Hello there. My name is Mia, I am 30 years old female, and I am coming with my beloved fluffy cat Bruno. We are both very easy going, clean and tidy and love to live life fully. I am originally from Czech Republic, but now with PR, I am staying in Australia for good. I am working as kindergarten teacher assistant part time at the moment. I love to spend time in nature, connecting spiritually, meditate with holistic approach to life.
Seeking ONE tidy, responsible individual - prefer FEMALE but may consider a male (prefer 25+, working full time) to join me and my housemate in my lovely two storey home. We're on the border of Preston/Reservoir, 100m from the tram and a 1.5 min drive from the train station. The room is a good size with multiple windows, has built in mirrored wardrobe and family sized bathroom with bath (shared with just one other tidy person). Upstairs toilet is separate and there's another toilet downstairs. Brand new carpet was laid upstairs (including your room) last year. Room is available from now (slightly negotiable for the right person). Sorry, no couples, smokers or additional pets. Prefer females, but must be tidy, respectful of the communal space, friendly and like dogs. Prefer full time workers, those wanting to stay long-term (1 year), and no students. The house is fully furnished throughout, including the kitchen – cutlery, crockery, appliances, all cookware, baking equipment etc. Bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished with bed, mattress, bedside table, desk and chair for an extra $15 per week. The house has central heating, evaporative cooling, good sized courtyard, LOTS of storage, spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area, street parking (no permit required). House is conveniently 150-300m from cafes, fruit shop, Indian grocer, pizza, kebab, fish and chips, Thai, Indian, massage centre and post office. Coles is 600m away. Rent is $201 per week, which INCLUDES a weekly cleaner, regular lawn mowing and UNLIMITED ADSL internet. Security bond of four weeks rent is also required prior to moving in. The only expense on top of rent is bills (electricity, gas, water) which are split equally. They’re minimal and VERY affordable as I work lots and we’re sensible. Our gas bill just arrived (3 months of use) and was $40 each!
My name is Carissa and I am 23-years-old and work full-time as a mental health support worker. I am quite independent but love the company of others and a magnet for positive energy. I am neat and tidy, courteous, and able to keep my belongings to my own space. I am also pretty laid-back, honest, and reliable. I enjoy reading, watching trash TV, the occasional G&T and throwing a bit of banter around. I tend to be home on weeknights and like to go out and socialise on the weekends.
Hello hello hello! My name is Tanielle, people call me Tee. I am a full time art student, studying at the Melbourne Polytechnic Preston Campus 4-5 days a week. I am studying a diploma of Illustration at the present time, moving into a bachelor of fine arts next year in 2019. I am looking to move due to study! Ideally close to Preston/surrounding suburbs and easy to get to and from city as I will be at the RMIT city campus next year! I am looking for a clean, tidy friendly environment that I can call home. I am a people person so always up for chats, tea and coffee. I love to read, write and play music. I DO have a pet Bunny (who is as about as small as a baby kitten) however is FULLY trained and ALWAYS stays with me in my room :). I am looking to move ASAP but will need to give notice to my realtor. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and looking forward to hearing from you to find my future cosy home!! :) Flip me a message for any enquires, questions and or/ contact details :) Peace and love, thank you Tee!
I work full-time in games development as a 3D Artist. I spend most of free time also on computers, when I'm not helping run a badminton club for queer women.
Looking for an ideal place to call home for at least 6-12 months. I can provide a pet bond, and references if you need! I rise early, walk Taco, do ballet workout, shower, then head out. I'll be studying ballet in the city, an additional course, and working: hospitality, and animal rescue. We need a dog-friendly place where Taco will be treated like a member of the household. I'm training him to help take out the garbage, and German, cos he has the basics down. It'd be wonderful to cheer-up sick children in hospital, so I guess Taco will be working too haha ;p We're quiet, love having fun and sharing happiness lol I tend to do cute character voices for his amusement, so we definitely won't be ghosts, or strangers to you. However, I do enjoy my solitude - the most efficient way to get a lot of study done. Always pay rent and bills on time! Have done so for 8 years, worked since age 9. I'm ambitious, a hardworker. Only on hiatus til I find a place in Melbourne. But will definitely be back in town for meet and greets. Taco is house-trained. Pointer X. Excited to make new friends, and go on lots of adventures. We play catch, cos I'm an awesome parent, and he is so lovable you'll want to rescue every shelter dog! 💗 I take care of Taco 100% + clean as I go, all the usual stuff! I'm easy-going, enjoy good conversation, love to mess around and laugh, but who doesn't! Secure outdoor area. Private room. Anywhere 10 mins (1km) from a station is mint! If you're experienced, friendly and chill it'll be fun! Good communication✅ Boardgames? And if you're a guy, nothing weird please. Finding somewhere by June would be killer! Anything else, just ask Thanks♡☆ Luna and Taco ^_^🐾
I'm 21 years old moving to Melbourne from Hobart in late August/ early September (dates are flexible). I will be beginning study in September and looking for some easy going people to live with. I'm clean and tidy and love to have a laugh but am extremely respecting of your space and privacy.
Hello I'm Andy, I'm 23 year old professional working near La Trobe University who is respectful and mindful of a person's space. I work full-time hours during the week. I am a clean, quiet and tidy housemate. My spare time is usually spent at home gaming, watching movies/series and cooking.
Hey there, I'm a ex-kiwi, ex-Qlder, long term Melbournite recently returned from two years working in The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach regularly where my family are now based. I have a 4yo dog, Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. I’m looking to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I’m sometimes vegetarian and make eco-conscious choices with products & practices. A tidy house, early bill payments and live respectfully is just what I do. I have full-time permanent employment in Rosanna so ideally want a 12month lease within easy commute (but thinking even longer term). I am looking for a stable home rather than a transition house. If this sounds like a good match, I’d love to hear from you! Cheers, Katy
Hi fellow house hunters!!! Names Gemma, have recently accepted a job offer in Melbourne and will be moving down from bendigo at the end of May beginning of June. I am looking for a very pet friendly property as I have a beautiful gentle giant (Great Dane) called Odin. I am pretty relaxed, I’m not a clean freak, but am tidy...... like a good night in watching tv, up for a drink and a chin wag, but am respectful when others want space. Odin is very easy to get along with, and I haven’t met someone who hasn’t fallen in love with him. Odin is an inside dog, he is also incredibly lazy, due to his size... he also does not require a lot of space, as he sleeps most of the time. 100% toilet trained, can shake your hand, and can also give you a kiss 😂 Odin is Ok with other dogs, but generally only really calm breeds, and bigger dogs. He has also lived with 2 cats and tends to ignore them. Especially if the cat lets him know who’s boss lol. I am happy to join anyone who has a pre existing house. Would prefer to only have 1 other housemate who loves animals. I am also willing to team up with someone, if they are looking in the same area. Drop me a line if you have any questions, a place available, or interested in a team up. Gem States I’m a non smoker, at present I am trying to quit... 😬

Available bedroom is upstairs, good size with a walk in robe!! You will share a bathroom with just one guy who is tidy. The house is pretty spacious, we never feel like we're in each other's way. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Small courtyard out the back, perfect for a summer bbq. Communal car park out the back of the complex. Bond and one month of rent will need to be paid upfront to secure the room.
I currently live in my hometown on the border of Victoria and NSW but I am going to move to the big smoke and experience something new. I’m a very easy going, polite and tidy person who loves her own space but also the company of others. I am a early childhood educator. I enjoy going for walks/runs, gym, cooking and living life to the fullest. I look forward to meeting new people :)
This is a modern, (almost) furnished apartment located the Preston area. It is a short 2 minute walk away from the Preston Train Station and the Preston Market. It is a two bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (you'll get your own bathroom. It would also be shared with guests as it is in the common area). We also have a washing machine! We have a nice sized balcony, which might come in handy for smokers or if you like fresh air. The bedroom is a decent size with wardrobe and cupboard. A queen bed will fit, or a double with room for a desk. Rent $170 per week Bond $594
I’m 27 from the uk. This is my fourth year in Melbourne. Soccer player and personal trainer so like to keep myself fit. My name is Savanna and I am 21 years old! I grew up in Seville, in the Yarra Valley. I have a Bachelor of Creative Arts from La Trobe University and I am now working in a vintage boutique! Now that's out of the way! I am an actress who is about to direct their first play! I love TV, food and wine, cheese, knitting, hanging with friends and being all round creative. I'm a very fun, extroverted person who enjoys a good chat with housemates but also respects alone time. I am tidy and will complete weekly chores. I'm having to move because of a break up (yay) so I would love to find somewhere soon :)

Aly and I are both doctors who have recently moved to Melbourne! We will be working at the Northern Hospital A&E department! We’ve lived with housemates before and thought it would be nice to have another couple to help explore our new home! We are very friendly, well house trained and sociable and would expect any prospective housemates to be the same! We’ve never yet burned a house down and are well over qualified to deal with any avacado slicing injuries you may incur! We are veggie most of the time and love to cook for friends or go out if we are off at the weekends! We are very active, Aly is a climber and we love to cycle, hike, run and swim as much as work allows! We would be looking for a place with a spare room for when friends or family visit and ideally some outdoor space! We would love to hear from you!
