Im 20, new to the area. I am looking to rent a room in a clean tidy house. I work full time in Balgowlah as a receptionist. Looking to move closer to work as I’m making the commute from bondi everyday. Willing to pay up to $270 each week hopefully with most bills included. I am alway cleaning up after myself, happy to chip in with household chores, always pay rent on time. I consider myself sociable, very easy to get along with, as well as very respectful of people's space, property and schedules. If I'm not working I'm at the beach, playing volleyball or with friends scoping out cool bars and good times
Sociable, outgoing and laid back. Enjoy the outdoors, travelling and staying active. Have stability in my life as a full time working professional in sales and am currently studying an MBA. Always have time for a good conversation and a drink or two. Originally from a semi rural area of greater western Sydney not far from Penrith and am now looking at settling in the Northern beaches due to my new work role being based there.
Hi guys My name is Fabian, 25 years old and originally from Germany. I've been in Sydney for 5 months now, living with some friends at Manly Beach. Unfortunately we had to give up our apartment. I am an easy going person, laid-back and always in a good mood. Currently i am working in the city full-time. During the week i love to go out for dinner (cooking at home also an option), go to the gym or play soccer. On the weekends you can find me at the soccer court or at the beach having a drink and enjoying the sun. I'm really keen for the summer so i would prefer to be not too far from the beach :-) I will stay in Australia til April 100 % and hopefully longer. If i sound like a person you can flat with, shoot me a message and i will answer you asap :-) Cheers Fabian
Looking for someone to rent our room in a massive house on Sydney’s northern beaches between late November and March! Would be great for a couple or two friends, or even just a single person looking for a perfect room to rent over the summer. Perfect location in Balgowlah - right next to a shopping centre, buses every 20 minutes to the city and manly - or a 15 minute walk to the beach in manly! Roommates are awesome, will always find someone to chat and have a beer with if you want, or just chill out in the shady garden, the huge balcony or watch the massive tv in the lounge room. The room has aircon, so you’ll never be hot on the warm summer nights! Shared bathroom with only one other person. Price includes bills, message me to come check it out!
Hey there! I'm Jarryd. I'm a Health Science - Naturopathy (holistic medicine) student studying in Pyrmont, I currently reside in the south-west suburbs (Macarthur area) but am hoping to move to the Manly area in order to be closer to work and university. With the new year just around the corner, I feel that now would be the perfect time to make new living arrangements in order to reduce the stress caused by travel distance, to better my pay rate, and also to experience living in a new place fit to my character. I'm happy, outgoing, and peaceful, albeit a bit of a recluse... I mostly keep to myself in my free time but I'm always up for a good chat! I don't drink or use recreational drugs, I'm tidy and I love to cook! I will respect your desire for privacy always, I too like my privacy, in addition to that, I also like own space so I would rather not share a room. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
I'm easy going, love new experiences and exploring, and meeting people. I'm flexible with entertaining or having a Netflix and chill type of day. I'm from south Africa, with a an engineering profession background. Currently work for KPMG on Barangaroo Avenue. I do enjoy and advocate cleanliness ( hence the preferable bathroom request). I don't mind cooking up a meal for more than just me
I'm a great cook, avid candle collector (I will make the flat smell very nice) and I'm a very open, friendly personality always down for a chat over a beer and love hearing people's stories. I'm at the pointy end of my university degree and when I'm not at uni, I'm working full time in financial services. I'm not really a party person - my idea of a party is going to the beach, which I will be doing just about every weekend in summer! I love nature and the outdoors - I'll never miss an opportunity for a good hike and swim. I am tidy and have high standards of cleanliness - if you are the opposite, we will not get along. I will respect your space, but I also expect to be good friends with my flatmates. I think having a good laugh is an essential part of any healthy flatmate relationship. If you think you could tolerate living with me, please shoot me a message!
*Please read first to see if we're a good match before contacting me* Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I work 2 IT jobs: 1 full-time in Randwick and the other I work from home (very quiet). The 3 main things I need are: 1) Gay-friendly. No special treatment, just tolerance, acceptance and respect. 2) Cat-friendly. I need a home for 2 cats or this is negotiable to 1 if you already have a cat. Any dogs will need to get along. 3) Quiet, peaceful and has privacy. A quiet street with local traffic, not an arterial road - I check this on Google. No hearing people through walls, very quiet after 10pm and quiet neighbours are all essential. I like to socialise sometimes but also have some privacy and time to myself. So if you have lots of different people over often, it won't work with me. My main interests are fitness, video/board games, hiking, trivia, science-fiction. Also important: * The room needs to be at least queen bed size . * Quiet, respectful, considerate, sensible Australians/UK/Canadians aged in their 20's - 40's. * Must be non-smokers. * I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise (or at least want to) * Available long-term - at least 1 year - to avoid the hassle of moving again. * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. *Fast, unlimited internet My budget is including bills and internet. Ideally I want to live in the Shire, North Shore/beaches or Eastern suburbs but will consider other areas. I will live with dogs if they are quiet and well-behaved/don't jump me.
hey, my name is pietro I'm a really easygoing person, I work full time so I'm only home at night. I'm really chill, I don't use to party or listen loud music, use to sleep early to be ready to work next day!
Hi everyone I have just moved to Sydney with my girlfriend Monica, we are both really chilled and sociable and are always up for a plan or whatever, we are responsible and really clean and tidy so ideal flatmates!!! We are both into our sport and music etc and are working and studying in Sydney.
Hey there :) Nice to virtually meet you. I am looking to team up with one or two others to rent a full property out together somewhere in the northern beaches or north from the city. (A quiet street). Pref. three bed and paying around $250 max each. Before I go on any further I have a small and adorable cat. He is very friendly and will give you lots of cuddles, so liking cats is a must I'm afraid. I take full responsibility of him and if I go away for more then one night I can take him up to my mums. However it would be good to have somebody responsible enough to feed him now and again if Im away for just a night and to be ok with letting him in and out the house. I am hoping to find somebody and a place before the end of the year. It would be best if we can meet a fair bit first and actually become friends before we find a place, so that we can ensure we can live together for the next year or so. I am 25, I work full time and try to stay active and live a filling life style. I like making friends and doing fun activities, so it would be nice to have a house hold where we are all friends and can have a fun night in or a fun night out once in a while, instead of secluding ourselves from each other. I am looking for somebody of a similar maturity and mind set, who is clean, open minded and a generally decent person who is switched on. Feel free to give me a call or send me a message if you are also looking to rent a place with somebody in the same location :) Thanks Georgia XO
28 yr old pommie :) My current flatmate/best friend who I share an apartment with is moving to Melbourne in approx 3-4 week, so looking in advance for somewhere to live on a LT basis. Possible move in date would be mid November. I’m a registered nurse who works on the northern beaches, I don't work nights and i occasionally work 4 hours on a Saturday morning. It would be awesome to find people to flat share with who also like to go out and socialise together etc but also like their own space and time. Love going out at the weekend having a few drinks, going on adventures and going to festivals etc. also like binge watching a Netflix series and ordering Uber Eats! Very tidy and mindful of other people. I also have a car, so parking would have to be a must. If you need to know anything else, drop me a message :) Insta: jaydechrystine

I'm easy going and repectful. I love making new friends. I'm happy to socialise and hang out but also happy to keep to myself. I like keeping fit and healthy. I love baking and travelling.
Quiet fellow with a beautiful, well behaved dog. No fuss and easy to get on with. I'm kind, considerate, helpful and friendly. I'm interested in being relaxed in a neat and tidy environment.
Great quiet location. 1 min to the bus stop on Sydney rd, 30 mins bus ride to the city and 8 mins to Manly. 5 mins walk to the Stockland Shopping Centre. Short ride to many local beaches. It is the master bedroom of a great size, very private, fully furnished with built in wardrobe. 300 AUD (excl bills) for one person, 400 AUD (excl bills) for a couple.
Graduated last year with a Bachelor of Sound and Music Design but am now working full time as a landscaper. Love music and getting out of Sydney to go camping and to go to festivals. Always down for a chat after work in the arvos and I enjoy cooking here and there. Also enjoy some of my own space too and respect everyone else's own space as well. Have been living in Queenscliff since March 2018 and prior to that was in the inner west. Hoping to find a fun and social house!
Hi, I am full-time working auditor from the Philippines. I will be employed in a big 4 firm starting January, and will be looking a place to stay in indefinitely. I am cool to be with. I enjoy people's company but can also enjoy some alone time. I am generally tidy with my things. I also like to cook, so i would prefer fully working kitchens for in my prospective home.
I’m an easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy person who enjoys meeting new people but is respectful of other people’s space. I enjoy going out for food, drinks, etc with people. In my free time I enjoy walking and spending time outside. I’m here from the UK on a working holiday until March 2019 and I currently work part-time in retail at Warringah Mall. I’m seeking a place with good bus links up to Warringah Mall and back down to the city.
