Hi, I'm Shawn, 36. I'm looking for someone to team up with on a rental, ideally a 2-bed in the inner south-east (Hawthorn, Malvern, Armadale and around), at about $350/week each.

I work full-time as a software engineer and I'm also doing business studies, so I'm busy but organised and reliable. Rent and bills are always paid on time.

Outside of work I'm all about adventure. I love exploring, travelling, road trips and weekends away, and I'm always up for trying something new. I'm big on fitness and a healthy lifestyle, so you'll often find me at the gym, out on a hike or cooking something decent at home.

I have a car and all the household basics, so setting up a place together would be easy.

At home I'm clean, tidy and look after the place. I'm easygoing and fun to be around, but I also respect people's space and downtime.
