Mid 30s full time employed guy looking for a home to share with at least 1 other. I work Monday to Friday and like my downtime on weekends. I am easy going and love spending my time eating out, swimming, watching tv shows and going to gigs/concerts.
Perth guy just moving to Melbourne after graduating from University. Looking for a place to stay while I get situated and possibly make it a long term thing. I enjoy a good chat and a few drinks but also like to keep to myself. I'm a security guard and nightclub bouncer so finding work will be pretty easy (I also have a couple of contacts who may be getting me work). House must be free of furry friends due to my allergies. Non-smoker. Only need basics (a mattress on the floor, in a private room, will suffice). Rent and bond will not be an issue and I'm a drama free housemate.
Hi there! I am Matiss, a post-graduate exchange student from Latvia at the University of Monash for 1 semester (till July), and I am looking for a private room to lay my head in peace while I am not at the university. It would be awesome to have 2 - 8 people to share the household ( preferably mixed-gender ). So there is always something going on and chat to. Sometimes I would need to charge up my energy by my own. So it would be great if (flat)housemates would tolerate the need of private time & space :) A little about myself : * sporty: been playing tennis for 15+ years, organized beach volleyball tournaments for amateurs & enthusiasts * clean: enjoy a clean kitchen and living quarters * geekish: graduated computer science, just learned to solve Rubic cube, video games are good in my book, following SpaceX accomplishments * socialish: a 50/50 introvert, enjoy spending time by myself and as well chilling out with a bunch of open-like-minded, easygoing people * layed back & chill : would really enjoy spend some time in the parks & beach reading some books, meditating All and all I'm a pretty social, open minded and easy going person who always cleans up after himself. I am looking forward to hearing from you
Mature professional, but young at heart. I love to socialise, meet new people and most importantly laugh. I'm a home owner myself so very respectful, clean, open and honest. I am easy going and like to feel safe and comfortable in my home. I am potentially looking to go overseas in mid June as it will be my last opportunity to live and work in the UK, as I am turning 31 this year, but this may very well not happen, will all depend on my cash flow, as mentioned, i have a mortgage myself. Fell free to contact me.
Hiya I'm a gal from England currently on exchange for a year studying at Monash university. I've been here for one semester where I stayed at halls but am looking to move into the city to be closer to shops and bars. I'm really sociable and love going out for drinks and meals but my days will mostly be spent at uni and studying. I'm clean and am more then happy to share cleaning responsibilities around the place :)
Both of us work full time and are very clean. Like chilling through the week, having a drink on the weekends, going to festivals, making amazing food and listening to good music. Also very outgoing so would need to live with someone on the same wavelength as us.
I am clean, tidy, quiet, minimalist and extremely respectful as a housemate. I am rarely home due to my busy schedule, and when I am home I enjoy the perfect balance between quiet personal time and social interaction within the household. The Bedroom is generously sized with great natural light. The room currently has a small IKEA wardrobe and I can provide a queen size bed as I'll be buying a new one very soon. So you may only need to buy some smaller firtniture - side table, lamp etc. About me Antonia - I am 31, born in England and moved to Melbourne with my family at the age of 10. I am currently working Part Time at a Skin Clinic in Richmond and I also operate a small Spray Tanning business which is mobile or I do also sometimes do them from home when needed. I live a pretty active and social lifestyle and tend to be out a few nights a week and most weekends. When I am home, I enjoy cooking with some music on and having a glass of wine, or chilling out watching a movie on the couch. My ideal tenant: 25+ who is friendly and outgoing, who too lives an active lifestyle and not a home-body. Someone that naturally is used to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in their home. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and expect the same level of care and respect from my flatmate. I'd ideally like to live with someone that is also happy to have a chat and a glass of wine, developing a level of friendship with one another. I think it makes for a much more enjoyable living experience when you genuinely get along. I am a chatty easy going person who still likes my privacy and will respect my Flatmates just the same. I must add I am not wanting to live with a couple so I'd rather someone single move in, or someone that won't be having their partner over a lot of the time as that is not the dynamic I'm after. You must be cat friendly, I have a cat Emmabelle who does mainly keep to herself, however it would be nice to live with someone that understands cats and their bizarre ways :) and who has either grown up with one in their household or is very comfortable with them, as it is important for me that she too feels at home. There is no parking, however there is usually parking on the street with no restrictions. Rent is $250 per week (not including bills. Free unlimited WIFI, and Netflix!!!) 1 Month rent paid up front +$500 Bond required prior to or on day of moving in. Minimum 2 month commitment required. Room available from 5th March If you're interested please send me a message with a little about yourself and we can hopefully arrange a time for you to view the apartment and have a chat over coffee or a glass of wine :)
I work full-time as a software engineer and am just looking for a place and a room to call my own. Short term or longer term is fine. I don't do loud parties, I keep to myself mostly and am always considerate of others around me. Being close to public transport is a must!
Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a recent graduate and work full time in HR. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the city for an easy commute to work. I'm an outgoing person who loves a laugh and some quality chats. I would ideally like to live in a social household that are down for watching terrible TV shows and sharing a meal/having a drink together. My inner introvert does cause me to need a bit of chill time to myself though! Overall I'm easy going and friendly. I'd prefer to live in a mixed-gender household and do have a pet cockatiel who I would love to bring with me (if at all possible). He's a small bird, so not too noisy and he would be housed in my room. I would be happy to live with people with a doggo, however cats are out of the question because that's a tad risky with the bird. Despite the bird I'm pretty normal, aside from my slightly weird sense of humour. So feel free to contact me if you think I sound like a somewhat decent potential housemate. I'm open to existing share houses or starting a new one :)

We're 2 Vietnamese overseas uni students (23 doing a Master Degree at Monash University in Clayton & 18 doing an Associate Degree at RMIT in the city) and we're looking for a place to stay in Melbourne during our uni years! 2 private bedrooms preferred and our budget is $400-$450/ week (shared). It would be nice if we can rent the unit for our own or share it with a 3rd person if it is a 3 bedroom unit/ house. Because we do have income from our parents as well as part-time jobs, we will definitely be up to date with our payments. We are both non-smokers and we would not mind to have a drink at the end of the day but neither of us are party goers. We would also like to keep our place clean and tidy. Our planned move-in date is after February 20th so please message us as soon as possible if you think we are suitable to live with :) Thank you !
I am currently a Manager for cotton on relocating to Melbourne. I am a very laid back guy, easy to get along with and very respectable. I am a bit of a clean freak so cleaning up after myself wont be an issue! I will be working 4 days one week and 6 days the following week in a fortnight, so I wont be around all the time. I am very into my health and fitness and love to have a bit of fun on the weekend! I am a very easy person to get along with, but also know how to and respect personal space :)
Hi! I'm looking for a house in St Kilda to share with one other person. I come with a fair bit of furniture so if that's where you're lacking then I can help you out. I tend to keep to myself during the week but don't mind a cheeky drink or a few over the weekend along with a bit of a boogie. I work full time while attempting to study at home. I enjoy riding my bike whenever I get the chance or hanging out at the park for a chat. I like to think I'm a pretty laid back housemate. Responsible, tidy, respectful and whatever else wins me a home. I'm looking for a place to stay 6months-1year.
I work part-time as a registered nurse. I'm looking for an unfurnished room for 12 months. A little bit about me ... I'm friendly, easy-going and sociable. I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. When I'm not studying or working I enjoy catching up with friends for dinner/drinks and being out and about, but I also like a bit of downtime at home. I'd love to find housemates with similar values and interests.
