Located in between Jubilee Terrace and Waterworks Roads. 5 min Walking distance to 3 supermarkets, gym, restaurants and shops as well as bus-stop where a 24hr ashgrove/city glider bus stops. To arrange an inspection with me and so I can meet you, please get in contact with me! Room is pretty well available as of July to the right person. Please note that half the bond is payable upfront as well as 2 weeks rent.

I'm a bubbly and easygoing female, I'm a hairdresser by trade so if we live together that's just another benefit :) I have a Kelpie puppy called Leo and he is my pride and joy. I'm urgently needing to find a place in or near the city as I work in the city and where I live now is too far away and is affecting my work
Hey all, I am a 22 year old working professional seeking another person to find a place together. I am pretty flexible with the location, as I don't mind travelling to work for the right place. I have a beautiful little Beagle dog, who is very sweet and loves a good pat. She's 1 year old, so needs a good yard to run around in. I'm a very sociable person, but enjoy my own space. I work four days a week in retail and study the other day, at a veterinary clinic, so I am out of the house a fair bit. I'm searching for a roommate that is like minded and someone who I get along with. Please send me a message if you'd like to have a chat :)
I am a full time QUT student from Kigali, Rwanda. I love music, sports(soccer and basketball), learning&reading and hanging out & getting to know new people I also love to live a wild life, so every now and the I would love to try out some extreme sports like Bungee jumping, sky diving and the sort... I love a calm home (I will not bring the party at home). I love to sociallise and taking walks at night or early in the morning to relax and reflect on my goals. I am responsible, easy going but also can get serious when I need to be
Hello! :) I work full-time in an accounting firm Monday to Friday. I'm fairly quiet during the week and usually spend weekends with family or friends. I gym a fair bit and eat healthy so living with people who are similar in that regard would be a huge plus! I'm also super clean and tidy and like living in a well kept house. I'd ideally like to live north side around enoggera, ashgrove area but not too fussed. I have all my own bedroom furniture but nothing else furniture wise. Currently living back with my folks after getting back from an overseas trip at the end of last year so I'm flexible with move in dates :)
I'm a reasonable chef, that is happy to cook at home. I have lots of board games and a PS4, as well as a couple of guitars electric and acoustic, I'm good at sharing my life... and I come conflict free. I have an (inside) Border-collie-X, 8yo, very well trained, however if he keeps barking at you, it means you haven't given him enough pats. I cook, I clean, I can fix stuff, love gardening (first sign of getting old) listening to Music, Movies or Binge watching the new generation of TV shows (post GoT.) I have a large digital collection of all. I have no time for Racism, Homophobia, or Junkies (not even part-timers). I don't smoke, rarely drink (give me a good reason ;-), I just like to keep life simple and enjoy my time here. I am doing my Masters of Philosophy at QUT-KG @ IHBI (Q-block), working on osteoimmunology and Osteoarthritis/porosis. I plan to go on to my PhD. I would be happy to help someone pay off their mortgage long term, I don't enjoy moving as much as I once did. I have a full household of stuff, but I will store or sell whatever I cant bring with me. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers Chris Scotland
This is a charming Queenslander has high ceilings, a kitchen with modern appliances is positioned close to everything you need with frequent public transport routes such as the 61, 379, 380, 381, 350, 352 and 598. It will take you a 5 minute walk to access buses, cafes, Goodlife, Woolworths and Coles in central Ashgrove. The room itself is spacious with an incredible floor to ceiling built in wardrobe with shelf space, plenty of natural lighting, carpet and space for additional furniture. There is the option to have a bed and desk provided or to come with your own furniture. Electricity and gas are to be split between the two of us quarterly. Internet is paid monthly and costs will be shared three ways which will be $24 per person. I am looking for a female housemate who is friendly, easy to get along with and can share household responsibilities.
I'm a friendly, down to earth girl who likes a good balance of social and quiet time. I'm looking to move out for the first time, so ideally, I would like to find an available room in a home that is already set up. I like many genres of music and often go to gigs, I love being outdoors and active, and I'm a real foodie. I'm a uni graduate who works every day of the week and sometimes weekends - my work is in disability support and hospitality. I don't generally work longer than six hours each day. I'm a clean person and will always do my share of household duties 👍🏼. Looking forward to hearing from you!
*Very neat and tidy *Into healthy food and exercise *Non-smoker, very-occasional drinker *I don't pirate crap, have a netflix account *Generous, sharing culture (food, friends etc.) *Would prefer to be friends instead of just flatmates *Quiet, will very rarely have visitors (immediate family and closest friends) *Full time study, part time work *Would prefer to share with creative/academic types who can hold a conversation and share their ideas -As opposed to closed-minded, self-absorbed individuals who prefer gossip I have all the furniture and appliances we need but would like to rid myself of as much of it as possible before moving: leather couches, fridge, new washing machine, futon, antique desk and bookcases, microwave, high-speed wifi, cable router (with pay-by-month plan), huge tv, coffee table, the list goes on...
I am looking at renting out a groovy house with some new peeps. I have been living in Brisbane for a year now but my lease ends at the end of July. I am studying full time and work part time so I am quite independent, but I do love a good glass of wine, cheese platter and chats. I am very clean and love a tidy/beautiful house so it feels like home.
Hello friends, I'm Hannah, inherent geek who loves to read books and binge films in my down time. I also enjoy eating out, spontaneous adventures, and a good hike (preferably in the mountains). I'm moving to Brisbane from the Gold Coast for work as an editor. I'm interested in a team-up with friendly, social, and like-minded friends (preferably in a drug/smoke free environment) to create a home together. I'm always down for a good chat and hanging out after a long day but relish in my own space as well. I'm an incredibly clean and reliable person. More than happy to do my share of cooking and cleaning if those things are appreciated and reciprocated. I have an indoor cat (Gregory House) who causes absolutely no trouble but will look at you with disdain from time to time. Happy to chat for anyone interested, Hannah
Hello, I am looking to move close to the city. I am a student studying nutrition and also work part time. Looking to share with one other person. I am neat, tidy and quiet.
Hi! I'm Zoe, 19 yrs old and looking to make some friends :) . First of all, I play the violin, so whoever I live with has to be okay with me practising. Another thing I am looking for is somewhere close to public transport so I can get to South Bank as I will be at TAFE in July. I am open to living anywhere as long as there's public transport. I am naturally a quiet person but would love to meet people around my age who I can call friends and can help bring me out of my shell :) . I am tidy and clean, have respect for other people's things and space, and always up for a chat. I'm probably more interested in teaming up to start a new share house with people who want to be friends (preferably just girls and of a similar age) :)
Large carpeted bedroom with plenty of storage, natural light, mirrors and air-conditioning. Comes with mattress, bed base is available too. TV and PS3 console in living room that you are more than welcome to join in on :) Bus stop is literally a 40 second walk away and buses to and from the city stop by quite regularly. Close to plenty of shops and cafes, 4 minute walk to Charlies Raw Squeeze is a bonus and you can get some great stuff on ubereats tbh!
Hi my name is Sammy, I am 23 years of age and I am currently working full time in childcare which soon I’m going to get back into study. I consider myself as a organised / clean person, who likes their own space but likes to hang around the house too. I like a good balance of keeping fit by going to the gym and playing hockey on my weekends but I also like a good wine after work.
Hey, I'm a uni student currently on my second year studying criminology and criminal justice and I work at a bottle shop part time. I'm really easy going and neat and I'm always happy to help out around the house whenever needed. I'm pretty social and I'm always keen for a drink or a chat. I'm currently in a long term relationship, I'm a big fan of music and I love outdoor ed activities like hiking and camping. Looking forward to finding a cool group of people to share a place with.
