My partner and I will be looking for a room to rent starting anywhere from the 25th-31st October (my current tenancy ends on the 31st). We both work part time, though my partner is the main breadwinner as he works 40-60h per fortnight (he works at the airport) whereas I am casual and my hours fluctuate week to week (I currently work at McDonald's and am seeking further employment.) We are respectful, tidy individuals and are able to provide references from previous tenancies. We have two female dogs, who are both super friendly and housetrained. They have no issues with other animals and get regular enough walks that they are content with a smaller yard and spend a lot of the time being cuddly and sleeping anyways.
