Hi Everyone! As someone who has lived in a share house environment many times before I am someone who is respectful of those I live with, I am neat and tidy, generally keep to myself but definitely love a good chat or a wine after a long week. I love pets but don't have any of my own & don't mind smokers although I don't smoke myself. I am currently relocating from Queensland and will be available to move into a place from January onwards so let me know if you have anything I should consider :)

~Looking for an apartment to stay 2 nights a week in~ I am a 28yo female, very easy going. Prefer being out and about, exercising or having dinners with friends. I play semi-professionally in an orchestra but for my day job I work in the Sydney CBD and soon to also work in the Brisbane CBD. I am moving to Brisbane to reunite with my partner and will be now working from both my Sydney and Brisbane office. As I will only be in Sydney for 2 nights a week (midweek) I am looking to stay somewhere at a cheaper rate and as a result make the rent cheaper for an existing household without the burden of an extra full time housemate. I would only be at the apartment for two evenings and two mornings. I often even shower and eat b'fast in the office after riding or running in. I physically won't be around enough to contribute to upkeep of the apartment, however I am very neat and always clean up after myself. I like a laugh and a beer with housemates however I am generally out and about with work/orchestra/sport/social commitments. Looking for a tidy, friendly household with a secure bedroom to myself for 2 nights a week (+ on five occasions of the calendar year for a weeks time, as I have orchestra concerts and lead up practice in Sydney 5 times a year). Look forward to hearing form you :) Laura
Hi guys :-) I am a 18 years old German girl. I currently work as a demi pair in Cammeray but I am looking for a new accomodation for the middle of February for a few months. However, I am looking for a new job for February too. It would be my first time to share an accomodation but I am a very communicative and open-minded person. I enjoy every day and I am not very complicated. In addition I am very organised and responsible. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon:-)
Hi, I'm Simone. I moved to Sydney about 7 months ago and have been living in Bondi for about 5 1/2 months. I work pretty much 9 - 5 Monday to Friday, normally in finance (accounts) however my current role has changed a little to include more admin / project work. I like going to the gym and Mon to Fri I'm pretty low key between work and everyday life, however I'm open to the odd chill out on week-nights. Weekends I like to try and get out (or socialise) at least once for a few drinks and when the summer gets here hopefully to the beach. I love music (especially house, acoustic, r&b and hip hop), enjoy live music, comedy, festivals and going to bars and clubs. I am a bit of a foodie so I love going out (or ordering in) food and drinks! It's really important to me to live in a place that is friendly and social. I definitely like my personal space, however it would be fab to have a flatmate (or flatmates) to have a few drinks, go out and chill with etc and who want to be friends, rather than just live together. I would consider myself friendly and supportive, with a bit of a playful (often sarcastic) sense of humour. I like a pretty clean house, but am not obsessively strict (OCD) about it. I am looking to move in the middle of November and ideally would like a modern furnished apartment, 2 or 3 bed, and in the Bondi or eastern suburbs / local areas. Bonus if you have a balcony and sun spot! :) I'm open to a mixed flat, though would probably prefer to live with girls and if possible people who are a similar age (mid 20s to mid 30s). Feel free to ask anything I've missed. I would definitely sacrifice some of my criteria for the ideal flatmates, so if I sound like your kind of person please get in touch! :)
I'm friendly, I'm easy going, considerate, neat, and love a good laugh. I've just finished Uni in Newcastle and have been offered a new job in Sydney so I'm wanting a place for a short period of time to work out where I might want to eventually settle down.
Hi my name is Dan, I’m from the UK, I’m an outgoing individual, easy to get along with, clean and tidy and not afraid to muck in with the house chores. I am a young professional focussing on my career within the yachting industry. Looking for somewhere close to Rozelle bay as this would be idea for travelling to work. I’m very social and enjoy meeting new people. Looking for a room, flat share or apartment. If you have a place please contact me
I'm 29 and I've been living in Sydney for almost 2 years, during that time I've lived in the same place in the Hills in a house share. I'm looking for a place with 1 or 2 other housemates with an available parking space as I have a car. I'm employed full time (I work a 8-5 job), I like going to the gym on weeknights and being out and about on weekends (so I'm rarely home). I enjoy martial arts, surfing, reading, music, dining out and going for drinks.
DECEMBER OR JANUARY Hi I'm Anita. I am currently in Paddington, Brisbane. I have been offered a full time position with a well known construction company in Sydney, hence the move. I will need to move to Sydney at the start of next year preferably before the 3rd of January. About me At home I'm neat and tidy but I'm not affected by other peoples preferences. I like to cook as much as I can and try to get to yoga a few times a week. When I get home from work I like to relax, listen to some music, watch some Netflix, go for a walk or skateboard, occasionally I'll have a beer. On the weekends I like to be out and about, get social.. but sometimes I get the home bug. My sister would be an expected visitor for the weekend every now and then as she lives in Canberra and I would be her closest family. We're very friendly and I have no doubt you'll like her. I'm also hoping my best friend from the Gold Coast will visit when she can too. I like the lifestyle I have here in Paddington so I'm hoping to land in a similar area in Sydney. I like being able to walk to a cafe or walk to pilates. Housemates: I am hoping to have friends at home, like minded people who are chill and easy going. I would prefer more mature housemates as the party house vibe isn't for me. I would like people who are employed and financially stable. I'm a very accepting person and like meeting different people. Flick me a message if you have an offer. Thanks Anita

Currently working with kids, i'm looking for a flat to share with a good ambiance. I'm easy going and sociable, respectful and not afraid about household.
Hi, I'm Anna, 30 year old french girl. I think (not so sure of myself :p) I'm a nice person not so hard to live with ;). I'm looking for a private room in a place to share, preferably mixed or with girls only, but not men only, I'd like to find a flat/house with 3 or more people. I'm available now. I like to sympathize and socialize but I also know that respecting privacy and intimacy are important in a shared accomodation. I'm on working holiday visa, but honestly, I don't know how much time I will stay, could be 1, 2 or even 6 months... so I can't commit on long stays for sure.
I'm India - i'm a fulltime corporate events coordinator working in the CBD. I'm from the northern beaches but looking to move closer to work. I'm very type-A & will most likely colour coordinate the fridge.... I can make up for my hyper organisation with wine+ cheese nights :) I like my privacy and i'll respect yours - looking to move into a happy & peaceful sharehouse.
We are a young couple from The Netherlands. We will be staying in Sydney where we will both do our internships lasting +-5 months. We study International Business and Management (Jordi) and Veterinary Medicine (Gemke). Afterwards, we are planning to travel through Australia to see the many beautiful things the country has to offer :) During our spare time we love to discover new places, meet new people and go out. However, every now and then we like to just relax by playing games, watching movies/series. We are tidy and calm people. We hope this gives you a good impression of us. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Hi future housie! I'm looking for a room in beautiful Sydney :) I'm friendly, social and want to share a place with people that exude positive vibes! Weekends are for finding new brunch spots, long walks and of course wine... I'm a very clean person and respectful of others space so would hope to live with someone that is similar. Looking forward to hearing from you ✌️
Hi! I am renting out my studio apartment in Balmain, a cozy little place perfectly suited for a short stay in this beautiful area of Sydney. Great for couples. Amazing water views to the Balmain Cove and Sydney Harbour, and well located near the city.
Hi! My name is Heather. I'm 24 and I'm originally from London, UK. I have just qualified as a commercial solicitor and am being seconded to Sydney for the next couple of years. My working hours are long so I'm generally out of the house during the week, but when I have a spare evening and at weekends, I'll be looking to get involved with and explore everything that Sydney has to offer, and hope I can find flatmate(s) who are young professionals looking to do the same, or who want to do more than just co-exist with their flat sharers! I love running, fitness and clean eating, and am always on the lookout for a gym buddy (but not to the point where I'd forego a glass of wine or a quiet night in watching Netflix). I've lived away from home since I was 17 (both on my own and in shared accommodation) so I understand what it takes to be respectful of other people's property and personal space.
