I don't know a huge amount of people in Perth so I'd ideally like to join a house where we're all friends and enjoy each other's company. I come with a 4wd and plenty of outdoor gear. Extra points for a household that likes kicking a ball around or shooting hoops (keep in mind I'm no good at either). Require an off-street parking spot for the 4wd. Would ideally like another off-street spot for my small daily but not that fussed about parking it on the street if required.
