Hi, I'm a 28 Years old Mexican international student currently looking for a single room. I work in Kew as a Cleaner Supervisor (I'm certain you wont have any cleaning problems with me) Monday - Friday and go to school 3 days a week to the CBD, for that reason I'd like a room in a place mostly with easy access to the CBD. I normally have a busy schedule some days a week between work and study, but I may have off my weekends to either chill at home or hang out with friends, I have a TV and a PS4 I am happy to share, as well as a car to do maybe a road trip, go to the beach, or even grocery shopping. and advantage point with me is that as being Mexican, I'll be able and happy to cook plenty of traditional dishes from my country, way better than the ones we can get at any restaurant here. Also due to my occupation, I have a great vacuum machine and I wont mind doing some thorough vacuuming of the house once in a while (I have some experience doing house cleaning, although I consider is important to share all activities, I know how to do them efficiently and fast. We will never have to hire any cleaning services). I hope to hear from you guys soon, and I wish also to meet my future housemates.

Hi, I'm Julie, coming to Melbourne from France in order to study Mechanical Engineering at Swinburne as an exchange student, and I would like to find somewhere to call home :) I will be studying at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus so I'm looking for a room near Lilydale or Alamein railway line, or tram line 16,70 or 75, or bus route 624 or even better within walking distance from the campus ! I'm 19 going 20 and I would like to find flatmates about the same age (let's say preferably from 18 to 25 but I'm not very rigid about it). I'm quiet but social and I would like to share time with my flatmates (share meals, enjoy movies, have a cup of tea ... :P) I'm considerate of people's privacy and I clean up after myself. I like to study in common spaces (living room, kitchen ...) so I can see people passing by while studying :P. I do not need a lot of personal space : a small room would do it for me. I do not smoke nor drink. Cheers !
I am 29 kiwi, who has been living in Melbourne for nearly 5 years. I am tidy and friendly and looking for a new home. I lead a pretty quiet life during the week, but happy to have a chat and a wine/dinner with housemates. On the weekend I keep busy - catching up with friends, trying new restaurants and chilling out. I love pets, so if you have one that is a bonus. I am a low maintenance housemate with a clean rental history.
We are a couple from Sweden looking for a furnished room. Anna is already in Melbourne and Axel arrives 9th of Feb and we have to move out of Annas current room around 18th of Feb. Anna works as a waitress almost full time and enjoys wine, coffee, movies and hanging in the park. Axel works as a sound technician in a conference hall back in Sweden with hobbies as music, computer games and loves cats. We would prefer to live with easy access to the city but also to the beach or to a nice park, so somewhere between South Yarra, St Kilda and Elsternwick would be great. If you got a room in that area that are furnished, in a house share with good wibe we love to hear from you! You will be texting Anna and she's the one seeing the rooms for now :) We plan to stay in Melbourne until end of May. Cheers! :)
Hello potential roommate! I'm Kyran and I'm looking for a new place to live! You happen to know somewhere?! What a coincidence - let's talk! About me: lived in Geelong to study for the past three years. I finished my degree, now I'm looking for a place back 'home'. Though I loathe the term I am best defined as an entrepreneur. I'm starting a retail power company in the next few months. Other than that I fancy myself a bit of a chef. I'm into eating and living healthy. I practise martial arts, meditate and read. In other words, I might be the most intense calm person you might meet? Comes house trained - I enjoy living in a clean house. That translates to things like; washing dishes nightly, packing up after finishing and general organisation. Other than that I've run a share house for the past 3 years. I live pretty minimalist. I don't need much, though I do use a fair bit of freezer space? I've got a few goodies that I would be bringing, all of which I'm happy to be communal. Most of them kitchen gadgets and fitness contraptions. My ideal house mates are future friends. That tends to be people who are ambitious, enjoy a healthy lifestyle and love a deep conversation.
My name is Hayley, I'm 26 years old, and work full time in child health research in Parkville. I'm very clean and friendly and I like living in positive, peaceful homes. In my spare time, I enjoy eating out with friends, going to the gym, and photography. I like keeping things quiet during the 9-5 working week. My weekends are spent doing relaxing activities such as yoga, socialising, or going on day trips. I'm looking for a private ensuite room with a car space for around $200-250 in the inner east/south-east.
Hey there, My name’s Anthony (or as my friends and colleagues have adopted me, "Tony"). I'm a 26 year old Software Engineer and I’ve been living by myself for the last six months but I’m kinda looking to get back into a somewhat social sharehouse that does things (but isn’t too extreme) In my spare time I usually drink coffee/beer and go to gigs, although I’ve just bought a dremel and am wanting to try to get into DIY stuff and probably a bit more into music (i’m a terrible musician). I also try and listen to podcasts and read a bit and just got back from a month in Europe/Russia/Mongolia/China. And I can cook reasonably well too. As an added bonus, I have a half-decent record collection/player and a whole heap of stuff/furnished apartment. I’m planning on culling/selling a fair bit of it but am open to bringing some stuff if necessary.
Hi, I'm a 28 years old Mexican international student looking for a room on the eastern suburbs. I work in kew as a cleaner supervisor (I'm sure you won't have a cleaning problem with me) and study IT at the CBD 3 days a week. Currently I have contract at my current apartment until the end of January, but I wouldn't have a problem on moving in before that time. I will have a busy schedule a few days but I'm normally free during the weekends and couple of weekdays to hang out, stay at home or do small road trips. I also have a PS4 to share and a TV. Other than that, I'm crazy about soccer and I dislike the Mexican food we all can buy at common restaurants, but I'll be happy to cook some original recipes for you. I almost don't drink at all and I'm don't smoke nor use drugs. I hope to hear from you guys soon and meet my new flatmates.
I'm a hard working 23 year old male. I keep to myself most of the time and don't mind a few drinks on the weekend! I'm a manager at the ONLY 24/7 Bottle Shop in Australia on Chapel Street. I love to hang out with mates when ever I've got a day off and I'm also a DJ, playing in some of Melbourne's most iconic Nightclubs in the CBD.
Hi there! I'm Tessa, Finnish girl currently in Melbourne on a wh visa. - looking for a room from 15th of February (flexible). - I work full-time so won't be around much during the week. - really easy-going, tidy and trustworthy. Keen to live with people who are easy going and enjoy a bit of banter. Contact me if you have something available, or would like to know more about me. :)
Conscious housemate that is neat and clean. Vegetarian and healthy living lifestyle. Understand the responsibilities of house share and respect for space and privacy. Sharing of responsibilities around the house is well understood. I love travelling and exploring new places, most weekends am out in nature discovering places. Hence, lots of stories for stimulative chats. Fully employed professional with a very busy work schedule, hence sometimes I spend long hours in the office during busy periods. Currently living in Caulfield in a house all to myself, looking for a cost effective alternative. I have a lovely cat that is perfectly house trained and very friendly.
Hi my name is Annabel. I am coming back to Melbourne from Sydney in late feb and will be looking for a room to rent. I am 25 and consider myself fairly easy going and get alone well with most people. Ideally somewhere with easy access to a train.
Hey All! I'm a chilled 24 year old student that also works 2 part time jobs. I have lived out of home from 17 so I know very well how to clean up after myself and take the rubbish out and all that 😄 I am mostly looking for people to team up with to look for a house (probably 2-3 others) in the areas stated above but not excluded to. Looking for some cool cats that are also chilled and don't mind if I bring some friends around occasionally. Honestly I do like to party and will stumble in the door from revs at midday. As long as you don't judge me all good. Even better if you're with me 😆 NOTE: ONLY LOOKING FOR HOUSES WITH YARDS, NO UNITS (cause I'm over them and need an entertaining area) What I offer: 1: All the free out of date alcohol your heart desires (one of my jobs is at a bottle store) 2. A fridge constantly stocked with healthy treats (I love to make these) 3. Banter for days 4. A rad group of friends im sure you'd love 5. so much love for any of your pets if you have any (im an animal lover) Looking forward to hearing of anyone that thinks we will get along :)
Hello good peeps, I am a laid back accounting/business management professional of 31years. I am local to the SE suburbs and am looking for somewhere to replace my previous awesome abode in Caulfield North. I work 9-5, like things relatively tidy and am happy to work into a whatever chores schedule is the go. Interests include economics/politics/business (boring eyy?) and also keeping fit, coffee, getting out for a few drinks on the we and a couple crappy TV shows. All up, I am looking for somewhere easy going and friendly where I can basically mostly do my thing but also have some social atmosphere at home. Cheers big ears

Beautiful home. Polished wooden floorboards, carpeted bedrooms. Ducted air con/heating. Nice and light. Good sized room and bathroom. Very modern, pretty well styled if I do say so myself, mattress, bed base, coat hangers, towels and bedding provided. My room and bathroom are at the opposite end of apartment so noise is pretty good. Apartment complex is small, only four in total and mine is the top front! I'm 23, work full-time, play a lot of sport, watch a lot of sport, am friendly, happy, easy-going, CLEAN normal (I think) person. 200m from Carlisle St, 50m from Chapel Street. One way street so traffic is quiet.
Hi My name is Maria from Spain. I'm living in Melns for over 2 years with student visa. I'm a very easygoing and friendly person, like music, dance, reading and cooking. I'm working in a pop up shop and as waitress in a restaurant. I use to be out home. I'm looking for a place to move not to late in end of February, don't mind if it is earlier of February.
I'm very clean, trustworthy and respectful. I'm an ex-corporate world worker now working on opening my own business, working part time in hospitality and studying nutrition (I have a Bachelors and Masters, this time doing a Diploma). I'm very health conscious, love nature and connecting with like minded individuals. I'm no longer a party animal, but enjoy the occasional red!
Hey, Im Keeks! I'm 26 years old and work Full Time as a recruiting manager off Saint Kilda road. I work monday through friday and am looking for a weekend job as well. I love to socialize and meet new people, but also love to have easy nights, winding down with a movie and alone time. A good combination of both. Im very open and honest and love to give people a chance! I would be a good flatmate because I am very clean, respectable and have a very good balance of of being social and wanting my own time. I will respect your space and hope for respect back. Not looking for Flatmates and walking on egg shells, but would love to make our home a little family, with respect of separate lives. Great combination of both! I am a backpacker so i don't come with anything except my bag. I will need a fully furnished room and don't eat very much so I would do my own groceries and keep groceries separate. Would love to learn to cook all kinds of food with someone I live with, eventually!
I am 26 years old, originally from Adelaide, but I was living in Melbourne for several years, up until the start of 2016, at which point I spent 10 months travelling around South East Asia and India. I am currently back living in Adelaide, but moving to Melbourne once again, to commence professional, full-time work in my field of product design. I enjoy music; listening to it as well as playing a range of instruments (mostly guitar – but don’t worry, I am very considerate of noise levels in a share house!) and I regularly go out to see live bands. My other passion (and profession) is design and I often attend the many design/art related events, openings and exhibitions that Melbourne constantly has to offer. Other than that, I love all things food and coffee related and will usually jump at any chance to try out a new café or restaurant (or bar! although in that case, “food and coffee” will be substituted for “beer and/or wine”). I’m quite partial to getting out in that rare and elusive bit of Melbourne sun, for a walk or bike ride on the weekends and when I’m at home, I enjoy a good movie, documentary or Netflix/tv show binge. As a housemate, I am very easy to live with. I will be working full-time hours, so I will generally only be home in the evenings and weekends, I am neat and tidy, sociable but also considerate of other peoples’ space and belongings (you won’t even have to label your food in the fridge!), happy to do my bit when it comes to housekeeping and always pay rent and any bills on time. I have an extensive history of living in share houses, both in Adelaide and Melbourne and I can provide references from a previous private rental agency or past housemate/landlord if required. If you think I could be your future housemate, I would ideally be looking for a move-in date around the 25th of January (I begin work on the 30th January), although I can be flexible if it’s a matter of a few days either way. Unfortunately, as I am currently in Adelaide, it is unlikely that we will be able to meet in person before I get to Melbourne (and hopefully by then I have secured a place to live – fingers crossed!), however, I am more than happy to have a chat on the phone or even arrange a Skype call if you would like to talk in a somewhat face-to-face manner. Hit me up! Tom
My place is close to Carlisle St (2 mins), Balaclava Station (3 mins), St Kilda Beach (6 min Tram). It's a spacious first floor apartment, safe & secure with access to living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Wi-Fi, air conditioners in every room, washing machine & super-markets, dozens of cafes and Major Transportation are all minutes away! Everything you need in a prime, central location! I am a 23 year old living in Melbourne. My sexy girlfriend and I are looking for some relaxed, easy-going individuals to live in our apartment with us. We're both full time work focused but also love entertaining, heading out and staying healthy. We're looking for someone who's fun, open minded, cheeky and doesn't take themselves too seriously. Someone who lives a healthy lifestyle, can clean up after themselves but also likes to kick back, have a wine and enjoy themselves.
I'm working at a cafe as a cook for 5-6 days a week. Looking for a room for my own somewhere near balaclava as I work just near the station, and also love this area :) I am a very easy-going 29yrs old Japanese female, who love beer and meet new people. As I work full time from morning til evening, most of time when I'm at home I'll be just relaxing , watching movies or reading quietly . Although I like drinking and hanging out, I do not describe myself as a party person, so hopefully I'd like to share a house with someone who has similar perspective and sense. I'm also reliable and clean (at least I keep clean for common space while I'm not too crazy about cleaning my own space) and I respect others.
Hello, my name is Heidi, i'm 25 and I work full time in Logistics/Supply Chain management. I graduated university at the end of 2015 and would like to move into a sharehouse in the next few months. I am a neat and tidy person and will always clean up after myself. I spend a lot of time in Footscray where my partner lives (mainly on weekends) but will always enjoy hanging out, with a beer or a glass of wine :) In my spare time I enjoy crafts such as candle making, diy tie dye and making home brewed beer. If you think i would be a good fit for you and your home please feel free to contact me!
Super clean, very friendly. I like to cook and enjoy movies. Work full time -- Would most likely not be home so often haha. Looking for a house preferably in Prahran, Windor, St kilda east, Balaclava with more than 1 housemate.
Hey potential flatmate(s) :) Im looking for a furnished room asap! Im fairly new to Melbourne. Im easy going, always up for a laugh and sociable but also like some me time. Love a drink and night out at the weekend, beach days, music festivals, wkends away etc. I work full time so fairly quiet during the week, maybe the odd wine or 2 ; ) I like to go to the gym, so if there is one close or in the complex...bonus! Im looking for a clean fairly modern place with outdoor space (balcony or garden) Im clean and tidy, would be looking for people to share with that are similar. Would like a flatmate to have a laugh with and share a drink with now and again : ) Not interested in sharing a room. Would like my own private double bedroom.
