Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for 4 months. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignments. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with 1-3 bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 4 of August 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)

Hi, I’m Anjana, 25 years and a new PhD student. Currently, I work as a Software Engineer. I like cooking and in the weekends/evenings I often try out new foods. I’m the kind of guy who enjoys a chat over a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine; Yeah, I love to taste different kinds of wines 😊 . So, I’m more of an extrovert and also respect others’ privacy as well. Also, I'm an easy going, adaptable and an open minded person.
Great location with Moorabbin station only a short 1km walk, Woolworths within 800m, petrol station 300m and the Holmesglen tafe only 600m away. The apartment has everything you need with a spacious kitchen, living and most importantly bedroom. Separate toilet and a bathroom that has both a bath and shower. Your housemate Trent is a friendly and easy going guy, who is respectful and easy to live with.
I'm originally from Sydney but I moved to Melbourne just over 2 years ago. I would be great to live with because: I'm extremely fun and outgoing, I'm clean, I love cooking and sharing food. I'm just generally very fun to live with. I'm kind, I'm honest and I'm respectful and considerate of people and their privacy, so I can also tone it down. I'm consistent with rent, I have great references.
Hey I’m Nick, I am 24 years old and a personal trainer in Mentone. Grew up in Chelt, have moved around a bit but have been renting an apartment in highett for the past couple of years, looking to downgrade. I am an easy going friendly guy, very clean, sociable, talkative but also enjoy my own space. Spend a lot of time at work or training. I have lived in a few sharehouses over the years so I am respectfull of other housemates and like to live in a clean house!
Hi, I'm Tom who works for a local school full time in Mentone. I love playing tennis, mixed netball and basketball. I also enjoy watching sport and relaxing with family and friends.
Grown up in the country & have been living in Melbourne for the past year. I work full time at a dealership in Brighton but don't judge me on that, I can make sure you get a great deal on a new car ;-). A lot of my time is spent at work, gym, or eating so you won't see me around a great deal. I'm easy going, sociable, energetic, talkative but also enjoy my own time. I've lived in shared houses for many years so I am respectful of other housemates & like to live in a clean house! :)
I’m a freelance videographer from New Zealand looking for a cool place to live for a few months whilst I work and travel around Australia. I’m an adventurous, out going fun person. I have a habit of doing the dishes too haha Looking to move in ASAP and get my life back on track :)
I am from New Zealand, relatively new to Melbourne as l have moved here about 6 months ago to start my degree at uni. I study architecture at RMIT University, l am quiet, studious and spend around 13 hours a day, 7 days a week at the university, so certainly wouldn't be too much of a disturbance when it comes to flatting. :) I am neat, respectful of one's personal space, responsible and approachable. At college, I used to be a prefect and a student leader, have great communication and negotiation skills as well as a passion for people.
Fully furnished room in 2 bedroom unit in a small friendly block. South Ave is a quiet leafy street in Bentleigh which has all amenities within walking distance. $250 covers your own car-park, rent, wifi, and bills. You only have to finance your own food. I have a private garden space - sorry I haven't posted a picture of that yet. The garden photos you see are in the courtyard in the middle. I'm easy going, but I'm careful to keep things tidy for others and I do really want to see that flatmates chip in with the cleaning. I love to socialise - got a great network of friends from all over the world all ages, but I also really love my down time at home. Netflix, Foxtel, Stan etc all available and I'm up for a binge of GOT, Ozark, Sons of Anarchy - yea i'm late on that one and happy to get into anything you're into. I'm all up for a chill out chat at the end of the day, but won't get in your hair or act like the Spanish Inquisition. You'll find me at the beach most summer days. It' an easy 4 km walk/drive. Or at Sandy yacht club... I'm sailing this year. Situated between Moorabbin bus and train station and Patterson train station, both being under 10 mins walk and if you have a car, your own off street car park. Holmesglen TAFE, gyms, doctors, grocery, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants from all over the world etc are all within easy walking distance or a quick drive to Brighton, Hampton, Glenhuntley, Sandringham. The area boasts 2 or 3 boutique breweries and their seems to be a new café /bar popping up every other week! Southland shopping centre with Hoyts cinemas only a 10 min drive or quick 2 station train trip away. Smokers NOT ok - I've just given up and don't want to be tempted. You'll be sharing with female 40-50, so retirees and 40+ applicants are welcome. I won't say 'No' to students, people between houses, welfare recipients and short term stays (min 6 weeks). Just as long as you can pay your way without any glitches.
We are a couple from Ireland and are moving to Melbourne in October for at least 2 years. We are sociable, easy going, fun loving, interesting people and we are easy to live with. We get up early and work hard (we are both Dentists) but also like going places and doing cultural things. We are active people and like gymming, CrossFit, running, footy, yoga, surfing, snowboarding/skiing. We also like to eat healthily and love coffee! We do have many other interests also, watching films, reading and we have travelled all around the world making friends with people from all backgrounds. We also love to have a drink (or 10) at the weekend or when we have time off and would hope to make friends with the people we like with and not just share a house! We've come to Melbourne to experience a new city and meet some new people. Looking forward to hearing back from you! Rebecca + Joseph

Hi there! My name is Allyse and I am looking for a room to rent, preferably near the Frankston line! I am early 20s and currently work at Myer at two seperate locations, meaning I usually work 4-5 days a week. I have rental history, previously renting rooms in Seddon and Southbank this year. I am returning to study full time next year to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse. I have a 12 year old Shih Tzu cross and she is very sweet, gentle and is house/toilet trained! I love to socialise and meet new people, listen to music and play my guitar (quietly!), go to bars/gigs with friends and anything beauty related! I don’t mind living with smokers and am VERY LGBTIQA+ friendly! Would love to hear from you so don’t hesitate to get in contact with me! :)
Hey guys, my name is Mia and I am from Germany as many other young people in Australia. I have been in Melborune before and lived in Doncaster. I work as a casual education support for an agency called anzuk and I really love my job as I want to study Art + English to become a teacher when I am back home. This is my second gap year as I went to Canada last year. I am very creative, flexible and easy going.
ABOUT ME I'm 26 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. MY PARTNER My partner, Hashan, is 25 and works full time as a mechanical engineer. He's generally up for a good chat after work but can appreciate alone time as well. AS A PAIR My partner and I are pretty social people and enjoy a good chat or regular catch ups with family and friends - we tend to keep this away from home but for an occasional BBQ or dinner and drinks. We are both respectful of personal space and we don't argue. We like having straightforward conversations and working things out for the best of everyone (collaboration is key!) As we both work full time, our weekends are generally spend out with my dogs or doing other life stuff... Or sleeping in... We both enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places (you will most likely be invited to join in!) and are an active, healthy eating kind of couple (I like to bake sweet things and brownies occasionally though). Both our families live in Melbourne and we generally go to family events 2 or 3 times a month. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in dog sports. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained and they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins every morning and on weekends my partner and I like to take them on adventures.
I am easy going and love to relax at home so I try to be tidy and clean. I also love dancing, food and coffee and am probably going to start studying in 2018. I'll be working in the city so am hoping for accommodation reasonably close. I am a Queenslander so am keen to meet new people and become familiar with Victorian life 😊
