I have moved to Sydney from the UK on a working holiday visa. I work in sports events and I am pretty sporty. I rowed in the UK and am looking to join a club in Sydney too! I am looking for some fun housemates that like sport and spending time outdoors.
Beautiful three story terrace in the heart of Balmain! ALL BILLS INCLUDED in your rent price: - Fortnightly cleaner - wifi - electricity, gas, water - general shared household items - furnished room ... it’s a pretty sweet deal for pricing in this suburb Communal areas include: - A furnished cosy lounge room - Large kitchen fully equipped, plenty of cupboards, dishwasher, gas - Large bathroom with a TUB! - A leafy green courtyard with a large table, it's a great space to relax during the day, plenty of sun - Laundry - Plenty of traditional fireplaces scattered around the house, non functional but gives the place a charming feel - On street parking The house is fully furnished, over time I plan to make some small changes with the decorations and am 100% open to your opinions, it is everyone’s house. About the town: - Minutes away from heaps of cafes, bakeries, deli's and restaurants, (the coffee and food in this area is really good!) - Countless wine bars and pubs - Health food stores and supermarkets - Gyms and all types of fitness activities - Lots of beautiful parks, most with waterfront views - 5 minute walk to Dawn Fraser Baths - The house is three minutes to a bus stop that takes you straight to the city. Even closer to buses that tour the inner west. - Multiple ferry wharfs - On street parking We split the standard household duties equally between each flatmate, everyone has their own job to make sure the place runs smoothly and stays clean and tidy. If you think you’d like to move in and make this your new home get in touch, I’m wanting to make a decision ASAP. Mads :)

My girlfriend and I are looking for a room in a share house or apartment within Sydney’s inner-city suburbs. We are a young couple both studying at the University of Sydney and working part-time. I'm Felix, I'm 20 years old and in my final year of a bachelor of Science. My girlfriend Lucinda is 20 years old and studying international relations. We are looking for a short-term stay until the end of November 2018. We are both very tidy, friendly and easygoing - happy to socialise but we also keep to ourselves. We are non-smokers and don't own pets. Feel free to ask any questions about us!
Full time physiotherapy student at USYD, working part time a few different jobs. I'm laid back, easy to get on with and would be looking for not only a place for me to stay, but a place where I can hang out and become friends with the people I'm living with. If I sound like I would fit into your sharehouse send me a message!
I'm moving to Sydney from Perth in October and will be working as a software developer full-time in the CBD. I'm clean and respectful of others. Not a huge party animal, but not a total hermit either -- I like to have some level of social life when I'm not at work or the gym. I won't be a total stranger, but recognise that it's important for everyone to have their own space (me included!).
I want to find a place to live. I'm fairly quiet and am not a partyer or drinker. I like to be social, but appreciate privacy and take a common sense approach to flatsharing which I've done for the past 7 years.
I’m a student until November this year, and currently work part-time in IT, which will be full time come November. I’m friendly, outgoing and love to have a night out as much as I like staying in on the couch. Looking for a private room quite close to the city.
Hi, I'm Hasan, a 28 year old architect working in Sydney. I find my job quite interesting, but I also understand that it's not necessarily so intriguing to anyone else, so I promise I'll try and avoid talking about it unless you ask. I've lived in Australia my entire life and am a Sydney local. I'm an easy going guy with a pretty wide variety of interests, most of which are focused around the creative, such as art, film or design. Examples of the other interests include board games, escape rooms and exploring the natural environment (I watched Jumanji and Indiana Jones a lot as a kid). I'd like to keep a tidy household, and as such will be fully engaged with any formal task/cleaning assignment. I consider myself social and always up for a chat, and as such like the idea of the occasional small get together or games night. However, I'm not one for big parties or the like so you're unlikely to find me yell-singing at 2 am on a Tuesday morning.

Fully furnished queen size room, light and airy, in a charming cottage with courtyard in beautiful Balmain for $300 per week. The room comes fully furnished, with a queen bed and build in wardrobe. Can be flexible with furniture. The courtyard has a nice seating area for breakfast etc. The house is fully furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and heaps of storage space. Location is ideal: ▶️ less than 1 minute to bus stop, which takes you straight into the city / QVB. ▶️ Walking distance to Balmain Ferry (which takes you straight to Circular Quay) ▶️ Walking distance to Balmain shopping area, Woolies, Darling Street with plenty of cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. ▶️ 20 minutes to Broadway Shopping Centre ▶️ 25 minutes to Sydney Uni & UTS Balmain is a beautiful, friendly & save suburb with plenty of parks & wonderful water views to the Harbour Bridge. It is wonderful to walk around the harbour. You will be living with a friendly, professional female in her early 30's. I am looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, cleans up after themselves and loves animals, as I have a beautiful and well-behaved rescue dog, he will give you endless cuddles if you wish :) This is a home not a typical shared house. It is a home & I would like you also to treat it as such. I do respect my flatmates privacy and like to come home to a safe, clean and relaxing home after a hard day at work. Of course I am also up for a nice chat or wine & dinner, if our schedule allows. Ideally you are a full time worker or a student and looking for a safe and relaxing environment to study and / or another pet owner. My dog gets on very well with other dogs & cats. Bond is 4 weeks and has to be payed in advance. Please no party animals, smokers or time wasters. I look forward to hearing from you.
My name is Alice, I’m 30 years old and I work in the health industry, but used to be a graphic designer. I absolutely love my job and work in the city full time. I’m easy going, enjoy trying new things, meeting people but also enjoy some alone time as well. Always help out with any problem and will always keep a clean house. Would be great to find a new place to call home!
I'm Ryan. Originally from Wollongong and looking for a place in the Sydney area to avoid spending 4 hours a day on a train. Like a Lannister I always pay my debts. Like to have a laugh and have absolutely no problem making new friends. Big fan of almost all sports. Will Supply my own TV and PS4. I work 8 til 5 every day and will generally be spending my weekends back in Wollongong. I can cook and have some handyman skills
I'm a happy, easy going kind of person. Would like to live with one or two other people max, in a private room. More than happy to socialise with other flatmates or have my own down time. I'd like to live closer to work now, hence wanting to find a new home. I work fulltime in liquor management.
