Relaxed friendly clean. Like art, sports, music, gardening and pets. I'm pretty easy going but not an early bird. Like to cook maybe share a few dinners and glass of wine. Work part time as a visual merchandiser, like to paint, garden and swim in my spare time. I'm originally from Melbourne and moved to Brisbane a yr ago. I have a 16 yr old daughter who would visit a few times a yr. I love all sports especially AFL and enjoy going to see live music. I also have a beautiful 9yr old dog , Samoyed x golden retriever . She is very friendly well trained and generally just loves company and to just hang out and watch the goings on of the house. Would love a chilled vibe with no dramas. Prefer min 6 mths. Looking for somewhere that feels like home.
Hi all, I'm an outgoing and tidy person and while I am content on my own (relaxing in my room watching a movie/doco, reading, gaming) I prefer to be part of a household with other clean and outgoing people where a conversion can spark up. I enjoy dining out, cooking and relaxing with a drink and nibblies. I work full-time for Suncorp Bank (7 years), non smoker, been renting since high school, like pets, no allergies, happy to help with chores/maintenance.
We're two friends looking for a third person to share a three bedroom home with. We both study Secondary Education at QUT KG, love to listen to and play music, read a book, watch a movie, have a beer. We'd like to find a housemate who doesn't mind spontaneously bursting into song and dance. Swipe right if you’re interested.
Situated in leafy Bardon, this cosy Queenslander has all the essentials - beautiful deck, renovated kitchen with gas stove and central location. The room has a wardrobe and plenty of space for a queen bed, desk and bookcase. There is also a large lounge room with air conditioning and roller doors that open out to a spacious back deck. This is great for dinner parties, morning breakfasts and relaxing on breezy summer days. Our internet is fast Unlimited broadband for just $20 each per month and bills are reasonable. There is additional Laundry and storage space underneath the house. The house is a short walk, bus or drive to nearby Paddington, Ashgrove, Rosalie centre, Suncorp Stadium and the city.
Hi! My name is Kate and I'm over from China for a few years studying a Masters in Social Work at QUT. I'm looking for a place to live for at least 6 months, or more if its the perfect fit. I have traveled extensively in my life and was an English teacher while I was in China. I chose to come to Brisbane for my degree as I have a lot of friends and family here (and its a beautiful place to live!). I like to keep my place clean and tidy. Thanks
Short trip to the city with a bus stop 2 houses down. Plenty of room and privacy in the house with separate upstairs and downstairs areas. Great deck for having a relaxing drink or entertaining a few friends. Air conditioning and a developing vegetable garden. Overall a nice, relaxing house in a quiet neighborhood. (room advertised is roughly 3.1m x 2.6m)
INTJ, introvert, love nights chilling at home, don't mind going out on occasion, quiet until I get to know people. I have a ragdoll cat called Eevie who is friendly but is a mostly indoor cat (I vacuum frequently so shedding will be minimal). Also enjoy a good glass of wine. I clean as I go, non-smoker. I'm a nurse and do work shift work from time to time so need someone who is mindful of when I need to sleep during the day. Ideally would like a garage space, bath tub (my relax time!) and air con. Honestly been a while since I've been apart of a share house however I am mindful of others space and privacy, and I am responsible with being on time with rent and bills. Ideally don't want more than sharing with 2 other people.
Big open mutual living area including a pool table. We have a Staffie who is super friendly. Good neighbours. Close to shops and public transport. Close to city ($10 Uber). The room is a decent size with built in wardrobe, has access to the back yard and is quite private. Great view from balcony upstairs overlooking Mt Coot-tha.
Hello! :) I work full-time in an accounting firm Monday to Friday. I'm fairly quiet during the week and usually spend weekends with family or friends. I gym a fair bit and eat healthy so living with people who are similar in that regard would be a huge plus! I'm also super clean and tidy and like living in a well kept house. I'd ideally like to live north side around enoggera, ashgrove area but not too fussed. I have all my own bedroom furniture but nothing else furniture wise. Currently living back with my folks after getting back from an overseas trip at the end of last year so I'm flexible with move in dates :)
*Very neat and tidy *Into healthy food and exercise *Non-smoker, very-occasional drinker *I don't pirate crap, have a netflix account *Generous, sharing culture (food, friends etc.) *Would prefer to be friends instead of just flatmates *Quiet, will very rarely have visitors (immediate family and closest friends) *Full time study, part time work *Would prefer to share with creative/academic types who can hold a conversation and share their ideas -As opposed to closed-minded, self-absorbed individuals who prefer gossip I have all the furniture and appliances we need but would like to rid myself of as much of it as possible before moving: leather couches, fridge, new washing machine, futon, antique desk and bookcases, microwave, high-speed wifi, cable router (with pay-by-month plan), huge tv, coffee table, the list goes on...

The flat is an older building, it has polished wooden floors though-out, a Better Homes and Gardens inspired colour scheme, a decent kitchen with a gas stove, large living room with air conditioning, cable internet, two small balconies, communal laundry, a big back-yard. Located on a quite street, there are a couple of shops nearby, and a bus stop that goes to the city. The room is moderately sized (3m x 3m) and features a big built-in wardrobe, polished wood floor, and a large window that gets morning sun. Rent is $140 per week. Split equally, power + gas + internet comes out to around $25-35 per week each.
Employed full time in the CBD in recruitment - business hours so pretty quiet during the week. Enjoy cooking, dining out, glass of shiraz or 2 on the weekend. Usually out and about during the weekend. Love going to the movies, theatre or watching movies at home. Looking preferably to share with a male close to CBD.
The room is spacious with a walk in wardrobe, a window that opens out towards the backyard and a French door which connects to a sunroom (that can be used for extra space or study). Rent is $177.50/week. Internet $6/week and bills also additional. Bond is $700. The house is a nice Queenslander with all the essentials - roomy kitchen, tv room, backyard, verandah etc. And of course no castle is complete without a pool room. It's a great location, just down the road from Rosalie and the Paddington high street. We are walking distance to a bus stop with direct buses to the city. Room available from 16/07/17. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
I'm currently working in realestate & studying aviation to be a pilot. I've lived in 3 previous rental properties so this isn't my first rodeo. I'm happy & always looking for something to do. Most weekend I trek to Kirra or the Sunshine Coast. I always pay rent on time, clean up after myself & respect others privacy. I have a fridge, tv, kitchen table & various kitchen items.
I'm a young 30 year old.. I'm very clean. And I love to have a drink and go out and meet new people.. I'm funny and just a great person to live with.
Hi, my name is Gabi. I'm a physiotherapist who works full time through the week, and occasionally over the weekend also. I have lived in different share houses over the past 7 years and enjoy them, but am ready for a bit of change of scenery and to downsize to live with 1 - 2 people. I'd be keen to start a new house with someone, I've got several vital components for a house set-up (including fridge and washing machine). I like to think I'm a relatively happy, nice person who keeps things tidy. I enjoy going out to local gigs, hanging out with friends and baking in my spare time. If you'd like to know more, or think we'd create a great household together, feel free to message me! :)

Hello! I live in Brisbane and I just want to settle down and sign a lomg term lease. I am looking for a place in surrounding suburbs of the city with parking or off street parking. I am very keen to team up with someone to fnd a nice beautiful flat/apartment or town house to sign a long term lease. I work full time in Hospitality (mostly night shifts) I am very friendly, funny, trustworthy, tidy, clean and respect people's privacy and space. I like keeping myself fit by going to gym and swimming. I like playing pool, netflix, cinema, beach, roadtrips and camping. I am spontenous and always up for any plan If I am free. I adore animals, especially dogs and If you have one I would immediately move with you lol
Fully Furnished apartment as the downstairs part of traditional Triple Gable Bardon house. I am a 38yr old, single professional male. I live upstairs with my three kids who are with me half the time. The flat is beautifully renovated, with quality finishes throughout like hardwood floors and marble bench tops. There are two modest sized bedrooms with good sized built in cupboards. One bedroom has a queen sized bed (I can supply the linen), and draws, the other has a large desk. The furnishing has changed a little since these photos above. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, convection microwave, induction hot plates and small appliances. All crockery and cookware already in place. The bathroom is a good size with large shower, lots of storage, and a front load washing machine. The living room has a three seat sofa and armchair, dining table for two and a 40" Sony TV. Bardon is a beautiful suburb, well connected to the city with regular bus services. It's only $13 Uber to the CBD, so it's a great location for a night out. We have a large park within 250m, great running tracks along the creek and a cool cafe over the road. Would suit someone who is looking for a beautiful secure home close to the city. I have a strong preference for a normal person. You know; no crazy parties, no weird behaviour. Over the last four years I have had the good fortune to have a wonderful international student and then a professional woman. My ideal tenant would be long term, educated, interesting and easy to get along with. Might suit a uni student from the country, international student, single working person. I'm open to pets, but I have high expectations of behaviour. I wouldn't allow a loud or destructive dog . The downsides. The living room of the granny flat is partially overlooked by the upstairs entrance hall. Security is good, but the privacy of the living space isn't perfect. When I built it, I did a lot of work to minimise sound from upstairs with specialised insulation and more, but you would still know when I am home. All bills including high-speed cable internet included. Possible upsides: If you are new to Brisbane the kids and I would be happy to show you around our favourite places and help you get settled.
Brazilian, student, tiny, quiet and looking for a place where I can improve my English e make new friends.
