I have a bright and bubbly personality and I am a very private person that is compassionate and motivated to do great things. I work as a childcare educator and I am studying to become a primary school teacher. I sing and love to dance, make music and yummy food. Always happy to help or be a listening ear, whatever my friends need I am there. Looking for a flatmate that is reliable, kind-hearted and understands that life can be difficult sometimes, also someone that wouldn't just be a housemate but a great friend too. I may be young but I dislike partying and am very studious and quiet. I have a little kitty that loves being indoors or outdoors and adores people, well house trained and chatty she will win your heart.
Hello, Me and my partner are looking for a place with good internet and enough space to set up a desk(a gaming house would be preferred). One of us is a student working and the other works full time also. We are sociable and friendly and looking to find some awesome roommates.
I may not have a view but I am close to the Basso Train Station, with a BWS and a Cafe just round the corner from my place. The Bassendean town Centre is a 5 minute drive away and the Galleria Morley is roughly 12-15 minutes away. There is air conditioning in the unit. This is a 3x2 and you would have your own bathroom. The room is furnished with a Double Bed, side tables, a fan, a Chest of Drawers and a built in wardrobe. We would share the common areas. House rules are simple: 1. Pay on time - preferably cash. 2. Clean up after yourself and I expect you to be responsible for your own room, bathroom & toilet areas. 3. Preferably no eating in the bedroom. Have a lovely American Oak Table for you to use. 4. If you have a pet - would you be willing to put a Pet Bond down as well. 5. If you smoke it must be done outside.
I'm a workaholic and even when I'm not working, I'm working, currently trying to rectify this situation and put myself and my health first. I pretty much hold all the skills of a 1950's housewife. I've never been much for parties, I respect privacy and require the same. I haven't shared a house before but quite frankly I would like to live somewhere that's not about to fall down around my ears. I figure it's also a good way to meet new people. I am very easy going, I get along with practically everyone. I'm very caring, so I have a tendency to mother people...I promise I will try not to mother you. There's more you will need to know of course, unless you are Sherlock and have already deduced everything from these few paragraphs, sorry, couldn't help it.
Hi there, I'm just looking around at the moment, my current living situation is no longer suitable and I'm just here to see if theres anything that might work for me. I currently work two jobs (as a waitress) and will be looking to quit one and pick up another in the area that I choose to move to. I'm flexible, neat, quiet and friendly. I'm looking for a spot with people who enjoy living with other people but still respect each others need for privacy. I love animals and plants so I have no issues living along side either.
I'm a full time uni student with a small cat who needs to be able to live with me. I'm also a writer and when I'm at home I like to spend a lot of time in my room working on my projects. Having said that, I'm still quite social and am always friendly, polite, and enjoy making new friends. I keep things clean, am happy to do house work, and I respect people's space in the same way that I hope they would respect mine. An LGBT+ friendly environment is very important to me but other than that and my need to have my cat move in too, I'm really not fussy. Just want a nice, safe space to come home to :)
Quiet, clean couple seeking accommodation as we have to move from our current house as the owner is moving house. My boyfriend Kaiser, is 20 and works full time during the week. My name is Maddy, 19 and am looking to study next year at Tafe. We both have regular incomes, so paying bond and rent won’t be a problem. We keep to ourselves, are quiet and clean up after ourselves. We both love pets, we are smokers but will only smoke outside if permitted. Looking for a house to get us on our feet enough o save for our own house.
Hi, Im 35, originally from New Zealand, am full time employed and work primarily night shift as a Crew Leader for a Traffic control company in Carlisle so tend to come home at weird hours early in the morning and the odd day shift when nights are quiet. So if this doesn’t suit any of the light sleepers then I’m not for you. I’m currently on the ketogenic diet, so prepare my meals every 2nd day if I’m not fasting. Therefore can’t drink alcohol until March 😭😭😂😂 Clean, tidy and pretty much keep to myself.
Quiet, very friendly, clean and tidy. Chef by trade so love to cook! Don't go out much, working part time at the moment, looking at full time next month. Love animals!
Easy going, 34 year old vegan male with 5 year old bull mastiff x rottie Apollo. Working in events management. Apollo is very mellow and great with people however not very good with other animals. Ideally looking for a large room with high ceilings in a vegan household. 10 - 15 min drive from city would be great but open to other offers depending on the house. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I live a busy lifestyle so I am looking for a relatively quiet and relaxed environment.
I finished my second year visa job recently, and got the visa successfully. Hugo is working in Swan Valley for second year visa. So we need to move to around Swan Valley. We are in budget now, because i am still looking for the packing job, process worker or any other inside-door work. Wish we find a good share house, and the landlord is good to get along with. If there is any good house, please send message to Hugo's phone. Only message, thanks. Hugo 0435744393
We're a super friendly and easy going couple looking for a place with some space to rest our face. Or faces. I (Bradly) originated from the US but spent 3 years working in Tokyo up until last July. Imelda is a Perth native but moved to Tokyo to live with me for awhile after we started dating! We just got married this year and we are back in town!! We are clean, respectful, both employed and just appreciate a good meme every now and then! Imelda is a really great artist and can be seen drawing and painting beautiful babes. I like to write and sometimes create music. We both like video games a lot. I have a PC and Switch, and am looking for a place with potential for a nice streaming set up. And we are always down for Mario Party or Jackbox with fun pals! Looking forward to hearing from chill LGBT friendly people, or maybe even another queer pair who can appreciate an oddball artsy ironic nerd couple. Thanks for reading!
Both easy going, open minded, liberal people that enjoy talking and learning from others and meeting people from all walks of life :) Enjoy a meal and a glass of wine with potential housemate(s) and equally love our downtime (if a lovely friendship blossoms from the move then that's an added bonus)! :)
I'm Lily, I am a 17-year-old student at John Forrest Secondary College. I am looking to move out and become independent from my parents. I am looking for a sharehouse as the majority of my friends aren't old enough or don't have the resources. I love to clean the house and I am a capable cook.

TV point in room Part furnished (furnished in main part of house, bedroom is empty apart from robe) Keypad handle lock on room door Bills/WiFi included
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my pooch, Rove. About me: I'm 24 and studying full-time at ECU. I work part-time with varying hours and also volunteer a couple of hours a month at a couple of local organisations. I love sport and anything outdoors, even if it's just taking the dog to the beach or having a few drinks and a bbq, I'm always up for it. I bring with me bad jokes and quality banter. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy four year old Kelpie X. He gets excited when visitors come round but otherwise he's generally a calm boy. He gets along with other animals and is happy spending his time outside (he has previously only been allowed inside during storms, fireworks and winter nights) He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend
Hi there. I’ve recently to moved to Perth after living overseas for the last three years, originally from Hobart. I’m working full time in a counselling role. I’m pretty chill, enjoy having a few glasses of wine and cooking but am definitely not looking for a party house. I’m looking to share with up to two people or to find my own place. 😎
My house is a character cottage with lots and lots of charm it has high ceiling, polished floor boards and lovely cornicing. I won't deny it's somewhat 'retro' in places but who doesn't love an avocado kitchen and salmon bath. The back area is a 'work in progress' however I'm proud of the front which is a lovely spot to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. My house is a 5 minute walk to the river and there is a bus stop right outside that goes into the city. It is also close to Tonkin Highway so very convenient to get anywhere. The two rooms are big, one is a lovely east facing room at the front which get the morning sun and the other has a huge inbuilt wardrobe and desk. Both have ceiling fans and there is aircon to the front room. There is a big garage which housemates can use to store stuff, and it has a good treadmill in it which people are welcome to use. While I have put that bills are not included these will all still be in my name and I will still split these even though I will rarely be there, but I am also willing to negotiate this. This house is a labour of love and I would like to find housemates that are responsible, reliable and willing to care for my place in my absence.
Near new home suitable for professional and students with bus out the front and easy access to Morley Galleria and 9km ride to the city and 5 minute walk to Charlie's Continental Supermarket, Pharmacy and Medical. Property is air conditioned, with open plan living area and separate TV room. Dishwasher, ironing station, washer and dryer.
Close to airport and city, bus stop 4 min walk, walking and bicycle tracks along river, balcony overlooks river, quiet location, Foxtel, aircon have use of washing machine, furniture, tv, pots and pans cutlery, dishes, detergent for laundry and dishes is supplied, large house can have your own private space when required, not a party house
Hey guys - I’ve recently moved to Perth from NZ and are looking for a great group of people to live with. Ideally, I’m looking for people who are likeminded; friends living together instead of just flatmates. Ideally people who can help show me what’s good about Perth. Working fifo, I’m keen to get out and about on my week home, hitting the gym, beach and tennis court; but while I’m partial to a sneaky wine or gin every now and again, I’m also respectful, and appreciate respect and personal space. In return I can offer average banter, an easy beat on the tennis court and a Netflix account. Cheers!
Hey, I'm an architect working in a local government and i love being outdoors and being active. I'm a gym guy, but not the type to eat half a cup of broccoli 5 almonds and chicken breast every meal. I'm looking for a pretty chilled place, don't mind mingling and having a brew with people however, just not after a party pad. I'll be moving without much to add, but i'm pretty handy and would be happy to help build or fix things where i can. Love a good coffee too by the way
I'm a friendly, social 31yo female who is moving to Perth at the end of Jan. I'll be studying Teaching at ECU Mount Lawley 2 days a week, and will be getting some work as a Disability Support Worker once I have moved up. I'm looking for a friendly and welcoming sharehouse, with people in their late 20's- 30's who are up for some social times and like to share dinners and head to events. I'm a big music person, so plan on getting to a lot of gigs! I also like my quiet time & will be studying sometimes at home. I'm a big reader and head to Buddhist meditation classes a couple of times a week. I'm really flexible on the location as, for me, this move is about finding the right house & people to share with. Close to public transport would be an added bonus. I have a 5yo female Greyhound x (Jessie) who is lovely and quiet. Mostly an outside dog. Would be great to find a house with another dog for some extra company! My budget is around $200 per week & I would like to find a house with good internet. Please message if you've got any other questions.
I am 21 years old and work full time. I am a very tidy and organised person, and extremely clean. I enjoy watching netflix, cooking, and going out with friends on the weekend.
I like people, I am a good conversationalist, but I am also respectful and quiet. I love to clean, so you can be assured your place will look better once I arrive. It should be noted that I am disabled (chronic fatigue syndrome and autism) and I am on a pension, so I will be at home most of the time. I don't require much support from others, I'm largely independent.
Hi i'm Taylah! I work full time in Marketing, am super easy going, love to gym but equally love to sit on the coach and binge netflix with plenty of snacks. I also like getting out and exploring Perth - the outdoors, finding new places to eat, and a night out every once in a while. I'm looking for someone to move in with, preferably female. Needs to be clean and tidy, respectful of each others own space, and share similar values.
I'm from Albany Western australia AND MY FIONCE Is from paris but we are travelling australia together so we will be working most of the time when we find jobs. we are both very chilled and happy people.
Easy going, active. If I'm not working, I'm surfing or exercising. From New Zealand, minimalist who pretty much much fly's solo. Always up for an adventure or a laugh.
I'm a quiet housemate who is up for solid conversation. I work in the mental heath and youth sectors, and volunteer with what spare time I have. I am driven to help others treat people like people, recognising my constant need to grow in this area. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, who loves dogs (but isn’t a cat person) and is happy to potter sporadically in the garden. If you’ve a room to fill (mostly with books) or you’re looking for a team-up, please don’t hesitate to message me. Text, email, or message only, please!
