Hi, my name is Zoe. I’m 18 years old, I’m currently homeless and I’m looking for a room to rent out for hopefully no longer than 3 months while I get back on my feet. I’m not currently working but I’m searching & with the money that I do get I will chip in as much as I possibly can. If you have any more questions, would like to know anything at all, or whatever it may be please feel free to message me for more info. Thank you for you time!
Hello, My name's Manuel, and I'm currently living in Melbourne. I'm employed as a bus and coach driver for Dysons Group Melbourne, where a couple of lucky chauffeurs have just been handed the rare opportunity to move up to beautiful Wodonga's Bus Depot. After forty-four years in Melbs, I couldn't pass this one up, hence why I'm looking for accommodation at short notice. My employer's being mighty flexible as to my starting-date, but it's looking a lot like Christmas, clearly the ideal time to move house and step into a new job. So if that spare room and garage space needs to earn it's keep from this December onward, and you're looking for someone long-term and somewhat reliable, I'm keen to hear from you. As a Professional Driver I come with Driver's Accreditation, Working With Children's Check and Police clearance in two states. Look forward to hearing from you soon, Kindest regards, Manni
happy easy going, pay bills on time, looking for some where for me and my two fur babies one goes meow and the other goes woof, will keep to my self most of the time as i work afternoons/nights, but enjoy the company of housemates if the opportunity is there. i do a lot with guides too.
Hi! I currently have 1 bedroom in my 3 bedroom house available to rent on an ongoing basis. Looking for share my house with someone who is tidy, cleans up after themselves and is okay chipping in around the house. I'll be moving to Melbourne in January so you'll be sharing with my partner, with myself coming back most weekends. I have 2 cats and a dog which are all very friendly so being an animal person is a must. My partner's name is Gavin, he studies and works at Woolworths. Looking for someone who values privacy and own space but also enjoys sharing a meal and hanging out watching a movie from time to time. Weekly rent includes Internet, with split bills If this sounds like you, give me a buzz :) Josh
A great space available for one person to rent in a large house backing onto parkland, just a few minutes drive from Wodonga CBD. A bike path runs through the park behind behind the house, and can take you all the way to Albury through beautiful park lands. The neighbours are friendly, the area is quiet, and we have a spacious deck looking over the large backyard, a perfect spot for alfresco dining. This top-floor room is $195 pw (all bills included). It has a ceiling fan, WIR, extra cupboard, and large windows that provide sunset views and lots of natural light. It has two rooms that interconnect, which gives you plenty of space for a bedroom and also a small study or living room. It is available fully-furnished. The bathroom would only be used by two people - yourself, and our housemate renting the other room on the top floor.
A fully furnished shared townhouse with three bedrooms, one bathroom and separate toilet. 20 minute walk to High Street Wodonga. Townhouse has air conditioning and Gas Heating. Large bedrooms available, one room fully furnished with robe and chest of drawers, other room either furnished, or unfurnished (if furnished would be available with bed and robe). Townhouse is located opposite Willow Park. I have two friendly dogs that live inside when I am home. Bills are extra this includes electricity and gas and internet.
My name is Alex, I am 25 and would not ever be seen dead at a gym. I do like wine, eating out, watching 10 seasons of house in one sitting and a good afternoon nap. I have a puppy (he's actually 3 but all dog are puppies to me) who's name is Rex and who I love more than life itself - once you get past the fact that he looks like I once pulled him out of the gutter, I am sure you will love him too. I am moving to Wodonga for a tree change from Ballarat. I work in hospitality which I absolutely love and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I am very easy to live with, I am clean and tidy. I love being social but do also like time on my own (hence the love of an afternoon nap).
i have not long moved back from Melbourne. Looking at going back and studying next year, as well as in the process of looking for a part time job. Lover of animals, ESPECIALLY CATS. Easy going, quirky, caring, open to most things, very VERY tidy person and i get along with most people i meet. Currently looking for either a small unit or room to rent. Would love my own bathroom but not a necessity. Wifi would also be awesome. Not a regular smoker but on rare occassion may have one.
Hi, I’ve just moved down to Albury-Wodonga from Townsville as I am about to begin my new career as a Physiotherapist working for the hospital. I’m really easy going, respectful, clean, and have lived in share houses before - although I have lived by myself the last 4 years whilst studying. Having had a look around at rental properties here it makes much more sense to get a flat mate and split the cost of a nicer house than paying the same for a dodgy apartment. I start at the hospital Jan 7th so I’m keen to get the ball rolling sooner than later 🤗
We’re a young easy going couple looking for a room to rent for approximately two months (can find out exact dates and let you know). We’re tidy and quiet. Both working in hospitality (split shifts). We’re fun people who are easy to get along with and love a beer and chat, but are also very respectful with privacy and noise!
I'm a chill, friendly, clean and tidy person. I enjoy getting to know people but also value my own time and space. I have been renting for the last 5 years so I understand the responsibilities and obligations required for maintaining a rental property. I have a very cute and friendly cat named Keanu, she's small in size and well behaved. She doesn't scratch furniture or carpet, only her own scratching posts that I provide. She loves cuddles and belly rubs. In my spare time, I like watching movies and anime, listening to music, playing soccer, and going to festivals and concerts.
My name is Robert Funston. I am a plumbing teacher. Good cook love gardening, music and sport. I am clean, reliable, love a good laugh and sensitive to others needs. Looking for a place to stay for at least a year. must have internet. much of my time will be spent working.
