Hi, I'm an Australian citizen returning to Melbourne after spending several years overseas.
I'm looking for a furnished room in a clean, quiet, and respectful share house where I can settle long term.
I'm tidy, considerate, easy-going, and a non-smoker and non-drinker. I always pay my rent on time, respect other people's privacy, and take pride in keeping shared areas clean and organised.
I'll be arriving in Melbourne on 15 August 2026 and will be ready to move in from the evening of 15 August. I have my bond and rent ready and can move in immediately.
I'm ideally looking for a furnished room within 10–12 km of the Melbourne CBD with convenient public transport.
