🏠 ACCOMMODATION WANTED – NORTHERN & INNER SOUTH / SOUTH-EAST MELBOURNE

Hi! I’m Pradeep, 45, currently living in Melbourne and looking for a comfortable, peaceful and well-maintained place to call home.

📍 Preferred areas

Northern Melbourne:
Brunswick • Coburg • Northcote • Thornbury • Preston • Reservoir

Inner South / South-East:
South Yarra • Prahran • Windsor • Balaclava • Ripponlea • Elsternwick • Armadale

I’m also open to a nearby suburb if the property is a good fit and has excellent train access, preferably with a tram nearby as well.

🏡 Accommodation I’m open to

• Private room in an existing share house
• Homestay
• Studio flat
• One-bedroom flat

A furnished room would be convenient, but I’m flexible depending on the property and overall arrangement.

💰 Budget: Around $250–$300 per week, preferably including bills.

🚆 Transport is important

I don’t have a car, so train access is my first priority. Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere within about a 5–10 minute walk of a train station, with convenient access to Melbourne CBD.
Having a nearby tram is a strong bonus. I particularly prefer locations where I can rely on train + tram rather than needing buses for everyday travel.

I’m quiet, clean, responsible and respectful. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, don’t party, and prefer a relaxed and peaceful home environment.
I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat, while also respecting everyone’s privacy, routines and personal space. If I’m sharing a home, I take care of my room and believe in keeping common areas clean and comfortable for everyone.

🌿 What I’m looking for

My priority is a clean, comfortable, well-maintained and peaceful home. If sharing, I’d prefer a considerate household where everyone respects shared spaces, cleanliness and reasonable noise levels.
Good ventilation and a comfortable living environment are important to me. Being within reasonable walking distance of a supermarket and everyday essentials would also be ideal.
I’m flexible about timing and would rather find the right property, location and living environment than rush into a move.

📝 Rental arrangement
For everyone’s clarity and security, I’d prefer the rental or residency arrangement to be documented in writing using the appropriate Victorian agreement for the property. I’m happy to complete the necessary paperwork before or at move-in.
