Hey! I'm Divya, a 22-year-old woman, and a full-time uni student looking for a room in a welcoming and well-maintained sharehouse close to Parramatta CBD (or within walking distance). Ideally somewhere that feels like home, with housemates who are friendly, respectful, and appreciate a calm, clean space.
I’m also open to team ups for joint rentals.
A bit about me – I’m clean, highly organised, and very respectful of others' space and routines. I can be quiet and focused during the week, especially with study, but I’m also open to occasional chats, shared meals, or chilled hangouts with housemates depending on what everyone prefers.
I’m non-smoking, don’t have pets, and I’m someone who values clear communication and mutual respect. I’m not into partying at home, but I do enjoy a good laugh, some downtime with good company, and creating a peaceful environment where everyone feels comfortable.
Looking to move soon, with a budget around $210 per week. Ideally after a 6-month stay, but I’m definitely open to staying longer if the household feels like the right fit and we all get along. I can also move in earlier or later.
