I keep to myself and clean up after myself. I sometimes cook extra food that i may not be able to have myself. I studied fashion design and currently drive limousines for work. I usually play computer games in my spare time. Also if able I'd like to set up space to do sewing.
Hey everyone, I'm currently looking for a room in an established share house to move into in March. I'm 26 years old and just graduated from Box Hill Institute studying music composition. I'm looking to live around the northern suburbs (Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Northcote, etc.). My budget for rent is around $210 per week. Feel free to send me a private message. Thanks, Isabele.
I'm a tidy, considerate and friendly guy, who loves his videogames and a good chat.
Hi, I am from the States, here on a working holiday visa and pretty new to Melbourne. I am a non-smoker, clean, tidy, responsible, respectful and love the outdoors. I get along easily with most people as I'm pretty open-minded. Currently looking for a shorter or flexible lease as I'm still looking for work but if the fit is right I am happy to stay much longer.
This three bedroom, three bathroom, three story townhouse is perfect for those looking to live in an ideal and convenient location. Just a short walk from High Street, this property is just minutes away from some of Melbourne's best restaurants, cafes and bars. Public transport is also easily accessible with a train station and two tram lines within walking distance
Hi! Me and Moo the cat are moving back to Melbourne from a little adventure up North. We both keep to ourselves, me working part time/full time and studying while Moo spends most her time sleeping. I work between childcare and hospo while studying education and am looking for a place to live for 3-6 months. I’m tidy and considerate of others and keep Moo’s things the same! If I’m not spending my $$ on food or at work then I’m usually just lazying around during the week. Weekends I’m always down for a drink and a dance or even just to hang out.
The house has a dining room, a lounge that can be easily opened or closed to the rest of the house, and an expansive kitchen with windows opening out to a newly refurbished outdoor deck. The deck is perfect for summer meals, and there’s also a lawn area, veggie patch currently full of herbs and rocket, and a separate bungalow we use as a study/studio space. We've got an air conditioner in the living rooms to make the hot days a bit more pleasant, and central heating to keep us cozy in winter. There's lots of transport options with two buses on the street, the 86 tram a 6min walk away, and Preston Station 15min on foot, or 5min on the bus. We're also very close to Preston Market, and the High Street restaurants and grocers. The bedroom available fits a queen bed, bedside table, and all your clothes. There's also some nice built in shelving and a lovely big window. We're looking for someone easy-going who can help out with running the house without too much prompting, and is up for a bit of socialising too. While the rent is conveniently low, this is not a cheap student house. Mostly, we're after someone looking for a home and not just somewhere to store their stuff. We all love this place and are keen to find someone also wanting to make it their home.
I'm a student lucky enough to already get a job in the marketing industry, so I'm now finishing off my degree online one subject at a time. I also do promotional work in the evenings/on the weekends. I love my veggies and salad creations, but I'm keen to learn to cook some more proper meals! Not vego or anything, but Lentils can be my second home sometimes. I have a passion for travel and last year got to experience living in a shared apartment in Barcelona whilst doing an internship! I've been to SE Asia and Europe a bunch of times as well. I won't lie, I enjoy going out and I love my festivals, but being used to living at home I am respectful of the house and of those around me, I don't like my beauty sleep being disturbed either. If anything you'll catch me outside putting together my latest outfits! Or doing some yoga, which I am also very passionate about. Keen to live closer to everything so that I can take my bike/transport over driving.
I am full time worker (finance), but beside that I enjoy doing different kind of sports (yoga, stretch, acro, aerials) and dance (Zouk). I love to travel, meet new people and go to music festivals. At the same time I am very organised (huge fun of Microsoft Excel) and responsible - trying to be the best version of myself (spirituality, self-development, meditations). Most of my time I spend outside, but it's important for me to have my own clean space where I can rest after the busy day. I am very social and honest person. I come from Poland (speak Polish, English, French). I search for a place where I can have good connection with my flatmates, so we can share sometimes food/wine or watch movies together. I would prefer to live with full time working people, where everyone respects each other space and where we can create something beautiful together. For the last year I've been doing housesittings, which means I was living with different animals, where their owners were away. I love all the animals, but cats are my favorites. By doing house-sittings I learnt that I feel much better in the clean & tidy spaces, which are light and which are not overflowed with things. Believe it or not, but your surrounding has a big impact on your life and actually the way you live says a lot about your personality/mental state. Now it comes the time, when I search for my own space :). I find myself as easy-going person and I need to say I'm pretty excited to find a perfect spot! Would love to live in a house with a garden and common space. PS. I do not smoke cigarettes, have my own car and prefer vegetarian/vegan food. Hi, Im looking for a place to stay when I move from Perth to Melbourne for uni (La trobe). I currently work as a bartender in Perth and will be looking for a similar position when I move. Looking for an affordable place where I can stay between work and study. I wont be able to view in person until the 15th as I am still in perth until then.
Hi all, and yes my name sounds like nintendo but I prefer to go by 64 haha. New to Melbourne, I have spent the last 8 years in Sydney which is also how long I have been in Australia for. I work full time managing a gym, so I won't be around much during the day. I'm also a dancer and most Sat nights i'll be away, so even though im quite the extrovert i'm not in the habit of bringing the party home. When im not working im usually at the gym, or watching football (soccer) and im quite passionate about the two. I'm quite considerate and most of my mates or previous roommates will tell you that my layback nature and approach to most situations make me a pleasure to live with. On sundays i'm happy to share a bevy with roommates or conversely binge on whatever netflix has to offer in my room.
Hi, I'm a small town girl from the Northern Territory studying education at LaTrobe and looking for a bunch of friendly and welcoming people to share a home with. I enjoy being creative, socialising, having a chat and going on adventures but also enjoy my alone time. Looking for like-minded people who are tidy and open-minded.

In my freetime I like to be with friends, visiting bars and restaurants, also parties, but sometimes I also like to relax and just to have a nice evening with friends at home.

I do have a tiny 2 kg cat named luna that I would love to bring with me, if pets are not permitted, that's okay she has a home to stay in. Please feel free to ask me anything. Thank you.

Hi, I’m 38 yrs old and looking for a friendly open minded house share to call home that is a good balance between being relaxed, social, independent and clean (all qualities I possess :-)). I have a natural curiosity, so love learning about and discussing new things ranging art, music, culture, society, politics, sustainability. Enjoy getting out in nature, hiking or just hanging by the beach or river. Big music lover / gig goer, good food and culture appreciator. Enjoying being back in Melbourne and rediscovering all it has to offer after a long time living and travelling abroad. :-) I work full time Mon-Fri at a NFP in the profit with purpose / positive impact space
Hi potential flatmate! I'm Ian and I work in therapeutic horticulture. A vegetarian, and human companion for Nikki and Lexi, I love my house to be home, and a flatmate who is good company. I'm a non-drinker and non-smoker, love reading, and occasionally going out as well. I think I'm pretty funny, easy to live with and have a bloody good sense of humour, and I am not at all conservative! Don't mind sharing my food and like house to be fairly clean. Also respectful of other people and expect the same.
The room is available for sublet only, from the 6th of Jan until the 15th of Feb. Our home is newly built and well located in a quiet, tree-lined street in Preston. The house is full furnished with new white goods and a modern kitchen. Outside there is an undercover patio area and dining setting for entertaining, plus a hammock for those warm summer days. In your private room you'll have your own ensuite, as well as a WIR. Other features of the room include a Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview, an Xbox, and air conditioning, plus a desk for business use and study.
