I am a Senior HSE Safety Coordinator/Manager. I have worked in many locations throughout Australia and abroad. I enjoy most things life offers and very social when away from work. I do enjoy a glass of red or white wine to distress at the end of the week from the challenges of work but also enjoy quite times watching a good movie. I have been offered a role in Sydney for 6 months possibly 12 months with an organisation to assist with the works of upgrading the infrastructure services throughout Sydney. I have a beautiful home in Brisbane where I live so being clean and tidy and hygienic is part of me. Happy to send a few photos of my home if required, cheers.
I am a full time worker, 19, and work very demanding hours. I start at 3:50am every day 13 days on 1 off so I’m not a massive party goer or night owl. I do like the occasional late night out and ‘stuff it’ kind of night but besides that I’m quite quiet, tidy and to myself mostly. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love to socialise and make the most of my days when I can. I do currently have a partner which I usually see quite a lot so preferably I’d like to live with people who would not have all that many issues with him being around. He’s not the type to touch or go near anything that isn’t his and I am the same; both very respectful. I do have a dog who isn’t currently living with me but I would like to have her company once again (she is living with my parent) but of course isn’t a legitimate requirement. I am quite bubbly so I’d like to live with like wise people but I get that everyone needs their down time and space :)

Hi there, My name is Karvya, I'm an Australian born Sri Lankan. Currently, I'm working in a full time administrative role whilst dabbling in my creative interests on the side. I could bore you with all the dry information but here's a few details about me: - I'm a caring, passionate and considerate person who loves all things, art, food, culture and nature related. - I consider a home to be a sanctuary and and Im looking to live with roommates who share this value :) I'm passionate about maintaining a clean, inviting and positive home. If you're looking for a housemate who is responsible, truthful and who also enjoys cleaning (weird I know), then look no further! I'm your roomie (y) Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Thanks Karvya
Easy going and hard working. Currently relocating from Darwin to work in Mount Druitt. Full time employment and steady income. Easy going and easy to get along with. I cook and clean up after myself, very independent. I work hard and in my spare time I volunteer in the community.
Rent includes electricity and water, internet is extra p/m. 5 minute walk from shops including Woolies, Coles & Aldi, bus stops that service Parramatta and the city, and a local pub. Quiet street and most importantly, neighbours at not awful!
Our 2-year-old apartment is a showcase of convenience. Located in the heart of Baulkham Hills, within a stone's throw of Stockland Mall and Public Transport, you will receive a secure basement car space with lift access to the third floor. The apartment is air-conditioned, and we have NBN (100/40mbps - unlimited) and Foxtel. We are on the quiet side of the complex and get minimal road noise. The apartment is very well built and is insulated well against noise pollution and the weather. We're offering a fully furnished apartment and bedroom, including all bills. All you have to do is bring your personal effects and clean up after yourself - everything else is taken care of!
Friendly and positive, clean and tidy, honest and reliable, love a good laugh and banter. I respect other people's privacy and space. I am semi retired, and also a women's empowerment facilitator with my own website. I do enjoy meditation and self-development to maintain inner peace and joy.
Hey guys! I’m currently leasing a two bedder apartment on the cusp of Parramatta CBD and North Parramatta. Sadly my current flat mates are moving to the Gong. I’m looking for someone to either continue the lease for this apartment with myself, or branch out to team up for another property close by (basically anywhere along/off Windsor/Old Northern Road/where there are bus lines feeding into Parramatta CBD). A bit about myself, I work in Parramatta for a non for profit- I’m basically married to my job so I will be either at work or catching up on sleep in my room. I do enjoy a chat and a drink or two. I like to cook when I can (my specialty is baked cheesecake) so I’m happy to share cooking dinners/meals and socialising but I can also understand if you’d prefer to be left alone. I’m a clean and tidy person but not neurotic- i hate vacuuming but I find cleaning kitchens soothing LOL. I pay utilities and rent on time.
I'm meticulously tidy and hate mess, and I tend to keep to myself, I'm very busy with working as a swimming teacher 5-7 days a week, teacher's aide work one day a week and part time study. I love music, sailing, reading and gaming. I will have my young cat in tow as she is an emotional support animal, but can keep her within my own space.
Hello! I'm looking for a relaxed place I can come home to put my feet up in and potentially make some new friends in too! I am currently studying at Western Sydney & working part-time. Looking to expand my horizons and learn a little bit about myself & the world. I consider myself open minded and I am also a nervous cleaner (I promise to use my talents whenever required)! I love plants, reading and pizza. Generally I spend most of my days at either work or uni and the rest of the time watching TV, playing games, reading or drawing. I am hoping that moving into a flat with some roomies will help me create some great new friends (or if you would prefer I can keep to myself), and teach me some new things that I never knew before. If you're interested please don't be afraid to message me & I will try to respond as soon as I can! :)
*Looking for two bedrooms* Jessie is a full time Archivist for an engineering company in the city, Jasmine is a full time Paediatric Nurse at the Childrens Hospital. We are both heavily involved in motorsport. Neither of us are big drinkers but we do enjoy a few drinks every now and then. We are looking for someone who is also easy going to rent a place with.
This property is brand new to us (we have been approved but the lease hasn't started yet), so it's a clean slate ready to be turned into a home! We will furnish the common areas including lounge room, kitchen and laundry. There is also a 3rd bedroom which we won't be renting out as it is the only way to access the backyard, this leaves an extra room for storage, a desk, or whatever you may need. I apologise for the inconsistent photos, I got them from past listings of the house as I haven't had a chance to take any photos of my own.
I am doing my mater in engineering. Working at aircondition company. I am an easy going and quiet boy. You could hardly find me at home as i am always out to work or gym. I am looking for a neat and peaceful place to live.
