I love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a four minute drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is only 18 months old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The spare room has a walk in robe and ensuite. Bond is $413. Bills are not included in rent. We have central heating and a split system air con in the open plan living area.
I'm a 19-year-old uni student, originally from Adelaide but moved to Vic to be closer to family. I currently live with my parents but am wanting to move out. I work part-time and study full time, so I'm organised and responsible. I am polite, clean, tidy, and very friendly and easy to get along with.
Quite unit, at the back of the property, unit number 3 of 3. Semi furnished Mattress, small entertainment unit (Entertainment not included) and desk & chair (Not pictured). Cupboard for hanging clothes adjacent to room and other storage limited is also available. Incredible views of neighbours carport and concrete driveway. Transport: Close to Bakery Hill (Ballarat Central) and public transportation, Eureka & Victoria St's. Driveway Parking possibly available with negotiation with neighbour(s). Your own furniture is fine, mattress can be removed.
Cruisey girl who has returned from 3 years living in the UK and is starting her bachelor degree in Acting at Fed Uni in 2018. Loves a balance between being out and about and serial bingeing a good netflix series. Big fan of animals and wine.
My house is a recently renovated miner's cottage in walking distance to Bakery Hill shops, Bridge Mall, Bus Stop and Train Station. Central heating will keep you cosy in the cooler months. In a quiet street just off Victoria Street and close to the Melbourne exit. Large room, lovely neighbours. Evening meals are negotiable for a bit extra on top of the rent.
Hello, My name is Alice. I've lived in Ballarat for 5 years now, originally I lived in Albury/Wodonga area where i grew up. I'd moved to Ballarat to study Welfare and have completed my bachelor around 2 years ago. I am currently working full time in welfare/social work locally in Ballarat and often i spend my weekends re-charging at home. I am quite easy to live with, I am a quiet person, and keep to myself quite a bit. I am out of the house majority of the week, and when i'm home i'm usually super tired and quiet! I am very respectful other other people. I won't be intrusive on your life or what you get up too, unless it effects me, then i may ask a few question's. I like to keep my space pretty clean and am more than happy to share responsibilities in the household (of course). I love nature and bush walking when i have the time, or a casual walk around the Lake otherwise. I love music and i'll always be listening to Spotify, guaranteed!! I enjoy having some drinks and banter occasionally too, so i'd be more than happy to socialize with mates that come over. I will be studying Bowen Therapy from April on-wards and will be spending one weekend each month away in Melbourne. It's a soft tissue therapy (helps heaps with pain), and I will always need people to practice on. You can be a trial body, if you're lucky! I am single, and i do not own any pet's. I wish to bring my own bed and furniture for my room. I have a few other household item's that i will need to bring but can negotiate depending on the space available. Perhaps some storage space for some arm chairs if possible. I currently live with my best friend and another friend. We're all moving direction this year due to new job's and changing of situation's. I am looking for somewhere to live for a year or so, and i am planning to build or buy my own house in the next few years. I am not completely certain on a move out date of my current location, so i'm looking for somewhere that might be able to have flexibility on this. If you have any other questions please just ask me! :)
I'm a professor in the USA looking for accommodation near ACU Ballarat campus, where I'll be on fellowship from March until August. I'm seeking a furnished room where I can (hopefully) walk to work and the grocery. I am well-traveled, active, love to cook, and love to eat out. I enjoy visiting the parks, museums, and snorkeling. I'm also neat, organized, and will have no trouble paying bills on time.

I am a traveller turned whisky bartender turned Bikram/Yin yoga teacher and have recently found the guts/inspiration to persue my dearest passion- performance. I’ve been accepted study a Bachelor of Music Theatre at Fed Uni in 2018, and if all runs smoothly, would love to live in the same lovely home for the duration of my course- 3 years. I’m looking for a home close to the Camp Street campus- within riding/walking distance would be ideal. I will be commuting to Melbourne regularly to visit family and my partner, who may also come to stay for one or two nights a week and is happy to contribute where necessary. I am peaceful, clean, considerate, low maintenance. I love to cook and chat over a glass of wine and share a communal space but will also give you yours and take my own when I need it. I am hoping to make the move mid-late Feb. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I have lived alone for roughly 4 years in small units so I have all my own furniture and I'm used to looking after a house. I've never lived in a sharehouse but my contract with my rental is about to expire and for financial reasons I would much rather share costs with someone. I think I could budget roughly $200pw on rent plus bills at this stage. I will be starting a full time diploma at the camp street campus of fed uni mid February so I will be spending a fair amount of time at uni and studying. I need privacy at times and respect others privacy but I also enjoy chilling out with people who I can relate to and get along with. I sometimes enjoy a glass of red while watching Netflix. I can be outgoing at times but I can also occasionally be withdrawn. I come with a 6month old kitten I adopted named Iris, and plenty of pop culture merch and DVDS. I love playing video games and board games and spending quality time with the people in my life. :) I am quite creative and love spending time alone and with others immersing myself in creative endeavours I currently live in ballarat east, but wouldn't mind being closer to the campus I'll be attending since I don't own a car (although I do have my full licence)
Seeking a housemate (no couples please) to join a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly created sharehouse with one other female in Dunn Street, Golden Point. Available now. PHOTOS COMING SOON The room is a good size at 2.8 x 3.1m and has a spacious double wardrobe. Currently furnished with a queen size bed, which can be removed if desired. All other bedroom furniture would need to be provided. Most importantly, you will have YOUR OWN bathroom and separate toilet, only to be shared with occassional guests. The house is completely furnished with couch, TV, dining table, fridge, dish washer, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. so just bring yourself! There is lots of additional storage available in the bathroom/linen/laundry closets and garage and plenty of room to make the place your own too. The house has ducted heating throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living/dining area. It stays surprisingly cool despite not having aircon thanks to blockout blinds. There is no off-street parking available but plenty on-street. The unit is the 4th of a 4-unit subdivision in a quiet area, with very friendly neighbours who bring the bins in when I'm at work :) Asking for a 40% rather than 50% share of the rent ($140pw) as I have the master bedroom and lock-up garage car space. Bills are not included but would come to about $40-$50pw including unlimited wifi. The lease is up for renewal in March, so I'd be happy to keep things informal until then to make sure we're a perfect housemate match. After that you'd be expected to join the lease and pay 50% of the bond ($606.50).
I'm originally from Melbourne but moved to Ballarat 18 months ago and I'm seeking a new place to live. I like to keep to myself but at the same time enjoy some company with others. I am easy to get along with and am a friendly person. I enjoy watching TV shows, mainly Game of Thrones, and movies, as well as listen to music. I'm not a person who parties very often so I keep quiet and don't make a lot of noise. I also keep the house clean, except for my room which I consider and organised mess. I am in my second year of University studying a Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education. Feel free to contact me if I sound like someone you'd like to live with :)
Graphic design freelancer / work casually out of town a few days a week. Very quiet and will keep to myself most of the time as I am into gaming, but down for some pizza and movie nights if that's your thing! I own a cat, so I'm pet friendly but he doesn't have to leave his current residence if a problem. Looking for a couple of lovelies to share with either in an established house or quite happy to team up.
I’m outgoing and I enjoy having nights out but i’m also more than happy to stay at home and sip on a cuppa while binge watching a Netflix tv show. Newly single after 8 years - therefore quite domesticated lol. I’m a pretty good cook and I enjoy cooking for everyone. I like to go for hikes and I like to travel. I’m a clean and tidy person but not a neat freak. I currently work 3 jobs and I am a brunch enthusiast!
