Hi I am an Italian-Australian girl who is a full time student at Monash uni. I am also working part time as a nanny. I ve already lived in shared houses and flats and I loved it. I clean after myself and I keep to myself but I can't say no to a glass of wine. :) I am looking for teaming up with my boyfriend. He's a civil engineering student and works part time at coles. We are looking to move in ASAP. See ya!
Hi! I am a 22-year-old study abroad student looking for a place to live for the spring semester. I am originally from Finland but I have been living in the United States for the last four years. I am an easy going, former athlete who can either socialize or keep to myself. I love going out and having a good time as much as I like hanging out with friends, cooking and watching netflix. I am a big fan of sports as well. This will be my first time in Australia but I am excited to see what the Aussies have to offer!
I'm an easy going, fun loving person, always up for a chat but can appreciate everyone's time alone too. I'm clean and respect people's places. I'm a bartender at the Lucky Coq on chapel street so come in for a beer and a pizza when you're not at home. I'm from Melbourne and I'm looking to stay until at least November-December. I mostly play video games or am at the basketball courts in Prahran when I'm not at work. Would love to hear from you :) - Darcy
Im a rather quiet housemate as i work a lot and appreciate just relaxing when im home. I dont mind kicking back and watching tv and chatting but i do also enjoy my quiet time alone. I like going out to see friends occaisonally when i have the time. I rarely drink and its usually elsewhere. If i drink at home, its a couple quiet ones with dinner or a mate. I dont listen to loud music at home and prefer a housemate who does not either. Im a very open and direct person with (what i consider anyway) a great sense of humour and i love to joke around and have a bit of a laugh. I do also enjoy a good stimulating conversation/debate and value other peoples opinions as much as my own. Im a very calm person in nature and i am respectful of other peoples space and requests and i hope to find someone who is the same. I do like to cook bulk meals and freeze them at the start of the week and a few times a week eat dinner at home. I clean up after myself and wish to meet a flatmate who actually is clean. (Ive had a bit of a bad run) Looking forward to meeting any prospective housemates and hopefully some new friends 😀
NO SMOKERS I'm looking for a flatmate to share a small, nice and very tidy apartment. The room is very spacious, with big wardrobe, bed, table and chair. The apartment have 2 big bedrooms, a small corridor at the entrance, one toilet and one kitchen. So, don't expect a living room. The price is more than suitable for this unit (considering the area and the prices for a single room in Balaclava). Just 300 m from Balaclava station and Carlisle street. Unlimited and fast internet connection. Apartment provided with all appliances. I am very friendly, tidy and neat guy, and the person who takes the room has to be the same! Just send me a message or email for an inspection and we can have a chat, please don't call as I might be busy and I might not be able to answer you, if necessary I will call you. Cheers, Erind
Hey guys, Looking for a place for me and my fat, cuddly cat called Trips. I'll be moving to Melbourne from Brisbane around mid-July to start my Masters of International Sustainable Tourism Management at Monash (Caulfield campus) so move-in date would be anytime between 10th and 20th of July. I'm super laid back and sociable, but can also really enjoy some personal time. I'm an Indonesian-Australian who grew up in France/Switzerland and love meeting people from all over. Looking for housemates that enjoy sharing a meal, a beer or a glass of wine (or three) from time to time and who can spark up interesting conversation! I'll be new to the area, so would definitely appreciate living with people that are easy to get along with and happy to show me around a bit. Bonus points if you're a fan of furry creatures and would be happy to give Trips a cuddle/feed if I'm home late from work or uni. My room is usually a beautiful mess but I like to keep/see common areas clean and cosy. Also looking for a room that's furnished with a bed and a wardrobe as I'll just be coming with a couple of suitcases. Send me a message if you think we'd get along! X

Hello Everyone, So a little about us; We're both tidy, we like our privacy and respect others privacy as well, and we also love a good chat with the housemates we do live with, we like to garden and grow our own food, Gavin likes to do things around the house which makes him a good handy man anywhere, we're both easy to get along with. I volunteer with animals at the RSPCA in Burwood East, and soon to be volunteering once a week with the Salvation Army in helping the homeless through night watch. We're both a bit quirky and love creating things, I paint and draw, and gavin creates things out of anything he gets his hands on. gavin is studying horticulture and works in gardening on his extra days. We do eat more towards a vegan diet, (we don't mind if you don't). We are looking for a nice homey feel, a place we can look forward to coming home to from work that has some cool housemates, a clean house and a loving supportive environment. We would love to have people that are like minded in some ways living with us and looking toward the future with a positive outlook. A house with a good front or backyard (grassy) for Gavins gardening and a big bedroom is what we seek.

Hi all, I'm looking for a new home! I'm 27, fun, happy, super relaxed and easy to get along with! Pretty balanced, outgoing, not full on and happy to get involved with whatever is happening at a house socially. I'm usually a bit of a sloth after work, but happy to go with the roomates for the occasional school night excursion to do something fun if someone suggests something. Would love to be a part of a social place that is happy to do some drinks and muck around together / venture over the weekend or after work on a Friday. I guess i'm pretty normal and like most of the normal things that people do. - Ps4 - Watching tv & documentaries - reality tv is shite - Sport - AFL, EPL - Going to a gig in the northern suburbs - Drinks on weeekend and 420 happy if others are, usually dabble only once or twice a month myself though. I'm a clean person that will always clean up after myself straight away - "not an i'll do the dishes tomorrow guy" and put in my fair share into the house work when something needs doing without being asked. I've worked full time in recruitment on St Kilda road for the last 4 years and currently do mon-fri 8:30am - 5:30pm. Happy to answer any other questions you guys have!
Single room for rent in a large three bed apartment in the heart of Balaclava. We are looking to rent out a single room for one person. The room itself is carpeted and small enough (cosy), however we have lowered the rent and provide storage space for clothes etc. right beside the room. The room is big enough to fit a double bed with a desk. The apartment itself is large and spacious with high ceilings. Recently renovated. Dark wood floorboards throughout. A large fully kitted out kitchen and sitting room. We have all mod cons, unlimited internet, dishwasher, washing machine, parking to the rear of the building. A private front porch with bbq and seating for six. We also have a backyard for storing bikes and other things. We are very close to Balaclava train station, only a four minute walk. There are many bakeries, gyms and cafes near by. So anything you may need is right on your doorstep.
