Hi my name is Dre and I'm a part time Retail manager, Full time student. Looking for a place while I finish my university course. Preferably around decent public transport as my car just recently broke down. I like to relax with a bit of reading and music, and I spend most of my time either at work or uni. I am very clean and a little organised, I manage my money well and try to be professional in all that I do.
Hello there, My names Lilly. I will be studying primary school teaching at ACU. I work as a Pilates and Dance instructor. I'm a very clean, tidy, easy going, social person but also understand how to respect others space. Not sure if you're open to pets.. I have a beautiful cat that is very friendly but quite timid so keeps to himself. If you would like to know more please feel free to message me.
Looking for house mates to share this classic home in Aspley. If you KNOW your photo makes you look creepy, I'd still like to hear from you. House is really close to Chermside Westfield and the airport's about 20 minutes away so everything is easily accessible. Close to gyms, restaurants, cafes, public transport. There are several good sized rooms to choose from so get in quick. First in, first serve. All the rooms have walk in wardrobes. Currently the rooms are unfurnished but a bed can be provided if required. A little bit about me: my name's Jeff and I'm pretty easy going. Always enjoy a good laugh so be warned. I do shift work at the airport and work some weird hours so you might not see me very often. When you can catch me though, I'm always keen to chat. If you're interested or have questions, feel free to contact me.
***Please be aware of the move date*** I am a teacher, currently studying my masters full-time. This means I am home a lot when not working (short-term contracts), visiting family or travelling. For the most part, I put most of my energy into my research. I am looking to share with 1 or 2 like-minded females (or landlord couple/family). I can live with: * females (quiet, respectful) * non-smokers (non-negotiable) * no partying, excessive drinking, etc * drug-free household * a cat I want to live somewhere where I feel safe and comfortable. Basically someone who has a lifestyle that doesn't impose on mine, or impact my overall well-being. I appreciate others with similar values, and are considerate of their housemates. I have a long-term partner who lives away for work, so no random overnight guests on my part. I like: * a tidy home * tv/netflix/board games/reading in my downtime, I am sociable but a frugal introvert at heart * hikes and walks in groups * cooking (but this is often a once-a-week meal prep) * yoga * sense of humour * people who are down-to-earth - not afraid to communicate in order to achieve balance and happiness in the house. If sharing with a landlord couple (preferably separate living spaces i.e. upstairs/downstairs) - I am able to pay my rent well in advance in exchange for a rent reduction. I know you have bills to pay too so if you're looking for a reliable income, I can give you that piece of mind!

The date 8 June is flexible. My 19 year old daughter arrives from the UK 5 June for 4 weeks. We will be away for at least two weeks during her stay. In addition to securing an ideal granny flat or private room I would also be interested in the option to rent a room which would be used for occasional use inbetween my cooking assignments outside of Brisbane. I have been offered assignments away from Brisbane which I will consider if a room for storage of my belongings and occasional use, 4/6 nights monthly, can be secured. Personal info: I am a home owner overseas and understand the importance of mutual respect and privacy. Also to respect and care for the property of others. I am a youthful, non smoking mature lady with a positive outlook. Known for thinking ahead and for being considerate. I am Aussie born and raised having returned to Brisbane after living overseas for 30 years. I am a semi retired chef with lots of private work in Brisbane. I love the arts, outdoors, live music, dancing, history, various sports and meeting people. I am not overly keen on argumentative people.

Hi I'm Phi, I'm 25, self-employed freelancer. I'm a social introvert, who is career orientated but likes to have fun. I am told I'm pretty chill and easy going and get along with most people. I have a small lap dog who is desexed and house trained that I'd like to move in with me, but if pets can't be accommodated on the property, then my parents are willing to keep her.

I'm a mature 21 year old, a very tidy person, pretty much a neat freak, enjoy my own space and company but definitely don't shy away from being social with my housemates! I'm a pretty active person and love to go paddle boarding on the weekends and I play social volleyball (indoor and beach) a few days a week. I work in Albion as a receptionist/admin assistant so would prefer to live somewhere around there. VERY allergic to cats.. so if you have any it absolutely wont work out between us... budget is max $250 a week unless bills aren't included in rent. in that case obviously I would prefer a lower rent price. my move date is very flexible, i can basically move as soon as i find the right place for me :) If you have a place I might be interested in please feel free to contact me!

I'm a 28 year old male working full time in Brendale, career minded and relatively quiet. I would prefer a room that's not tiny as I have a queen bed and dislike feeling like a sardine. I'm a respectful, reliable and tidy person and looking for the same in a flatmate. Ideally would like to keep expenses under $200 a week but am happy to pay a little more for somewhere nice. Air con, dishwasher and internet are high on my list. Feel free to contact to discuss! :)

I am an 18 year old full time uni student, who owns the friendliest cat you'll ever meet. I have a bubbly and fun personality, and I'm easy to get all long with. I am a part timer with Woolworths, so between work and study, I'll hardly be home to rack up the power bill haha! I'm looking to move around uni end of semester (June?) in a teamup with 2 other people. I'm looking to move anywhere between Northlakes and Chermside with houses being no more than $400 a week - between 3 people, approx $130 per week (exc bills) is within my price range 😊. Preferably looking for females, non smoker, 18+, who have their own car, license, and stable job. 😊 So if you're interested, please let me know and we shall house hunt together :) Otherwise, I am also looking at rooms for rent.
I'm 21, a personal trainer and currently training for an ICN(body building) competition. I have a pet, his a little snake who is the love of my life. I don't smoke, I don't have kids and I'm not much of a Partier. I'm a very social person but at the same time I like my own privacy. I meal prep every Sunday, eat the same thing week in and week out. I'm quite boring to be honest I think really! When someone asks what I do for fun, what my hobbies are my only reply is working out. I'm looking for some cool respectable people to either share with or a place of my own. I have a huge 12 seater couch that is my other pride and joy so have space for it inside without the possibility of it being wrecked is a must for me. Any other questions don't hesitate to ask
Recently started work close to Chermside and am thinking of moving out of home and closer, pending my contract is extended in a few months time. Little bit about me. I'm 22. Graduated from QUT last year in economics & finance. Then spent 2 months after that backpacking around Europe. Which made me realize I can get along with living in shared spaces really easily, I quite miss it to be honest! I'm neat & tidy for sure. Very chill. Always in an optimistic mood ... Always looking on the bright side. Passionate about Djing and producing music - don't worry though, I have headphones :P. Recently keen on trying out yoga & meditation. Ideally I'd love to get to know and become best mates with whoever I live with and sharing the good times over a few beers.
I am a tidy person, mature, keep to myself & respect others. I am also reliable and prompt when it comes to finances I am Just looking for a safe place to lay my head while away working from my family. Grew up in Brisbane spent last 10 yrs in Sydney trying to work and find a home to move my family back to Brisbane.
I'm respectful, quiet and I keep to myself when I'm home. I dont mind a good chat and drink, I'm clean and wash up after myself, and I dont mind mowing if the lawns need to be looked after. I have a currently 6 month old kitten named Tobias, and he's my best mate. Well behaved, desexed, toilet trained and a playful sweet heart, he's sure to not cause a fuss. He is a strictly inside cat unless taken for walks. He loves his towers, ball games and cuddles; he isn't one to scratch up curtains and fly screens as he has a scratcher and he knows better. I work at Carseldine Centre part time and I'll be moving from Woody Point. I enjoy reading, xbox and online gaming, walks with my boy, music, road trips, movies, clubbing and pubbing, and regularly seeing the people I love. I also smoke but I prefer not indoors. I dont appreciate passive aggression so if there's an issue with me, let me know like I'll do with you, so we can live together comfortably and on the same page. I do my best to be considerate, as I would like to be treated how I treat others. I want nothing but a bit of fun, peace and stability, to have a home pad I feel happy coming back to and where my boy is safe while I'm not home.
