$350/week•34 year old man
Good day! I am a 34yr old single man who works in hospitality and cabinetmaking.
I am currently looking for a private room with my own bathroom (preferably). Another preference is that it is a quick walk to a train station.
When I'm at home, I mostly keep to myself in my room, watching shows and movies, or listening to music and podcasts when I'm at home. Otherwise, you can find me cooking in the kitchen. I enjoy cooking and occasionally cooking for the people around me. I think I'm a decent cook if I do say so myself. I also like to keep a clean and organized kitchen.
I normally prefer to be quiet at home but am more than happy and capable to socialize. I also don't mind having some (or a lot of) drinks with housemate/s or none at all if there are no drinkers in the home. Both options are not a problem to me.
I do smoke so I would need a designated area for me to do so. Or even going outdoors is fine with me.
But for leisure, I like to spend weekends hanging at the beach, going to the gym, watching new movies or shows, cooking, playing or watching sports (🥊⚽️🏀) and/or exploring Sydney
I have no problems with any animals. I love dogs and cats. Also, I don't need a parking spot.
I like to keep my areas clean and tidy. I'm also mindful of not disrupting the current flow and vibe of any home I enter.
