My name is Logan, I am 27 years old. I am currently living in Tasmania and plan to move back to Melbourne (Cheltenham area and surrounding suburbs closer towards the CBD area) for a job transfer. Preferably wishing to reside within the surrounding suburbs of Westfields Southland (Cheltenham) as my job will be situated there. I have been back in Tasmania for roughly 2 years (originally from Sydney), working in various roles from working for Mister Minit, some bar work and working as a Teacher’s Assistant. I have worked in a professional setting for many years in Sydney and Melbourne, ranging from cooperate security personnel jobs to working in the insurance and recruitment sector of the workforce so I obtain a lot of discipline and common courtesy as a personality trait. I am very athletic and I always love to be active when I can (going for walks, runs, gym and other forms of training. I am also a quiet individual that indulges in video games from time to time, watch movies and the occasional hikes. Usually only home in the late afternoons/evenings. I pay the rent and the bills (if bills are required) always on time. I always tidy up after myself and I love to cook often. Hi Chris and Charlie here !! A little bit about us we are a very relaxed and chilled, low key couple who are happy to keep to ourselves and do our own thing and keep out of the way should you need that in your housemates but are also happy to have a chat and catch up over a meal or watch a show during the week or even just passing by in the morning before work or after work saying hello. Weekends you shouldn’t really see us too much as we play cricket on a Saturday for me and Sunday for Charlie. So if you’re looking for low key then we are for you !! Very easy going and very reliable with rental payments and bonds etc Are not party people so don’t expect any crazy unwanted guests. Have been travelling back and forth from England and are looking to continue doing so but for now we are moving to Melbourne together for at least 6 months maybe even longer depending on how things play out with savings and work at travelling etc What we are Looking for is a 1-2 bedroom place with preferably 1 other person, maximum 2 who’s looking to rent a room out in their place, who has parking available either on street or off street is perfectly fine as I have a car. Internet would also be extremely helpful if available and furnished preferably but can be flexible with that.
