Hi! I've recently obtained employment down in Sydney (currently living in QLD) and need to find somewhere to live as soon as possible. I will be working with a not-for-profit organisation based in Redfern. I'm good to live with as I am a very clean and quiet individual. I don't make messes, and I like things to be tidy and organised. I'm more of a "night in" type of person, so I don't really host parties, except maybe the occasional game night (I've got a bit of a collection growing)! Ideally I would be looking for a single or shared apartment, with max 3 other people, and I wouldn't like to spend any more than $250p/w rent, as I'm trying to save money to go overseas later in the year. Also the closer I can be to public transport would be ideal, as I would need to catch the train into work most days. It's pretty urgent that I find somewhere fast, so I'm willing to be a bit flexible on some of the above if needed. I also have a friend that would be willing to come and meet in person on my behalf as I obviously won't be down in Sydney at present to do so. Would love to hear from anyone who may be interested!

She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her and she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required. *Pommes cannot share with other dogs but is okay with cats, rabbits and birds.

I've got a large partly furnished room available in the centre of Sutherland's business area. Fantastic location for easy access to local shops, public transport and all that's in/around the shire. The apartment is on the top floor and overlooks the national park so it's a nice relaxed vibe close to nature with awesome views to the south. It's great to sit out on the large balcony on sunny days and watch/listen to the cockatoo's or catch a sunset. The complex has secure swipe access with lift, a small gym (not great though), indoor pool/spa and sauna. Its a 5 minute walk to the station and bus terminal with shops (Coles/IGA) across the road, restaurants nearby, coffee shop, bottleshop, pub, sushi train and the aquatic centre within walking distance down the road. Pretty much on the doorstep to the Sutherland business area with great links to get out of Sydney (south coast) if you want to. I've recently being received a promotion requiring me to move to Sydney where I will be working close to Eastern Beaches.
