Stephen, 24 years old. Recently moved to Victoria from New Zealand. Starting work end of February. Looking for a place around the 20th of February or later. I’m a pilot by trade, taking up a flight instructing job at Ballarat airport. Easy going personable. Equally comfortable keeping to myself or chatting with Flatmates Enjoy watching and playing sport. Like spending time at the beach or reading a book/watching a TV Series or film.
I'm a 25yo graduate engineer currently working in Melbourne. I'll be starting my permanent full-time role in Ballarat at the beginning of March, so I'm planning to relocate around that time. I'm tidy and organised. I like my own quiet time but I'm also laid back and easy going; I don't mind having a chat/drink/meal with flatmates from time to time.
Hi all, Not looking at moving til the 25th of March. Quiet person looking for a room to rent. Have lived in a few share houses before and have references as well if you need. I have lived on my own for two years now looking to move into a share house so I can save up some money for a deposit for my own home. I’ll most likely be working most of the time and when I’m home I like to relax or I go out to see mates and family. I am reliable, trustworthy and honest. I’m also open to going on a lease as well. Thanks 😊
This is a small house with 4 rooms in total- one is being used as a lounge, 2 bedrooms and a study. The kitchen is recently renovated with a dishwasher and I have a large fridge/freezer. The house is completely furnished so you dont have to worry about bringing anything apart from your bedroom furniture! Theres a patio outside and enough garden space if you have a green thumb.
Love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a short drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is 2 years old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The room available nice and bright and a great size, it has built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. Bond is $413. Bills are not included in rent. We have central heating and a split system air con in the open plan living area. We are two students, 29 and 27, I’ve just recently moved into the house and am new to the area, Brooke enjoys catching up with friends, playing volleyball and going for walks. I love getting out and about on the weekends even though at the moment this isn’t happening due to a crazy uni schedule! I love cooking and just getting to know new people. We are both friendly and enjoy a good chat with our housemates but are out and about being quite social also. We are a non-smoking household. We are looking for someone in their 20's or 30's who has lived in a sharehouse before, is social, friendly and tidy. If you are interested to come and check it out/meet us, please send me a text or give me a call. We look forward to meeting you soon
Hey! I’m a student at ACU as well as a casual worker in hospitality. I’m a very clean person who is very easy going and get along with pretty much anyone. I love to be productive and get stuff done and when I ever get a weekend off to go out and have some fun.
The house is conveniently located and is walking distance to local shops such as Coles and Hungry Jacks. It is also a 5 minute drive from the CBD and Bridge Mall. The area is very safe and is close to many schools. The house is spacious and airy, with windows overlooking greenery around the house. It has a massive living and dining space, well equipped with a TV, fridge and microwave. The bathroom is shared with a separate toilet. The bedroom is sizeable with a built in wardrobe and looks into greenery.
We're Bridget and Annie 2 pals from Melbourne currently studying nursing and physiotherapy at ACU, and need another housemate to fill a room!!!! We're both very easy going people, we enjoy walks around the Lake and watching Netflix ! We're also tidy and responsible! Looking for another student (preferably)
I’m a first year Federation University student studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Performance Practice (Music Theatre). I’ve lived in sharehouses around Melbourne for the last 2 years so I’m good at living with a variety of people. Clean, quiet, non smoker who prefers a quiet night in over a crazy night out on the town.
Its a share house, brick, 4 bedroom, 1 study, 2 living rooms, bathroom (master has en-suite) home. It has plenty of parking spaces, quiet location yet still close to Ballarat central. Close to unis, schools and public transport. Undercover area with large backyard. Aircon and central heating. I have 3 bedrooms to rent out as I am occupying the master. The bedrooms are empty for you to fill, and first in can choose which one they want. The communal areas of the house are furnished.
Hi there, I am looking for a place to stay from Monday - Thursday night, for about 6 months. I'll be doing my intern 6 months at the Ballarat base hospital in this period. I am friendly and easy going, happy to engage in conversations but I do like to have my downtime :)
I am starting an acting course in Ballarat next year, looking to move there from Bendigo. I like reading, old movies, and being around good people. I'm not fussy about my accommodation: I don't need furnishings or anything fancy. Just something inexpensive.
I’m a 17 year old student working part time at a restaurant, also studying at fed college 3-4 days a week, very friendly and responsible, like keeping to myself mostly but always down for a chat here and there. Looking for a nice quiet room where I can focus on my studies. Very reliable and will always pay bills on time
Hi, my name is Nyaliep. part-time worker and a full time student. I am a tidy person and respectful towards others. I am looking for a room for $100-150 a week anywhere in Ballarat. 3 months, 6 months or 12 months suitable for me.
My name is Justin, i recently moved to ballarat. Bit of a computer nerd, play games a fair bit when i'm not out searching for work or spending time with the girlfriend. Very into music, can be quiet and can be social. Just a bit anxious about a lot of social interaction.
Hello! My name is Vanessa. I'm a 26 year old professional who is looking for a room in a central location. I work as a Strategic Planner and I'm moving to Ballarat for work. I'd like to move into a household with housemates who are clean, responsible and respectful of each other.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move places, closer to the main street where I have my business. So I am looking to have someone move in onto the lease. Have been living here for just over 2 years now. Current lease is finished, so it's just month by month, or you can sign a new lease agreement. Large master bedroom with en-suite is available, bathroom is a double vanity with large mirror and spa bath. Walk in wardrobe with mirror too. Would suit a couple. Lenient with the bond, I would like to store some things in the garage until I find space to move them. Bond would be 4 weeks rent in cash ($520) and I will sign over the full bond under the new tenants name ($1400). There are a few small things that need to be fixed in the house, but no where near the amount held in bond, only signing across to save the hassle of completely cleaning the house and having other tenants (sub-letting with approval from real estate) move out. Utilities are under my name, so will assist in moving those across and paying what's due so far (1 month into new quarter). Looking to have someone move in asap, there is a spare room to use while we transition and move out of the main bedroom. Weekly rent is $350. With the two others paying $120 each (including bills) and I cover the rest. So you can either keep the same or we can work something else out.
Private north-facing bedroom at the back of a 3 bedroom house. Spacious and bright. Comfortably fits up to a queen size bed. Carpeted with double built in wardrobes and own bathroom next door. Central heating throughout. Big lovely undercover deck out the back. $150 rent per week includes bills. No internet included.
See link for more photos: https://www.realestate.com.au/property/unit-2-4-madelia-ct-mount-pleasant-vic-3350 A 4-minute drive to the CBD, we’re located in Mount Pleasant, a couple of streets from Sovereign Hill if you feel like going gold-panning every now and then. The suburb is quiet in nature and has lots of walking tracks around. There’s bushland behind the house. This modern house is a 4-bedroom but we only occupy 3 of them with a spare room as well. The kitchen and lounge rooms are open plan but fit more than the household comfortably with plenty of space to share between us. The laundry is attached to the back of the kitchen, and while we have a garage, half of that is used as a gym. We use the spare room communally as an office/storage and it contains a spare small-couch in it too. The backyard is relatively small, but there’s a nice deck, outdoor table and chairs and a hammock out the back where you can lounge in the sun when it’s warm enough
Hi The listing is a huge, funky apartment right in the centre of Ballarat's cbd, in fact, it would be hard to be more central! Imagine living above the row of shops opposite the Town Hall with the bus stop at the door and Ballarat's prime eating places alongside! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double drawer dishwasher, large washing machine, linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. Currently, there are four professionals living there and we're looking for one more. We'd prefer long term people who are clean, responsible and easy to get along with. It works because everyone is respectful and clean and because the apartment is so large. In fact, it is so large that there is space for most of us to have their own separate office at no extra charge! That's two rooms for the price of one! NBN is connected so the internet is super fast. You'll be 25 plus. Supermarkets, ACU university and both hospitals are within walking distance so there is no need for a car. The bus stops at the door to Fed Uni and everywhere else.

Hey I'm Elise I working at bunnings 30 hrs a week, I've lived in share houses so I know how it all works. I'm social, but also enjoy my own space, love to have housemates that would like to have a chat and enjoy the odd glass of wine together.

I’m clean/tidy, easy going, friendly and always up for a chat but of course respect your privacy and quiet/alone time and hope you would respect mine. Looking to move to Ballarat from North east Victoria. Working full time aswell as a possible new job still being full time. If that is to happen I’ll be staying part time and working 2 jobs. Easy going, clean, welcoming guy. Normally keep to myself, work orientated, and most days off I’ll be traveling to visit family and friends back in my home town.
I am pretty easy going, interested in other people and enjoy having my own space. I am a healthy fit person, an author and entrepreneur who believes the future is very bright and limitless. People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
I am a bubbly, friendly and talkative person that also respects boundaries! I am clean and tidy, I understand personal space with others and also appreciate my own, however I love to make friends and have a chat! I work casually as a waitress, get plenty of shifts and always have a reliable income! I have been paying rent to my grandparents that I live with for the last year and a half. I study online a Diploma of Community Services Course, and enjoy spending time outside with friends and family, but I also love the essential downtime indoors!
