Hi! I'm a first-year PhB student at ANU trying to do Mathematics. I come from Singapore though ethnically I'm half Japanese and half Australian. I enjoy washing dishes while listening to loud angry people shout music into my ears. I typically keep to myself but I do enjoy engaging conversations. Other than that I come with a PS4 Pro, a Switch, a variety of handheld consoles, and a Wii U loaded with Smash if that's your thing.
Hi I'm Josh. I like international cinema (Pan's Labyrinth is amazing), black coffee, I'm quiet and I'm vegan (if you're not that's fine too). I'm 23, I've just moved from Newcastle and I'm studying a B. Economics at the ANU. The occasional dinner/film with housemates would be fun, though I respect privacy and space. I like to keep a clean and organised living space and would be happy to share chores. Before now I studied different humanities part-time in Newcastle. I can move anytime from now until early March.
Room available for five months in the best apartment in Canberra!* I am travelling overseas for five months and am looking for someone to take care of my room during that time (from end of March to end of August). Beautiful furnished bedroom in a modern, sunny apartment with amazing views over Lake Burley Griffin and towards Parliament House. The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside tables and a lamp, and has huge cupboards. The apartment is on the top floor of the complex and is over two levels, with a massive living area and kitchen, and a separate dining room. It has a giant balcony that looks over Lake BG with an outdoor table for breakky in the sunshine. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person (he is very clean and only home about half the time). You would have access to a car space in the underground garage (for an extra $7-10 per week), and have full access to the complex gym (free). Walking distance to the Kingston Foreshore, Parliamentary Triangle and Lake Burley Griffin! Internet, Netflix and bills all separate. Ideally looking to rent the room furnished, but if that's a dealbreaker, let's talk. * I haven't been to every apartment in Canberra but this is the best one I've seen so far. Seriously.
I'm about to start working full time in heritage. I've just left a great share house with my friends in Canberra thinking I was moving to another city, but landed a job here! Love living with other people, and I'm up for having a chat and some wine with my housemates. I keep my place tidy and am easy going. I'm looking for a cool place for six months before I'm off to Glasgow for a Masters.
I work in technology-public sector. I'm a project manager. I'm looking for a furnished apartment. I'm pretty active, enjoy jogging and aerobics. I like reading and enjoy good music. On weekends I like to hangout, drink good coffee and eat good food. I also travel to Sydney regularly on weekends.
I am a independent and neat 19 y/o girl who has just started work in the Public Service. I am easy to get along with and enjoy meeting new people and travelling. My passions are art, music, writing poetry and dancing - most things creative, really! I also have a knack for languages, having studied French and Latin at school and know some basic Italian having lived in Italy for two months working as an au pair. I am a mixture of extroverted and introverted... always up for a chat but also need my own downtime to refresh. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm moving to Canberra from Sydney in Feb (for a grad job). I'm open to sub-letting or signing a lease (happy to work out the best option with the right housemate). I'm tidy, fun-loving (but responsible) and friendly. I work hard, and travel to Sydney, so may not always be around, but will always be tidy and respectful of our space. I'm social and active and love exploring both cities and nature (will always bring baked goods on adventures!). I come with Harvey, my little house trained bunny (hear me out!). He's like a tiny dog, without the barking or big poos! He lives inside (VERY clean), and follows me around the house to play/for company, but can easily live outside! He’s grey with floppy ears. Accepting him would mean the world to me (happy to pay a little more too). If you think we could be part of your home, we'd love to say hello!!!

Hi all, It's Namyoung :) simple things about myself, Asian female, a ft student, from South Korea, friendly&tidy, I love chatting with flatmates and having dinner together sometimes but NOT a party house. I'm finding a room within walking distance or approx 15-20mins by bike from ANU. If the room has a separate toilet and bathroom, I can pay up to 280pw inclusive of all bills. Pls msg me if u r intersted in it. I prefer a female house but a mixed up accommodation is fine as well.
Hi Friends :) About me: I'm 27, originally from Melbourne, and a friendly, outgoing and respectful housemate. I'm clean and tidy, and I've lived in sharehouses for a while now (so I know the drill). I work full time and recently moved back o Canberra to take up a job as a government lawyer. I'm a confessed law nerd but I also love reading/talking about pretty much any topic. I also enjoy spending my time discovering great hip hop music, and going to hip hop dance classes.
Hi! I'm a 23 year old female from Perth, Australia. I have a full-time graduate position with the APS. I am a fairly sociable, chatty person. I enjoy getting outdoors but also chilling out -- reading and watching netflix. I love brunching (classic Australian millennial) and good coffee. I am very tidy and will always clean up after myself, particularly in the kitchen. I have my own car so I will need somewhere to park it, preferably somewhere under cover.
Hi! I’m new to Canberra, I’ve just moved from Sydney. I love dogs and good food, and am easy going. I don’t mind a chat, movie or a glass of wine, but respect and appreciate people’s privacy and my own space too! Would love to move into a place asap. I’m currently working in the parliamentary triangle on an interim position until the end of April!
Recently moved up to Canberra for work and looking for a place close to the city. I'm friendly, outgoing and really enjoy an evening vino (or tea) and looking forward to exploring all Canberra has to offer, especially the eateries! A little about me, I'm quite laid back, clean and tidy and spent the majority of the last 2 years overseas and sharing tiny spaces so have learnt a great deal about the art of house sharing. I'm an avid movie buff who enjoys a variety of different genres and attempt to spend most Sunday night's during Formula1 season watching the races. Makes for a difficult monday but mostly worth it! If you would like to find out anything more please feel free to get in touch!
Hi, I'm passionate about recycling, helping out, great at fixing things, and have a very sociable Jack Russell who loves attention and a ball. Currently renting in Gungahlin (last 14 months), I work full time in Civic (I.T.), and want to be closer to work so I can ride my bike ($16.70 for parking is ridiculous). I spend some weekends at coast or camping/visiting friends/kids interstate. Looking for a place that has a secure outside yard and a space to park the car.
I'm an easy-going person with a kind heart. I come here to study in ANU to get my master degree. Enjoy life, music, movie and cooking, love to laugh but not a loud person. Love to keep myself organised and decent. No-smoker and not a alcohol lover.
Hey I'm Tegan, 21 and have recently moved to Canberra from the North Coast, NSW. I currently work full-time in the APS. When I'm not working I love to chill out with Netflix, grab a bite to eat or travelling to and from Sydney to visit my family there. As a housemate I'm friendly, considerate of others and personal space and I pull my weight with household chores. I love to chat over a nice cuppa and I absolutely love to cook for others! I love animals and absolutely don't mind if you have a pet already. Personal space and privacy is very important to me but it would be great if I found a housemate that I can hang out with every now and then :) I would prefer to share with females only, I’m also open to sharing with smokers.
Full time professional recently relocated to Canberra from North Coast NSW. Clean living, healthy lifestyle, love to cook and make cold press juices each week. I plan to be away often on weekends, at the coast or visiting family in Sydney or exploring all the options within a few hours of Canberra. Not yet sure of preferred location to live, more important to find a wonderful housemate/s and then an amazing place to call home. Open to house or apartment, but definitely looking for somewhere green and quiet and near a park or bush for walking and bike paths for cycling. Near the water for kayaking would be a bonus :) Currently in short term apartment till 5/3, have 2 bedroom house full of furniture in storage, so looking at various options. Also open to renting a room short term until the perfect place becomes available.
Hey there, I’m moving to Canberra totally fresh from Austria to do an internship at the Austrian Embassy. I'll arrive in Canberra in the end of April and will stay till July (6th-ish). I’m a 26 year old graduate (sociology) who likes meeting new people and making friends. I am looking for nice roommates, whom enjoy a good glass of wine and netflix marathons, as much as exploring the city and socialise. I am a tidy and respectful person with six years of flatsharing experience. Please hit me up if you think I'd be suitable to join your house :)
