Easy going, creative, open minded, house proud, glass half full type guy. I’m financially secure (great personal/rental refs avaliable!! Looking for a great place to live, drama free with engaged personality/s, preferably with some good indoor outdoor area/s - leafy or water aspects would also be good. I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne, I love the outdoors and like to get out and about exploring. I’m a pretty independent fella that doesn't sit home night after night watching tv. I also love to cook, have a good laugh and a chat. I’m pretty easy to get on with and am respectful about each other’s space. I’m not looking for a heavy drinking party type house. I have some great bits and pieces of household furniture if required but otherwise looking for a unfurnished bedroom. I come with my 16 yr old Fox Terrier called Lucky. We are both Kiwis and have lived in Australia for years. Lucky is an awesome, loving and quite dog. I take her everywhere with me.

Hi! My name is Emily and I am looking for a place to call home. Originally from the Gold Coast and have been in Sydney for just over 5 years. I was living in Fairlight although due to work I moved to Dee Why. Now I am working as a Senior Property Manager on the North Shore and wanting to move back to the beautiful Manly (or someone close to) Close enough to travel easily to work and be surrounded by my friends and all the local eateries etc. I work full time Monday - Friday and some Saturdays, I am not home a lot and generally out doing things. Clean, Tidy, Friendly & not too Fussy! Look forward to meeting you!
This room is available to rent for 5 weeks from July 28th to August 31st. This is one bedroom of a 3-bedroom flat in balgowlah. The room has it's own east-facing balcony. We're 2kms from Manly beach, close to the bus stop to the city, shops and manly. The place is super open with tonnes of natural sunlight, plenty of fresh air, and in a quiet suburban street.
So excited to be making the move from London to Sydney in November! Initially on a holiday visa, i will be looking to make Sydney my new home and move into shared accommodation. Having worked in marketing for tech firms for a few years I am hoping to do the same there. Recently got into triathlons in the UK, so enjoy being outside whilst also very partial to a refreshing glass of wine or a G&T! Real easy to get on with and looking to live with friendly like minded people!

Hey there, I have relocated to Sydney from Melbourne for work and am looking for an unfurnished room in a sharehouse. I'm 42 (although a young 42!) I enjoy seeing live music gigs, the beach, hiking, tennis, painting, yoga, travelling and meditation. I've lived in many houseshares so I'm trained in cleaning up after myself, keeping communal areas tidy and paying rent on time etc. Would be great to socialise with housemates outside of the house from time to time, like sharing a meal down at the local pub. Saying that, I respect other people's need for privacy. Looking for a room with own bathroom if possible and parking (either off street or on street). Cheers :)
Very respectful, clean and friendly. Enjoy socialising but also like some down time or a night on the couch with wine and Netflix. Will always pay bills on time and keep communal spaces tidy. I have a 12 month old friendly Maltese x poodle named Charlie. So he will also join me. Would love to move into a place where someone already has a dog, company for them during the day :) I've just moved to Sydney from Melbourne, work full time and most weekends you'll find me out exploring this great city
