Hi, my name is Sonja. I recently arrived from Melbourne 2 years ago. I am currently renting a room in Canning Vale, through an agency, called Room Estate Property Group. The first 12 months were great. It was the best share house I've lived in. Then two chain smoking, chain vaping, and chain other drug gassers moved in and I was in the middle. Along with one girlfriend, it's been months of constant gassing day and night. I ended up sick from it with liver dysfunction. So I'm looking for a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, AND NON-METHING NOR ANY OTHER GASSING HOUSE. I am studying a Masters of Professional Accounting. I'm 75% into it so need a room for another 12 months. I tend to live in the Curtin university library. I can live anywhere and have my car. I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life. I even also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one. I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience, 20 of which, as a housemate. Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont. Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate. I have also been a head tenant for 13 years seeking approval to sublet to housemates. So I understand how scary the selection process can be.
