I am a clean, quiet and respectful Sydneysider looking for a like minded housemate to team up with. My maximum is $400 but saving a bit on rent would be great, and a longer term lease would be ideal. I'm super chill and respectful of personal space but will always be down for a chat and share a few laughs. You'll probably catch me in the kitchen as I prefer to cook/meal prep instead of eating out. I'm low key a bit of a clean freak and value a tidy home, particularly in common spaces.
