Hi :)

I’m a super friendly 30-year-old female working professional from Edinburgh, Scotland (sorry - no Scottish accent!). I work from home and have been sharing for a while now, so I’d absolutely love to have my own space.

I’m flexible with the length of stay and am happy with a periodic tenancy (which has worked really well for me in previous tenancies), as long as there’s a reasonable notice period agreed by both parties.

I’m also not in a rush to move, as I’d really like to find the right place, so my move-in date is flexible.

What I’m looking for:
A one-bedroom flat, granny flat, or studio in a safe location.Rent with bills included is preferred.

If a bond is required, I’m more than happy to pay it, provided it is lodged correctly with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) in line with Queensland requirements.

A dog-friendly place is essential.I am a massive animal lover and leaving my beautiful dog in Scotland has been incredibly difficult. I have done dog sitting in the past and I am planning to take it up again. Before accepting any dog, I always do a meet-and-greet so you are more than welcome to meet the dog beforehand.

A bit about me:
I’m very respectful, clean, and considerate. I don’t smoke or drink. I’m also a Christian (don’t worry - definitely not the judgemental kind!) and I work in the not-for-profit sector.

I really value honest, open, and respectful communication and being surrounded by kind, genuine people.
