This brand new 9th floor apartment is fully furnished and conveniently located (right next to Bell Station) with impressive city views. You would have your own room (city views included) with mirrored floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, along with your own private bathroom just across the hall from your bedroom. Nice modern kitchen with a dishwasher and great cooking facilities along with a good amount of storage space. Fantastic Samsung heater/air-conditioner. NBN Internet. Video security intercom. Double glazed windows in the apartment, so very nice and quiet despite being right next to the train station. Decent sized balcony area. There's also secure off street parking that would be yours and a storage cage down in the basement that we'd both have access to. All shared area furnishings and appliances (TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner & clothes dryer) are taken care of. There is also a double bed available for your room if you're in need of one. The bedroom can be left with or without the bed. Up to you.
Sweet little townhouse in great pocket of Preston (near Thornbury border). Next to Bell station and easy walking to both Plenty Rd and St George's Rd trams. 3 bedrooms, sharing with one person (me!) and a friendly cat. Available now but I need to move some things around so pretty flexible with start date.
Public transport is 200m (train and tram). Building is next the main road. Taxi, buses are available all the time. Supermarket is 300m. MacD is 50m. Plenty of options for food. Hospital, School and MELBOURNE polytechnic college is nearby. Nice courtyard. All currently living flatmates are friendly and helpful. Air condition and full furnished.
*** please do not message my mobile, just send me a message on this with a bit about yourself if it’s not on your profile If you wanna live in Preston then this is the perfect spot, 4 min walk to train station ( Bell) and 10 minutes to the 86. 5 minutes to the market and aldi, wollies not much further. Right behind High street so its easy access to all the foods. This is a 2 bedroom house, huge rooms ( the available room is 5x5m maybe) big bathroom with bath tub, an actual laundry, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The bedroom also has built in robes and is unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished though there is room for more additions, its a bit sparse tbh. You will also get a lock up garage because i dont have a car!
Large room available for rent in a quaint 3 bedroom house in a quiet street in Preston for a mature person. Rent including internet is $145 per week. Expenses are the usual gas, electricity, household cleaning and water. Most of the street parking has a 2 hr limit till 6 pm but there are the odd spots around where you can park all day for free. Tram 86 passes our street and the Bell St train station is only a 5-10 min walk. The place is furnished except for your bedroom. There is a separate lounge, kitchen, a small storage room and a small backyard, (most pets are welcome, except snakes). Sorry, no smokers allowed. I'm a shift worker and often sleep during the day, my other flatmate is a mature adult student so it's not a party house and we would prefer someone who is working regular hours, happy to do their own thing, clean and tidy and can push a lawnmower around. If you are interested please call. Cheers V

Currently living in Essendon with an awesome flatmate who is leaving for the UK early next year to live out her dreams. That means I have to move out sometime before then, preferably November or later, sooner if something great pops up. About me - I'm a 24 y.o. full-time digital designer for a printing company, working often 6 days per week. I'm a clean and respectful person, and I'm out and about for most of the week. I get along with pretty much any person or pet, I'm always up for a chat and love animals. I'm keen to live pretty much anywhere that is within 30 mins of my work commute to Thomastown, provided it is a nice home in a friendly neighborhood. Feel free to ask me any questions.
Hi there! I’m Tegan, I’m 25 and work in film and television. I’m looking to move Northside into a social house with 2 others. I like having friends over for dinner and a drink, catching a movie, reading and cooking. Looking for a house that doesn’t mind watching a show together or having a cup of tea in the afternoon ☺️
Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
I've been in large houseshares for the past several years and am easy to live with. Looking for a stress free haven after a busy worklife and would be happy with something self contained. I work for City of Darebin in events, venues and libraries and appreciate a sense of community. I love animals and regularly go housesitting and pet sitting for privacy and animal contact. I also like the arts and am involved in Melbourne Spoken Word. Being close to public transport is important for work - either the 86 or 11 tram and Hurstbridge and/or South Morang lines. I'll buy a car in future but as long as I'm close to PT, it's not my highest priority. Ideally I'd prefer to stay in Northcote but have lived in West Preston which I also enjoyed. I can move any time if I find the right place but am in no hurry.
Hey there! I’m Cassidy, I’m 20 and I’ve been living in Newcastle all my life and just about to transfer to Melbourne for work. I will be working in retail in the city. Very easy-going fun person and not picky, just wanting a room in a share house soon for work. For fun I love to watch movies, go out with friends and I love making new friends!
Hello future housemates!! We are a Chilean-Australian couple, very social, clean and easygoing, we like to relax and have a couple of drinks during the weekend. Both working full time. We love to cook 😗🙌 Marcia, psychologist from Chile, 27 years old, she loves to learn new things every day, looking for an interesting course in Melbourne. She loves animals, to ride on bike and read. Cory, Australian 27 years old, he is a qualified mechanic and now he works full time doing an apprenticeship in bricklaying. We love to make new friends, we are looking for a like minded couple, will suit perfect with us. 420 friendly 😃
We are an easy going couple looking for another friendly couple or person to find a 2/3 bedroom place to start a new sharehouse. Preferably in Macleod (super cheap!) but also open to elsewhere. As we both work full time, Luke in Signwriting and myself in Education (+study), during the week we are pretty low key. We like all the good stuff wine, Netflix, cooking, attempting to be fit and the occasional boardgame night. On the weekends we will be with friends, going for drinks, hiking and fun projects we can find around the home! We are looking for people who will be social, will want to eat, have a glass of wine or watch a tv show together. In saying this, we are also very considerate and respectable and like our own space too. Looking for people who are like-minded and like keeping their place clean. Message us if you are interested and we can go from there!
Hey! We are two housemates (plus doggo) looking for a third person to join us in searching for a place in the northern suburbs. We are mostly interested in Northcote, Thornbury, Coburg, Brunswick and Preston and would like to sign a lease in December. Ideally you are in your twenties with a steady job and looking to pay about $180-$200pw. We would like to live with someone who wants to make a house a home and get to know the people they live with, but acknowledges space is important :) obviously paying rent on time and cleanliness is essential. About us: Sofia is a 22 yr old actress & hospitality worker. She is a creative who loves to draw and play music, and is always down to watch a movie and have a drink. Alisa is 22 and works in education. She spends her free time cooking, reading and being outdoors. Is partial to a couple of glasses of white, but will be in bed by 10:30 haha. Neo is a sun-seeking, lap-sitting 7 yr old Greyhound cross who just wants chin scratches and belly rubs. He is a very good boy, with two references from previous rentals. If you're looking to move around December and we sound like a good fit, please message us so we can meet up :) Must be LGBT friendly and love dogs.
Hello! I'm in the final stages of completing a now full-time bachelor of health science - naturopathy. I work part-time in an health food store, and sometimes in an office. Loving things extends to comedy improv, hiking, photography, exercise, escape rooms, podcasts, cooking, books and friends. My housemate credentials are some of the best you'll ever come across. Not only can I provide the house with expired health food, but I am also in possession of a fridge, washing machine, and general practical furniture things. I'm considerate, easy to approach, friendly, and can scrub toilets really really well.
Hi you :) I´m an exchange student from Germany doing my masters thesis at RMIT Bundoora. At the moment I´m living in Bundoora but I want to move closer to the city center, preferably close to Tram 86 because I have to get to RMIT as well ;) I´m a nice and easy person (at least my friends says so) and I´m always up for a glass of wine and chatting. I like going out with friends for great food and music. So if you have a room available just let me know, I would love to come by and get to know you :)
I work part time in mental health and spend my free time away hiking/camping, having a boogie, doing yoga and questioning the very fabric of reality. I'm a pretty positive and upbeat person who will bring impromptu dancing and shower singing to the house. I'm fairly social and I get along well with most people, but also like, and respect others', solo time and space. I'm also a stellar communicator and would love to live in a place where open communication is a value. Also, the kind of place you can feel is your sanctuary, both the home and the housemates, from the sometimes soul-crushing world.
