Ideally I'm looking for somewhere with a rural outlook or feel to it, as this is when I feel relaxed and most at home. Look forward to meeting you, and the next part of this adventure.

$250/week•38 year old man
Hi I’m Beau. A clean, more introverted person. I can have conversations though but definitely enjoy my alone time. I like to get out in nature it’s my peace, I enjoy garden work, I love animals. I enjoy music of various genres even classical and opera. Hoping I can commit more time to learning guitar and piano when I move up the coast. I am looking to work in a plant nursery. I’ve spent 7 years in horticulture. The last four years have been supply and logistics. I’m easy going and even simple at times. I have been living alone for the last 7 years but rentals are too pricey to do that now. Ideally I would love my own bathroom/ensuite but it’s not required.

Troy
$300/week•50 year old man
Hi friends, I’m Troy I'm a long term Sunshine Coast Resident. I am recently 50, and consider myself a clean, respectful and easy going housemate. I meditate/Yoga & exercise daily, eat a clean diet and am trauma informed. I’m Looking for a self contained space anywhere from Yandina to Kin Kin and surrounding hinterland areas. Preferably: Bushy and on acreage or similar private; Quiet With others who value a safe, nurturing, high vibe home space. Somewhere I can grow some veges and herbs. I don't have pets, but I miss having them around, so if you have some, I'll be happy to hand out pats and feed them if you go away. I support people in the region as a teacher of native instruments for embodiment, maker of Bamboo Flutes, and some sound journey work. I do some creating from home, but generally head out every day to network, run lessons etc, so I'm not always sitting at home. I’m mostly engaged in my own process, however also enjoy chats and connecting with others and being part of a little home community. I am a decent cook and don't mind sharing a meal sometimes. Home space is a sanctuary for me and I value clear and open communication. Can provide rental references as required. Happy to pay approximately $300 for the right home Open to partial exchange for music lessons if that is desired. Please reach out if this aligns. Warm Regards Troy

$450/week•27 year old man
I have lived and rented in Australia for eight years. Over the past three years, I have been working full-time at Square Massage & Acupuncture as a remedial massage therapist, dry needling therapist, and, since the 2025 financial year, the store manager of the Noosa branch. Please note that during the first two years I was working under an ABN, and from this financial year onwards I am employed under a TFN, so the payslips I provide may look slightly different. My annual salary is approximately AUD 90,000–100,000 plus superannuation. In terms of my personal background, I am a permanent resident of Australia, so visa status is not an issue. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, do not have any pets, and have a spotless rental history. In addition, I own a brand-new 2024 Suzuki Jimny outright (with no finance or loan). Over the years, I have rented properties in South Bank, Maroochydore, and Coolum Beach, all through different agencies. Currently, I live in Coes Creek in a share house with a local Australian family, which I found through Flatmates. My main purpose was to connect more with locals and experience the share house culture. While there is no formal lease agreement in place, I can provide regular fortnightly rental payment records to demonstrate that I am both capable of and committed to paying rent on time. My current rent is AUD 450 per week. Having rented in Australia for eight years, I fully understand and respect the renting culture, always pay rent punctually, and take good care of the property. I believe these qualities make me an excellent fit for the unit. With regard to my family situation, I have a partner and a baby girl (born 29 January 2025). Over the next couple of years, they will not be residing in Australia permanently. Instead, they will stay in Taiwan for part of the year, where her family can help look after our baby. Typically, my partner and baby will come to Australia for around 2–3 months at a time, and then return to Taiwan for another 2–3 months. As a result, for approximately 50–60% of the year, I will be the sole resident of the property. I want to be transparent about my situation and would like to inform you of this arrangement in advance. I would be happy to provide any additional supporting documents you may wish to review.

About Me- Hi, I'm Izzy (27). I balance full time hospitality with f the final year of my Bachelor of Laws in 2026 at USC part-time. I am friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. I value open communication and a relaxed, stress free home. Pets- I have 2 de-sexed, litter trained cats who are indoor/outdoor depending on the set up. They are always inside come night time. They're extremely sweet, well behaved and much loved little boys. I keep their care, cleaning and responsibilities 100% handled. They are a very comforting presence and love a cuddle, if you even see them at all! What I'm Looking For- -Short to medium term rental (3-6 months ideally). -Sunshine Coast area, preferable to be close to Tewantin for work but not a deal breaker. -Pet friendly, respectful housemates. -Budget: up to $300/week, ideally with bills included. A Bit More- I am tidy but not obsessive, social but I also enjoy my own space. I'm super happy to have a meal or a chat after work, but also completely respect alone time. I would welcome the possibility of us all becoming good friends, however if the vibes aren't there, there is no need to force anything. I will be a considerate and respectful house mate no matter our relationship. I am LGBTQI+ friendly as I belong myself, considerate with noise and will always have rent paid on time, if not a week ahead. I have financial stability from both work & a disability pension so I am never without income in any given week. I am 420 friendly however I now just use my prescribed gummies of a night time, so no smoke/smell.

I have to sadly leave my humble forest above and I am looking for a new place to call home, a chill, healthy and relaxed environment. I have my own (very small) massage business which I'm still building up at the moment. I also work part time as a therapist in an ayurvedic retreat centre and other odd jobs. I am looking for a low tox place, quiet, no TV if possible, clean filtered water, mould free. Breathwork and yoga are part of my morning routine. I'm usually in bed by 9pm. I am a nature-based person, my way of recharging is going on bushwalks chasing waterfalls or long beachwalks. I'm pretty down to earth, love a dance and a laugh. I also enjoy spending at home. I get on with people of all ages.
