My name is Eric, I'm a 39-year-old guy, with a cat but no kids. I'm vegetarian but non-judgmental about it & I dont mind what others eat & I dont push my views on to others. Im bisexual with a same sex partner so house must be LGBTQ friendly. We don't live together so it's just me but they do stay at mine probably 3 nights a week.

My house vibes are social yet I value my own space and im generally an optimistic person. I'm easy-going and live and let live. I smoke a little bit of weed ( outside of course) but don't smoke tobacco.

I'm looking for anywhere in Melbourne thats within walking distance of a train station, doesn't have to be in my preferred suburbs, furnished or unfurnished, doesn't really matter. Looking for anything from a studio apartment to a sharehouse, need to find a place sooner rather than later and would like to arrange inspections ASAP.
