar values who’s ready to create a harmonious home. 📍 Ideal Locations: Bayside, St Kilda or Chadstone areas – but open to suggestions! If this sounds like the kind of living arrangement you’d enjoy, let’s connect and see if we’re a good match. We can start the house hunt together and build a home that suits both our lifestyles. 📧 Contact: Donna weekends or after 6.30 pm during the week

Hiya! I’m a WA Geology student looking to permanently move East to Melbourne at the end of the year (sometime in November- will lock in dates when I find a place!). 🛫 I’ve been renting with my friend and his partner over the past year, and it’s been absolutely brilliant- I’m hoping to find a small, comfortable place I can settle into while I study and set myself up independently in Victoria.🚪 I’ll be searching for a job over there in the months leading up to my move, and will be undertaking part-time study at Monash (Clayton) from February. 📚 I’d consider myself a bit of an introverted, artsy dreamer (wonder why I’m moving to Melbourne haha), with a love for all things nerdy, nature-related, and hygge/academia style :) I have a sizeable collection of books, art, and trinkets- but always make sure they’re organised and within my own space. 😉 I spend a lot of time in my room on my PC studying and working on various creative projects, but am also more than happy to break out some board games for a night or grab a meal out with the roomies every now and then! (Big D&D fan btw… hoping to GM another campaign once I move, and meet more people!) 🎲 Of course- it being a functioning household, communication regarding bills, cooking, cleaning, etc.. is a must, and it’s important that these things are coordinated clearly and effectively. 📑 Some other tidbits: 🚭 Smoking is a no for me, sorry 🐈⬛ Pets are fine! Animals are awesome ❄️ I LOVE the cold, and will happily pay a little extra to keep the temperature down through Summer, within reason of course 🍺 I don’t really do clubs/bars, or drink much at all outside of special events ☕️ Early riser, but will typically leave the house for a morning coffee 🎧 I don’t make much noise, but am hoping to have my folk/indie/rock records shipped over progressively, which I enjoy quietly spinning on occasion (Lord Huron are my lifeblood 😌🌲) Otherwise, I'm just looking for a chill, calm, cosy house with some good vibes and friendly people to start this new chapter of my life with! M/F/+, any age, and any number of housemates I don't really mind, so long as you're respectful and mature ☺️ ___ [Given my situation- if you feel like I’d be a good fit, I’d love to go on a little video-call tour of your place and get to know the flatmates! All goes well, I’d be open to discussing me potentially signing onto the lease and paying rent in advance until I’m ready to move]
