Hey, I'm 19, Chef and trying to make it on my own. I'm pretty laid back, always up for a beer and movie night but also respect privacy.
Hi, My name is Mitchell. I am quiet, tidy and clean. I will cook sometimes (most of the time are Chinese food). I don't have pets but I love animals so I am ok/happy with pets. I don't smoke but don't mind if you smoke as long as you don't burn the house or make it smelly. I am a full-time software engineer/developer also studying a master degree. I like photography and hiking when I am not busy. I am looking for a place majorly in South East suburbs or inner suburbs. I am also looking for someone who can help me with my English if possible. (I am going overseas and internet is limited so may not be able to respond in time. I will come back on 1th May and will get back to you asap. )
Hello there! I'm looking for a nice place to call home, somewhere comfortable, friendly and clean with a good vibe. Preferably a location that's close to the Frankston train line. I enjoy chatting over a drink, music, nature, good food, nights out, animals, reading, laymen's philosophy, and learning a bit about everything. I'm quiet during the week, just work, eat, gym, relax, and enjoy hanging with friends on the weekends. I've lived in Melbourne for a couple of years now, and work in library customer service at close to full-time hours. Before this part of my life I lived in Cairns and Brisbane, and traveled around Europe for half a year.
24 year old student studying a Master of Clinical Audiology at University of Melbourne. I love music, movies, travel, being social, and going to the gym. I work most weekends as a bass player for a variety of wedding bands, as well as having a job booking and managing live music for weddings and corporate events. Although I do a bit of bass practice throughout the week, I am mindful of others and keep it at a reasonable volume.

Ducted aircon amd heating and spacious bathroom with large bath! Room is fully furnished (can change to more male like bedding if you are male) super comfy queen bed! There’s no tv point in your room but we have a tv if you want to watch movies etc can set that up. Big spacious kitchen and lounge room. The rent and bills is divided equally at $330, the house is very big so you will have lots of space and I’m pretty much away. Have outdoor setting and outdoor heater and bbq! Come see you will love!
My name is Nathan! I work full time in a managerial position at Ford. I'm a pretty clean, funny, laid back kind of guy! Always keen for a chat and a bit of banter! Im looking for a long term private space/room of a larger size with a bit of storage space ( garage would be amazing ) most importantly some awesome housemates to go with it!!
Originally From New Zealand, I have been living in Melbourne for 10 years. I am a really easy going flatmate that respects peoples space yet happy to sit around and have a chat. Im a pretty active person which sees me up early in the morning during the week to go to the gym. This makes it ideal for shared bathroom situations as no scheduling is required in the mornings as I shower at the gym. I like to keep a place tidy but im also not a neat freak. Im not a huge partier but I do like to have a beer or wine, especially toward the end of the week
Full-time, doctoral (but I'm not wanky, really! It was in music!) recently separated, and with an awesome little boy who lives with his Mum nearby. Prefer whiskey/beer to wine, but currently drinking riesling. Go figure. I'm the clean one (happy to provide references, eh), prefer nights but can do early mornings. That part is odd - I always felt the other way around, but ... reality is different. I like both the Dandenongs and the CBD. Beaches are cool, but so are galleries, bars, Armani, and Vinnies. Looking for flatmates either at my current abode or nearby ... or I'll likely move out to my own 1br or studio. Expect to sort it in the next 7 days, luck be had. Good luck in your searching, too =)
Hi there, my name is Sharni. I am a 34 year old single Australian woman (grew up in the south-eastern suburbs of Melb) looking for a private room for a stay of at least six months (or longer), as the house where I am currently living is due to go to auction on May 25. Ideally I would like to live with between one and three other housemates. I am working full-time in Docklands in the financial services industry (admin/customer service), working Mon-Fri daytime hours on a rotating roster. I love going out to the cinema and theatre shows, and like going on weekends away. I am a talkative person who likes being sociable but I also like quiet time as well, so I'm not looking for a party household. I am looking for a place that is within walking distance to a train station or a tram to the city (no more than a 20 minute walk away max). I will consider any inner-city suburb (within 15 km of Melb CBD) or anywhere on the Frankston train line from Mentone to the city. I don't have a set moving date, but approx early-May to mid-June is when I would be wanting to move in (flexible depending on when the room is available) Non-smoker. I don't have any pets myself but I love animals.
Hi, I am Sanika a Masters student at Monash Caulfield studying Communication and Media studies. I am looking for a house near Caulfield Monash, so that be at Carnegie, Caulfield East, Malvern, Murumbeena and Glenhuntly. I am a very happy go lucky person who loves to cook, eat, socialise with my flatmates and also love spending time alone at times. Not a party person but would love to once in a while. I am traveller and love visiting places and trying out street food! Also, i am a pet friendly person! :)
I am a neat and tidy person who respects others need for space but I am always up for a chat over a bottle of wine with some homemade bruschetta or pate and I make a mean spag bol, if I say so myself. I am a bit of a geek so will always have access to the latest shows and movies. As such I can contribute a 65" Sony 4K UHD TV, Sonos soundbar and subwoofer, Sonos Play 5, Roku 3, Apple TV v3, XBOX One and a WD Media Server. I don't watch much free to air TV as I love watching shows like Game of Thrones, Ozarks, Suits, Breaking Bad and Outlander. Other things I can contribute to the house are a Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave, washing machine an outdoor setting that includes a 3 seater plus 2 armchairs and coffee table and a hanging egg chair. I have travelled to a lot of European countries and can share some travel tips if you are considering travelling to Europe. I enjoy art and photography and I have rediscovered my love for exercise so if you need a walking companion I am always up for a walk or a bike ride although I am not much of a gym goer. I have an eclectic taste in music from good old 60's (think Tour of Duty) to Karen Souza, who I hear you ask well go check her out. Other Music/Artists I love include Rock Alternate Birdy Florence + The Machine London Grammar John Newman Tom Odell Damian Rice Stereophonics Rival Sons Paul Weller The Cure I am currently between contracts, I work as either a Business Analyst, System Analyst or Test Analyst depending on the role within the financial services sector, however, finances aren't a problem with regards to rent and utilities etc for the next 6 to 12 months so no need to worry about that. I would like to pick up my next contract prior to June as I am sick of seeing my bank account reducing rather than increasing. I do have an 8-year-old son who will need to stay with me on Saturday night and on Sundays.
Looking for some cool house mates to move into a house with during the mid year break (June-ish). Looking to move out with my friend Bella and hopefully 1 or 2 other people. Bella loves seventies music, avocados and having a dance at every opportunity. I love binging Netflix TV shows, swimming and corduroy. We are both full time undergrad students at Monash Clayton. We are both currently employed at stable jobs on the Mornington Peninsula (where we currently live). We are both looking for areas closer to Clayton. We are keen to stay beach side/on the Frankston train line. (eg. Cheltenham, Highett, Bentleigh, Mordialloc etc.) Astrid has a border collie X kelpie pup who is amazing and will be coming along for the journey. We are both responsible, clean, reliable and looking for house mates who will want to be friends and hang out together in our free time as well.
Hi, I'm Steve. I'm a 40 year old professional with a PhD in ecology, working full time 9-5 in the CBD with BirdLife Australia. I spend my spare time outdoors, gardening or with friends, do like animals. Every now and then off to Tassie for a few days. Ideally looking for a mixed share with 2-3 flatmates in their 30s who like it clean. Pretty easy to get along with, quiet, non-smoker, no pets/kids/drugs, enjoy the occasional beer or wine and chat, cooking up the fresh produce I get at Queen Vic Market around the corner from work. Clean up after myself, lots of experience with share houses, always pay my rent in advance, no strange habits I'd be aware of. ESFJ personality. Full IDs, pay slips, clean police check etc. available. Place to leave my car would be excellent, free street parking perfectly fine. Happy to drop by anytime so we can meet and have a chat!
Fully furnished room in 2 bedroom unit in a small friendly block. South Ave is a quiet leafy street in Bentleigh which has all amenities within walking distance. $230 covers your own car-park, rent, wifi, and bills. You only have to finance your own food. I have a private garden space and I'm happy to look after it myself. I'm easy going, but I'm careful to keep things tidy for others and I do really want to see my flatmate chip in with the cleaning. I love to socialise - have a great network of friends from all over the world all ages, but I also really love my down time at home. Netflix, Foxtel, and catch up apps all available on TV and I'm up for GOT, Ozark, Big Little Lies, Animal Kingdom and Shameless. I'm quite likely to get into anything you are watching. I'm all up for a chill out chat at the end of the day, and I won't get in your hair if you need quiet time. Situated between Moorabbin bus and train station and Patterson train station, both being under 10 mins walk and if you have a car, your own off street car park. Holmesglen TAFE, gyms, doctors, grocery, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants are all within easy walking distance or a quick drive to Brighton, Hampton, Glenhuntley, Sandringham. The area boasts 2 or 3 boutique breweries and their seems to be a new café /bar popping up every other week! Southland shopping centre with Hoyts cinemas only a 10 min drive or quick 2 station train trip away. Smokers NOT ok. I've just given up. You'll be sharing with female 40-50, so retirees and 40+ applicants are very welcome. I won't say 'No' to students, people between houses, short term stays (min 6 weeks). Just as long as you can pay your way without any glitches. References and ID preferred on meeting and move in date to be negotiated.
