2 friends looking for 2 rooms to rent. were mature, organised, fun & friendly. Please let us know if you have anything available. Can move asap
I love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a four minute drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. The unit is only 18 months old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The bathroom is also pretty nice.
Brand new unit in a central location. Close to train station. Located opposite a beautiful reserve on a quiet street. The property offers all year round central heating through the house. Air conditioning through the living and dining areas. Stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwasher. Flexible with room furnishing. Can furnish with queen bed and bedside table OR bring your own. Good outdoor laundry lines. Low maintenance backyard with lovely rose bushes. Can start potted herb and vegetable garden if you wish. Awaiting NBM cables installation. There will be fast internet/Netflix available soon with an additional $15 per week. Place kept neat and tidy in respect of each other.
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm looking for a room around Ballarat from approximately the 12th August (or 26th). I'm open to living either near the CBD so i can walk to work, or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I currently live with 3 females and have lived with a mix of guys and gals before. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four walls. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! Ideally, I'm hopeful of living with 1-2 people, young professionals around my age (flexible with that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Now that you've made it this far, I'd love to know more about YOU and what you're looking for in a place or housemate! Thanks :)
Beautifully Renovate double fronted heritage home in walking distance to town and train station. Great views located by the creek if you like walking, running or cycling. Quiet street. Seperate lounge areas. Suit another active and respectful professional or diligent student.
Great cosy little place in Ballarat. 5-10 min walk to center of town, bus stop right out front of property. Property has three AC units (living room, master bedroom, upstairs living room), unlimited cable internet (included in rent price), and small backyard with garden. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and spacious kitchen make life easy. My current housemate will be moving out in October, so currently there is one room available with a 2nd freeing up when he leaves. The rooms are quite small, but there is extra storage space in a large closet upstairs. Rooms have cupboards with shelves in them also. Further to this, there is space downstairs for a couple of desks and a small living area upstairs.
This property is a 20 minute walk from town, and less than a 5 minute drive. It is surrounded by great walking tracks! It is an older house that has been renovated, so is modern inside. It is a small homey house, with great natural sunlight, on a quiet street. The house is already set up with all the furniture you need! Unlimited internet is available for $20 a month! Pets are negotiable, depending on what sort.

Hi! my names Marie and I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I like to keep pretty active and attempt to eat healthily. I do enjoy the occasional boogie and drinks sesh I am clean, tidy and respectful of others. I'm currently working in Ballarat and looking to move into a house with friendly people :)
I'm moving from Melbourne to Ballarat as I got a job at Ballarat Hospital. I'm looking for a friendly house with hopefully someone who's happy to show me around! I will be doing shift work - either early mornings or late evenings. I love animals so pets in the house is a plus! I'm happy to move into a place or get somewhere with someone else. I would just like my own bedroom and if possible my own bathroom! I'm super easy going and friendly :)
Hi, I am an easy going person who likes to socialise but also likes to have some down time. I am moving to work at ACU for 5 months in September. I am a neat person and loves cooking. I work 4 days a week and will most likely go back to Melbourne on weekends.
My names Cristian, I've recently completed a double degree in engineering and finance at Swinburne University and have moved to Ballarat to start my professional career. I moved out of my parents house two years ago and have been living in RIchmond for that time. I'm very neat and I'm also very laid back and tend to go with the flow of the house I live in. I always carry my fair share of house work and love to have a socialise over a beer.
Neat, tidy, organised, mature, self-sufficient. Have a house in Horsham, but need a place to live in Ballarat whilst at work (Federation Uni). Would prefer a granny flat as when I finish work, I tend to want to settle in, and just chill. I prefer not to socialise after work, or have any company (sounds pretty anti-social, I know, but work can be exhausting!). Return home each Friday night, leave for work early Monday morning. Would only need good heating and TV point Furnished or unfurnished. Excellent references available.
Hi I'm Brandon, Looking to move as soon as possible to be closer to work. I'm very easy going, quiet and keep to myself and I always clean up after myself. I do not drink or smoke, but do not mind others who do.
I am very clean and quiet. I like exercising and eating healthy. Currently not working or studying but am in the process of starting another course. I have a 1 year old kitten that doesn't leave messes everywhere. I like going on adventures and finding new places. I am very easy to get along with and respect other people. I do like to go out some weekends but I am very quiet coming home. I keep to myself most of the time but do like some company and socialise with other people in the house.
Looking for a room to rent in the Ballarat region. I'm a non smoking very active 19 year old, I spend a lot of time working and restoring my car so off street parking would be preferred. I'm neat and tidy and enjoy cooking. Very much an old soul, I prefer to watch movies/read books as opposed to going out of a weekend.
I'm easy to get along with and pretty relaxed. Happy to socialise but respectful of privacy. I work full time but always up for fun on the weekend. I've done plenty of sharehousing so I'm more than happy to do chores, buy my fair share of household goods and keep the place tidy.
Would love to find someone to team up with- can move from now till the beginning of Sep. I'm quiet, considerate, friendly, clean up after myself. Already have most furniture and appliances for a house. Moved to Ballarat for a new job. My dog and cat are very friendly. I'd especially love to find a place near Lake Wendouree.
