Heyya! I am Sagar (male ,35) of Indian origin but living in Melbourne from last 15 years. I am a professional working full time in IT industry. I am very neat and tidy person and like my surroundings to be the same. I can be a good in-house handyman for things need fixing or fine tuning. I am a smoker but never inside the house and trying to cut down and quit soon. Not a chatter box but would always love a chat over cuppa or a beer. My friends might complaint that I crack them up with my humor even when they were supposed to act grumpy!! I am a single parent of 5 year old boy. He is usually with me over the weekends and occasionally during the week. He will start school next year in far North suburb and hence need to get a place a bit closer to cut down on commute times. We are very happy go lucky kinda people and love to play outdoors and spend time out and about specially at the beach or a park. We would be occupied within ourselves but occasionally wouldn't mind sharing a laugh or playing a game or two with everyone in house. He is a people's person you see! I am looking to move around late October early November and happy to buy furniture or any other stuff if needed so no issues. About the length of stay, currently for around 4-6 months and then might extend but we can negotiate that. If you have any spare room for offer then would love to hear from you. Thanks. Regards, Sagar

I moved down from Queensland 1 year ago and have been sharing with others up until now but am now seeking self contained accommodation rather than sharing. A 57 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too as they are true judges of character ;) I also require the Internet. Michael

Can fit a double/ queen bed, clothes rack, shelf, or drawers/desk depending on what you need in your room Room is $136 rent per week, paid monthly (near end of each month), excluding bills Bills are split evenly between residents, and are cheap ! (gas, electricity, water) estimated quarterly due, and unlimited internet $22 monthly. Good cables for gaming so I have been told before Bond is about $390, excluding transfer lease fee [There is a transfer lease fee that I will go half in to add your name and subtract mine off the lease ($60 total, $30 each) ] Month to month lease, preferring someone willing to rent minimum 3 months or more The housemates are lovely, chill, accommodating human beings and the room to occupy has a lot of perks listed here Seeking: A kind, considerate, mature, clean, respectful early-mid-late twenties human being, that is financially stable and uses smart sense to pay bills and rent on time. Prior share-housing experience preferred MUST be truthfully LBGT+ friendly as this is essential in profiling whether you are a suitable applicant to this share-house. Either gender (sex). Night shift workers may apply if considerate to arrive home mindfully (I wake up very early to go to work, being mindful how I move in the house and the same goes for the other housemates if we leave/arrive early/late in the house) No time wasters or energy drainers. Genuine applicants only Located in Preston, brisk 10-15minute walk to Preston train station, Woolworths, High Street shops, Chemist Warehouse, Preston Market, and less than 7minute walk to stop 39, Tram 11 Plenty of cafes/restaurants to try, local GPs nearby, various public transport options Would suit a professional worker, or student who is also working. I am Camilla - Austrian (and half Swedish) and currently moved to Melbourne. I’m a full- time student at La Trobe and I’m searching for a nice place to live around! About me: I am an easy-going, friendly person, who likes to socialize and prefers a home more than a house...I like clean environments so I always keep things tidy. For me mostly the vibe in the house is important and that everyone is respectful with each other. Clear communication, reliability and a good sense of humour shared together, is what I like in my housemates. Moreover giving privacy when wanted/needed but also being able to hang out together is important for me. I love to cook, laugh and laugh, share a glass of wine, meditate, do Reiki, discuss life, read and simply enjoy life and everything that nourishes the soul ☺
Hi, I'm am Jess, a kind, considerate, respectful human being who is seeking a new abode to call home. I want to contribute to an existing household (house) sociably and environmentally wise, and have prior share-housing experience (current and prior). [open to team ups, but have minimal resources to furnish a place individually, so would outsource collectively if so] Prefer Housemates > housemate My search perimeters are Preston, Clifton Hill, Collingwood, Alphington, and Fitzroy North. Would consider Prahran, Northcote, Thornbury if nearby a train station) Ideally would pay max rent of $170 per week (excluding bills), maximum to $200 per week rent for what I seek in a room, place (month to month, 6 months plus lease contracts ideal) Require a medium sized or larger private, unfurnished bedroom with FLAT TERRAIN (space for Yoga practice and my own bedroom furniture) Built in robes ideal Ideal property has: open loungeroom backyard bathroom with a separate toilet gas cooking chill housemates (non-smokers) 15minutes walking distance from train station (South Morang, Greensborough or Hurstbridge line) I work nearly full time business day hours in the health industry, practice and take class for yoga teacher training, like to dance, walk outdoors, explore Melbourne and inner city skirts, hone back to my young self and rollerblade, cooking (flexitarian), and also am into human movement platforms, film, photography and socialising with friends and family I tend to do my socialising away from household, and keep my room my space to relax. If this is like your share-house, then this works for me. I don't mind if friends visit - some notice is great to communicate to housemates I like animals (pets a bonus), am independent (I functionally and responsibly take care of myself, and my lifestyle, and also expect this of my housemates. Not looking for in each others pocket dynamic. Stable, reliable, honest, and mature beings who prefer to co-reside together and are amicably friendly will be kinship to me, with the probability of the occasional dinner together or recreational group activity. If you have a room that will become available soon, early -mid October onwards and think from reading my criteria description that I have the potential to be a housemate in your abode, please message me with specifics of when the room is available, suburb, housemate bio, rent details and/or share a link to your own flatmates link, and I'll reply asap. Look forward to meeting my potential new housemates, Jess
