I´m a Mexican student, I´m coming to do a semester exchange. I ´m charismatic, friendly and really easy going. I like to go out with friends, go to a bar for a beer or an occasional party. I do not consider myself noisy, I am neat and clean. I am very respectful with the things and spaces of others. and I come with the best attitude to make new friends and live a good experience.
This is a small unit in the heart of Battery Point. It is walking distance from the CBD, Salamanca and Sandy Bay shops. The unit is fully furnished and got a under cover car spot. You get great views of Mt Wellington and River Derwent. There is a single bed in the room and could check with the landlord whether they will be happy to take it away if you need a double or queen size bed. The bills are about $80 per month during summer and about $130 per month during winter (heating is bit expensive). Unfortunately no pets are allowed. A gold fish or tortoise would be ok :)
Hi, we are Chisato and Hiro from Japan and England. I work in disability support and Chisato works in massage therapy. We're considerate of other people's space, and also like to have a chat when it suits others. We're clean and tidy and prompt with payments(:

Perfectly located within walking distance to UTAS, bus stop, Salamanca, Hobart CBD, the Sandy Bay shopping and the Battery Point Village. Everything required to live comfortably, the unit also offers stunning views out over Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay and up to Mount Nelson. This unit also has its small terrace which is perfect for soaking up the morning rays with a coffee. No pet/No house party/No smoking Must be Friendly, Clean and Tidy Respect privacy and personal space
I'm a marine biologist at IMAS and just came over to Tassie to start my PhD in the end of last year. I have to move out of my current room within the next 5 weeks as it will be renovated. Would prefer to find a long-term place to stay! I am easy-going, love being outdoors hiking and camping and respect others people's privacy, but I am always up for having dinner together in the evening. I don't have problems with pets and I'm able to keep my room tidy. What are you waiting for? Just drop me a message :)
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
I just really wanna live up at Mt Nelson, to be honest. I love being up high and having a view. But seeing as I’m a poor uni student, I’m happy to live in Sandy Bay/South Hobart and surrounds (can’t really dismiss too many offers in my situation). Currently, I’m living in Dynnyrne near UTAS in one of the Accommodation Services colleges but I’m rather keen to get out (been here too long, man). I’m not too fussed about moving in/out dates but I’d like to have somewhere to stay for the rest of the uni year. I’m studying at Art School (Hunter Street) and also undertaking an online course, but I partake in sports and other activities on the main UTAS campus, so I’d prefer to be living in the vicinity rather than the CBD or North Hobart, etc. Plus, I really need space, fresh air, and privacy - I don’t do too well right in suburbia. I do a lot of stuff on my own, like bike riding, exploring Hobart, and arty/crafty things, but I also love cracking open a cold one with the boys and going out on the town. Most of the time I keep to myself, however, so I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’d consider myself a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate. My interests include soccer/futsal, running and sport in general, bush-walking (visiting kunanyi, etc), patting dogs at the beach and patting cats in the street, swimming, listening to the best music choices, watching the coolest content on the Internet, and going on the swings at any time of the day or night. Basically, I’m a kool-kat and you should rent somewhere with me.
I'm a 23 year old student studying via distance at the moment but moving to Hobart in May. I'm studying French and German so if you speak it, please get in touch! I'm a very easy-going, clean and considerate non smoker and light drinker. I enjoy my own space but also like hanging out and meeting new people.
My likes: - live music - cycling - reading - aussie rules (go pies!) - cricket (tests) - politics (talking/debating) - independent movies - gym - fruit and vegetables - red wine and xxxx - doing volunteer work with chartities looking after the homeless. i am generally neat and tidy, but not OCD neat and tidy. I enjoy chatting to people, but also some quiet time. Saturday mornings are generally spent at the market and then reading the paper - an actual newspaper not online.
Josh and Lane are a couple of experienced renters who have left their house-hunting a little too late, and are quite desperate to find themselves a home soon. Currently we are both in our final year of University, and also working part-time in the Salamanca area, so proximity to these places would be ideal for us. We are both neat and quiet, but are always down for a bit of fun. We also have experience renting in Hobart, so we are more than clued up about how to handle the whole process. We've set a max budget of around $180 per person per week, so hopefully we can find ourselves some nice housemates and a nice place to live. We currently have a few places shortlisted to apply for ASAP, all we need is the housemates to help fill the quota. Can easily meet to learn more about each other as writing can only tell you so much about ourselves. Cheers guys.
Organised, reliable and easy going individual, have a part time job at a pub and also study full time. Don't smoke, love music and having a cheeky beer. New to Tassie (only been down here for 6 months) and fallen in love with it so looking for somewhere to stay for the rest of my studies. I am a respectful older individual who enjoys his own time and doesn't enjoy the going to town scene anymore, but is just as happy socialising over a wine. Cheers
Hi! My name is Dipon and I am moving to Hobart to pursue my PhD studies in Microbiology from the University of Tasmania. As a person I am lively, friendly, likes company but respect privacy. My favorite past time activities are watching and playing football, outdoor activities, reading books and having a nice conversation.
Quite and clean, completing an honours year at UTAS. Love the outdoors and the native wildlife. I'm from South Aust. and never been to Tas, so just looking for a furnished room, as I'm just coming with what fits in my car.
I’m In Hobart on a Working Holiday visa, and am looking to rent a room with my girlfriend for up to 6 months. I have lived in Shared Housing throughout my time at University (4 years), and consider myself to be clean and organised. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym and drink in bars.

Hey I'm Grace, I've spent two years living alone and managing my own tenancy but I'm looking for a new place to share with a group of groovy people who can relate. I work most week nights and attend Tafe so I would hope to find people with similar goals to be working and/or studying. I should probably have more hobbies than I do but I love making art and petting cute dogs counts yeah? I'm also on Centerlink for studying whilst living independently so I am able to pay rent and responsible enough to have savings for bills and emergencies. I have a really good record with my current landlord and am only leaving in the hopes to find a bigger place and other folks to share somewhere with. If you feel we could get along shoot me a message or even if you just have some questions.
I’m a climber currently living in a short-term rental in Hobart and seeking long-term lease (1-2 years) in Hobart. I’m ready to move at any time from now to 2019. This ad is always valid unless I've found an ideal place. No preferred gender. About me: Honest, mature, tidy, open-minded, easy-going and considerate. Love outdoor sports, nature and animals. Will begin my first semester in UTAS on Feb. Originally from Shanghai. Good at sports massage. Will be great if we could rent through agency or the owner. About the property: not too far from uni and city. Would be great to have 0-2 housemates. Big room and nice backyard would be better. Price range: 150-250 depends on how it is. If you know any information please text me. Thank you very much!
