I am a Graduate Nurse about to start work at the Ballarat Base Hospital in March. I am a friendly person, easy to get along with and I like to bake cakes! I am moving from Geelong and looking for shared accommodation with 2-3 other people, preferably within close proximity to the hospital.
Hi, I'm 18 and I am looking for a place to live while I study at ACU for a bachelor of Nursing and Paramedics. I love to cook, and I am a tidy person who cleans up after myself. I'm friendly, have a good sense of humour and am easy going.
Very tidy, polite and fun people! Both studying full time and looking for work, so will be out most days. Happy to accomodate whether that be spending time with other housemates or if they prefer to be more private, give space where necessary!
We are two females from Sweden who are looking for a double room or two single room in Ballarat. Linda is going to study at Federation University and Josefin will work in Ballarat. We are both very social and easygoing. Looking forward to hear from you!
I'm moving to Ballarat from the u.k for a teaching job. I'm tidy and responsible. I have lived in a house share previously and enjoy the company of others. I tend to spend my evenings quietly to recharge after a long day's work.
Hi! I work in customer service in Melbourne CBD . I value all the things great housemates should value, in particular cleanliness, tidiness, a positive outlook and tolerance. My main interests apart from things like coffee and travel and running and good food, are in the arts and humanities. I'm a person who likes to talk to and get to know my housemates - communication is important to me and I'm the least judgemental person on the planet. I'm moving with minimal things and am looking forward to the change!
Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent or to team up with people to move into a share house! I'm hoping to find people around my age to share with, I'm 23. Don't mind if it's females or males! I'm pretty easy to live. I work part time in the city & then I do full time studies. But I do like to have a good time on the weekend! I'm always busy seeing friends or being out the house! I'm looking to move out as soon as possible.
Hi, I am looking for 1 more housemate to move into my brand new home with myself and one other housemate. The house is fully furnished other than the bedrooms with a large kitchen, 2 separate living areas, heating and cooling and a large backyard. It is located in a nice and quiet court, 5 mins from the town centre and 10 mins from fed Uni, a bus stop is a 2 min walk.
I'm starting work at Ballarat hospital and will be working full time. I'm tidy and conscientious about contributing to my share of the housework. Non-smoker, no pets but I'm happy to live with any. Looking for a place close to work.
New home. Bedroom with built in wardrobe. Close to a lovely park and CBD. 25 minute walk to Ballarat Railway station. Shared living and meals area. Shared bathroom. Backyard with elevated grass area. Ducted gas heating and cooling throughout house.
Close to the city centre. Very nice neighbourhood, secluded and big back yard. I do have a very large dog who sleeps inside but he is very friendly. You will sleep soundly knowing he will keep you're belongings are safe with him there. Bills are cheap considering the last power bill was 50 bucks.
Looking for a fully furnished home (with BIR) that is well insulated, close to the CBD and bus route, then try this? House has A/C, Gas heating, Off Peak EHWS, off street parking, solar PV array, Garden maintained by the owner. Looking for someone who requires a quiet, peaceful, smoke and pet free environment. Bond and references are required. You only need your bedding and be a person who is clean and quiet. Utility costs are dependent on usage. There is currently one female Uni student in residence. Will negotiate and consider a short term agreement.
Hi there, I'm a 3rd year nursing/para student at ACU. I like movies, musics and am easygoing, friendly. I currently work down in Geelong on the weekends and in Ballarat during the week. Would love the opportunity to meet with you! :)
A 3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, open plan living/kitchen space. $300 per week (total to be divided between tenants), only a two minute drive to bridge mall or a 15 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Coles supermarket. 2 bedrooms available for rent from January onwards. Close to public transport.
Yo yo. We haven't moved in yet, doing that as soon as we can. It's three bedroom, all have storage and a pretty sweet back yard. Also 5 minute walk from shops and 10 minute walk to the camp street fed uni campus.
Hi Huge apartment in Ballarat's cbd, in fact it would be hard to be more central! You really can walk outside to all that Ballarat has to offer! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double draw dishwasher and large washing machine. There's even linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. The apartment is so large that there is space for each tenant to have their own separate office at no extra charge! Nbn, gas and power bills are an extra $25 per week unless the bills are higher than budgeted.
I am moving from the Shepparton region to study a course in Business and expand my horizons in a new area. I am studying online so I have more flexibility with work and personal endeavors and it will be full time study with a placement involved. I dabble in various instruments and have an appreciation for music however I am not disruptive and respect others and their space! I do not drink alcohol and I am a non-smoker however I do not mind living in the same abode as someone that does smoke but I am not very tolerant of drunks and big hullaballoos. If you want to hold parties, get togethers or shindigs in the home occasionally that is a-okay. I am cooperative and groove well with other people and critters, I pay rent on time and am looking forward to doing something new after my gap year.
Being located on Black Hill means we have a beautiful view of Ballarat from our front deck! The house is a 15-20 walk from the CBD and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop, post office, Black Hill pub and milk bar. We have central heating which is super important for those cold Ballarat nights and we also have a split system in the lounge and ceiling fans in every room (in case it ever gets hot in Ballarat haha). We have a dog named Teddy so liking dogs is essential! He is a Maltese-Shitzu and he's very cute. Our house is fully furnished (aside from your room) including washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, and dishwasher. We also have a piano! Although we only have one bathroom the toilet is seperate, and sharing one between 3 people has never been an issue in the past. We are super easy going and would prefer to have a housemate who wants to spend time with us and enjoys the company of others as well as their own space so we can create a family-like feel in the house.
Quiet Easy going Good sense of humor Respectful Understanding Have a 12 yr old son I currently share a room with. Looking for same, he's gorgeous kind and considerate for his age. Keeps to himself very helpful. We like markets, garage sales, bike riding, camping, movies and having a laugh. I'm a light social smoker, but never smoke inside my own previous residencies, and would never do so in any future ones! I'm very respectful and tidy with that. We have a small older house trained very friendly Chihuahua, who also keeps to herself, is happy to be outside during most days, and sleeps in her bed in either my room or laundry/bathroom at night. She is quiet and no yapping at all lol. We are flexible with move date and only have a few small bits of furniture, no beds at this stage but can be arranged if needed. I'm very loyal and trustworthy, and able to pay rent by direct debit on a fortnightly basis. I like to keep things tidy for myself and naturally like to help others so tidying /cleaning in general is no problem for me. Happy to supply personal refs if required. Feel free to msg anytime :)

I'm very easy going, respectful and ultra reliable. I'm currently studying full time doing a Diploma in Community Services. I'm easy to live with and happy to give you previous housemates contact details. I'm currently staying in Creswick on family property as I've just recently relocated back to Victoria from up north. Now seeking out a house that has positive energy and happy people. I don't smoke or do drugs etc. I keep to myself a lot and pretty flat out with my course. In saying that I am fun to be around and love to cook and play music. Looking for anywhere from the Ballarat area to Daylesford. I'm open minded to other areas depending on the space. Gimme a holler! Thanks :)

Ben and I are two students at ACU studying Nursing and Paramedicine (2nd Year). We are looking for a 3rd person to rent with in the Ballarat area. Both of us have already spent time living together in our first year of Uni. We have clean and tidy habits and we are both very friendly. I work part-time and Ben is very involved in many extra-curricular activities with Uni. Ideally we would like to move out around late Jan to early Feb. We would love to hear from you to organise our accommodation.

We both work full time & are super friendly, happy, tidy & mature. I also have a pet cat, she is 8 years old & has lived in many places with me & never caused any harm at all! Shes very sweet :) We are happy to input with bills etc, pay a bond, anything that you would require & I promise you we will be good house mates. Please contact me if you'd be interested, or would like any further info. Hope to hear from you :)
Hi there! I will be a first year ACU nursing student this year and hoping to move to Ballarat from Geelong at the end of February! I'm easy going, friendly, tidy and a non-smoker. My favourite things to do is play piano, listen to music and of course Netflix 😊
I am starting my first year studying at ACU. I am from a coastal rural area about 3 hours from Ballarat. I am new to Ballarat but have lived in share house situations before. I like reading and horse riding (if you know anywhere where I can also agist :-) please let me know).
