Hi, me and my cousin are from Bangladesh and are flying to Sydney by the end of June for our studies. I will be studying Masters in IT at WSU and my cousin will be doing his Masters degree in Accounting at Macquirie. So preferably, we are looking to live in a location which is half way between our unis and would be convenient to commute to and and fro. We also are looking for two separate rooms within the same household while sharing with others. Both of us are two very friendly guys and understand the dynamics of living with others. We are very hygienic, have the common sense of keeping the house tidy and have an open mind to nearly everything in life. We are very active in our daily lives and love working out at the gym, so would love to make gym buddies too.We both are also very respectful to other peoples' belief and culture and would love to share a wonderful experience living with mates who share similar mentalities. Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more about us. Cheers!
Hello there, I am from Indonesia, I will be attending TAFE NSW as an international student starting on July 2017. I will arrive in Sydney on the 11th of July. I will be studying and working part time. Personally... I am an easy going person, loves to have a great meaningful conversation. I have a "glass half full" personality. I really loves to play board & video games, i also loves cooking. When it comes to tasting foods i tend to be very curious and excited, great food is just amazing ^_^ Most importantly i am neat and tidy, and i respect personal space.
Partitioned furnished single living room (for one person ONLY) in a house 5 minutes walk from Auburn train station for $130 per week FIXED price. All bills are included (gas, electricity, unlimited NBN internet, water) NO heating. House has separate bathroom and toilet, separate shower and bathtub, separate kitchen and dining room, spacious laundry/storage room, frontyard and large backyard. Minimum stay 3 months, 3 weeks bond and rent paid 2 weeks in advance. 3 bedroom house fully furnished (fridges, microwave, washing machine, rice cooker, wireless unlimited NBN), in the room there is a bed, table, chair, wardrobe and bookshelf. You will be sharing the house with one girl and two guys. All work full time, girl during the night, guys during the day, thus at most times there are only one or two people in the house. Only yourself will be living in the living room, everyone else has their own bedroom. 2 train lines pass through Auburn and there are numerous buses as well. 10 minutes on train to Parramatta, 20 minutes to Cental, close to everywhere! It is AFFORDABLE SIMPLE accommodation with all necessities, but no luxuries. Looking for quiet, tidy and responsible flatmate. This is a shared household for preferably tidy, quiet and responsible younger workers and/or full time students 20-35 years old without pets who would like to stay here for a longer time. Any gender, race, religion etc. welcome to apply.
Yo I'm a 22 (soon to be 23) year old working professional who has recently settled into Sydney from sunny Queensland. Super career focused but love to hit the gym. Bit of a smart ass that's always up for a laugh. I'm a relatively contained person that values a quiet and clean house. However to a be a party pooper, I do not drink or do drugs and will only live in a house where alcohol is not consumed :) Give me a message if you think this could work? I'm open to having a chat. Available in July, currently renting solo
