Large renovated room available downstairs. Perfect for a couple or independent individual. The room has a fully renovated bathroom off the main part of the room and a private entrance down the side of the house. Upstairs has a refurbishment kitchen with stone bench tops, two large bedrooms, separate renovated toilet and bathroom, a study nook at the front of the house, open living room with TV and dining area and a large deck for entertaining, amazing neighbours, lots of storage space in the lockup garage, and a fully fenced 405 sqm block, in a fantastic position. You will love living in the heart of Ashgrove and enjoying the lifestyle and community Ashgrove has to offer. Located in a popular pocket and away from noise, our home is nearby trendy cafes, bars and restaurants so you can enjoy a short walk out to dinner or have the convenience of shops just a 2-minute walk away. 2 min walk to Coles Supermarket (150 m) 2 min walk to the bus stop on Ashgrove Ave (190 m)
Looking for a chilled out house with a big bedroom and an ensuite all to yourself? This bedroom has a built in wardrobe on the top floor of a 3 level townhouse with access unlimited WiFi and aircon. As mentioned, you have your own bathroom as every room has its own ensuite! It's fully furnished you only need your bedroom but there is a heap of storage if you need to bring anything along to add. There's lots of parking on the street and in the driveway available. 2 minute walk to Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Junk Bar, gyms and a bunch of delish cafes in the heart of Ashgrove. There is public transport that runs very regularly at the doorstep. It takes 10 mins to drive to the city/valley and a $15 Uber for those Saturday nights! Ideally, we are looking for someone for a 3 month lease until mid January. Let me know if these dates suit!
A great house in Ashgrove, close to all amenities, literally coffee shop three doors up, aldi, coles, fruit & vege, woolworths, bottle shop, newsagency, bakeries, restaurants, gym across the road. It is a nice welcoming house, that is tastefully furnished, with a huge bedroom on offer that has air-conditioning for those hot summer days. Has a large kitchen with gas cooking and oven, a back deck great for entertaining, having a glass of wine and a cigarette (if you so desire). In a great location to head in any direction (north, south, east or west). Choice of either the catching the glider bus or two bus stops out the door to take you in any direction. Great place to share. I would be the only flatmate (plus a 12 year old cat called Polly). Share all bills 50/50
I'm an energetic and creative 20 year old looking for a place to call home for the next year. I work in the city during the week so I would like to find a place nearby. I'm just about to graduate with a degree from QUT in Fashion, Visual Arts and Journalism. I'm from the Sunshine Coast originally but have lived in Brisbane for the duration of my uni course. I'm a tidy, healthy and sociable person. In my free time you'll find me with a camera in my hand or behind the sewing machine.
Clean, responsible and organised person and respects others and their belongings. I've always lived in Brisbane, currently studying and hopefully looking at getting a full time job out of it in the coming months. Wanting to move overseas to study something different whilst working the job I'm studying for now.
This lovely little brick cottage is very light, spacious but also cool, which will be great for these summer months. Contrary to the photos, the house is mainly furnished, but flexible with furnishings if you have things to bring! It's a two bedroom place, the room is quite large and will easily fit a queen bed, desk, drawers etc. (has built in wardrobe), and has two large windows and wooden blinds. Room is unfurnished. Both bedrooms are off a corridor (i.e. separate to the lounge room). Shared bathroom, but the toilet is separate to the bathroom. The house is really spacious with a separate kitchen and dining room, with doors that open to the lounge room. There's a huge back deck over looking the trees and the garden. The laundry is underneath the house, along with a separate storage room. Large garden where I plan to put in some veggie patches and get the herb garden thriving again. The house is a 5 minute drive from central Ashgrove where there's the Deli, Woolworths, Chemist etc. There's a bus stop less than a minute away that will take you to Rosalie & the city, and close to more transport options on Coopers Camp Rd. Plenty of street parking available (no garage or secure parking available). Internet is unlimited and is on top of rent (same with gas/elec etc.). No pets unfortunately. Please ask me for any other details about the house. Move in date is flexible but ideally sometime within the next two weeks.
Newly single, looking to live with girls or girl and boy who likes to go out on weekends and socialise as well as have quiet time during the week. I'm a radiographer and work shift work. Enjoy the gym and eating healthy. I also love typical reality tv and pop music. Love to brunch and go to markets :)
I'm a cheerful person who likes to talk and learn new skills. I'm clean and organized. I'm studying English and starting a diploma in painting and decoration. I'm working hard and have fun in my free time, I'm returning to my healthy life and going to the gym every week. I like music, watch movies, play games in groups, sports, good food, drinks and coffee
I have just returned from a 2 year working holiday in New Zealand which was fantastic! I was born in Brisbane. Currently looking for work but can pay rent (I am not on benefits). I don't smoke, I am clean and super tidy. I am also a minimalist and cannot live with clutter but as I have quite a bit of stuff in storage I'm looking for a granny flat of my own. I've tried to change the settings on my profile but it didn't work so my apologies if you were searching for a flatmate. Am pretty quiet and not a big fan of loud TVs but do occasionally enjoy a 'singfest' (private karaoke) when no one else is around. I am also a bit 'anal' about turning off lights, stand-by items etc. as I detest waste plus it saves electricity. Hot days and particularly nights I find hard to cope with so if there is air-conditioning I will use it but I try to keep to a minimum as it is expensive. Another reason why I like to turn off electrical items that aren't being used, keeping cool at night so I can sleep is more important. I have a reference from a previous rental property (Brisbane), plus police check dated 2015 which I needed for work in NZ as well as a NZ police check dated 2016. That's me in a nutshell.

Hi, We are a professional couple who are moving into our campervan for 6 months to save up money to go travelling. We are looking ideally for a yard to park the van in for 4 nights every week (while we are at work in the city) while we stay in it and a clean bathroom to use. We will be gone on weekends. We are open to renting a room in a share house but would prefer to stay in our little home. Despite moving into a van we are a very normal couple! Laid back and just want somewhere reasonably quiet to lay our heads during the week. If you are looking for some way to subsidise your rent then it would be perfect! Please feel free to get in touch - our van won't be complete for a few months so we are looking to move around Dec/Jan and are flexible. Cheers! Kelsey and Luke

I'm from Brisbane. I recently took a working holiday to Townsville. Now I'm back looking for a place. I have a cat who I'd like to stay with me if possible. I keep my things neat and tidy. I'm happiest with a clean peaceful house. Making new friends would be a cool bonus.
Hello. My name is Carleesha and I'm looking for a place to live in Brisbane. Last year I attended university and stayed on campus, but my course just wasn't for me. Currently, I am looking for a place to live so that I can get a job and work for a year to decide what to do next. I have attended boarding school for six years and lived with flatmates in my year at university, so I'm very used to sharing a house with numerous people. I am usually reserved and quiet, though once I get to know people I can be quite social, and I like a tidy space so there's not much need to worry about mess with me. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker and I am more than willing to live in a house with pets, as I love animals. I would prefer a room that is already furnished. The date and length of stay I have listed are just rough estimates to get me started on my search. Anything else you would look to know about me please just shoot me a question! Thank you
