I also have certificates in Permaculture and Aquaponics for organic food production with water security, especially in arid areas. Although I do not have pets of my own, I enjoy pet/house sitting for others, so I can be away for the occasional weekend or longer during the holidays. I have a professional profile on MadPaws for this with a number of 5 star ratings, where insurance is also provided for the homeowner. I love animals and it is a great way to spend time with them without the long-term commitments. I have rented rooms over the past 9 years (in 2 locations) and always pay on time. I would like to pursue a more permanent solution to room renting if at all possible as owners can decide that they no longer wish to rent them out and at my age, I no longer wish to keep moving, albeit only twice in the past 9 years. I can provide written references from past room owners if required. I am happy to look at other suburbs, apart from what I have listed in my profile.
